Perfect low key Spring Break option for our little family. Condo itself was more than we needed, but very nice. Facilities were smaller than some of the bigger complexes, which we loved! Plenty of parking easy beach access and indoor pool. Location was convenient to everything!

Our Condo was amazing! We got moved from the 6th floor to the 9th floor about 4 or more months before our trip. We were Ok with this because we prefer higher floors for the view. Turns out this put us on a corner unit also which was very nice and spacious. The owners also told us about a month before hand that the HOA decided to begin construction, but it would only be on the building next to us. They said the pools could be closed but they gave us a discount and the option for a full refund. We decided to stay and I am so glad we did. The construction workers only worked from 8am to 5pm. For the most part we were at the beach and it didn’t affect us. Even with the construction about 25 feet away on the side of the building closest to us we could only hear it while on the balcony. The condo was very sound proof, I wasn’t expecting that. As far as the condo goes. It had a cracked toilet which was replaced the next day and everything else was amazing! I would definitely go back and the staff was very friendly and upfront during everything!

Family of 4 stayed comfortably! Condo is very spacious & clean. Great location & I loved that it was a smaller complex. It made it easy to get to & from the beach quickly. And no fighting for the elevator!

We really enjoyed this condo. The only drawback was you need more understanding security. My son came in and promptly secured paid parking and the security guard didn’t waste any time giving him a yellow warning. Maybe let people know when booking where someone else can do the paid parking in initial check in as we had 3 cars since others came out of state..

This was a great condo! Check-in was quick and easy, condo was clean with plenty of space. Love the location as it’s quiet and away from the pool noise but still super close to the beach, pickleball courts and pools. Kitchen had basic supplies and there is a closet with beach supplies. The only thing I would change is the balcony cushions need a good cleaning. We will definitely return!

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Beds were comfy but... IT NEEDS A NEW COUCH!! It could use new appliances too. Not all the burners would work on the stove, the dryer took a couple hours to dry the clothes, and the dishwasher isnt the greatest. We did love the view and sitting on the balcony alot. The security was friendly and the staff kept the building sooo clean! We would stay at the Palms again.The beds werecomfortable,

Very outdated, I felt like it was dirty, all the walls were dirty. When you walk in the smell in the condo is terrible. Looks better in pictures for sure. Location was about the best I can say to be honest.

This was a great condo! Check-in was quick and easy, condo was clean with plenty of space. Love the location as it’s quiet and away from the pool noise but still super close to the beach, pickleball courts and pools. Kitchen had basic supplies and there is a closet with beach supplies. The only thing I would change is the balcony cushions need a good cleaning. We will definitely return!

As always, OB doesn’t disappoint. Beautiful beach & clean building. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo. My only complaint are the beds ARE NOT comfortable! Was hoping after 2 years they would’ve replaced the mattresses. Noticed under one of the beds the middle brace was busted. Could explain a lot. Suggestions on restaurants.. GT’s on the bay is a MUST! Doc’s is always on the list. Cya next year OB!

The place looked great. We got there and it was everything it says it was. The company communicated well and it was very clean. Then the sh*t hit the fan. On the first day, maintenance came in and said there was a leak a few floors up that had reached out condo. So they brought in this really loud dehumidifier for the front area near the kitchen and a huge one for the living area that was load when it emptied the water it collected. I bet you are wondering how it emptied the water? They had a very long tube that ran from the big contraption, along the counter, and down the sink. Didn't that get in or way; you ask? Why, yes it did. All while we were yelling at each other over the noise. They finally came to remove the humidifiers the day before we left. The place couldn't even bother giving us a small discount or something. All we got when we left were ears ringing from the constant loud noise the whole time and a thank you for our patience.

This was a great condo! Check-in was quick and easy, condo was clean with plenty of space. Love the location as it’s quiet and away from the pool noise but still super close to the beach, pickleball courts and pools. Kitchen had basic supplies and there is a closet with beach supplies. The only thing I would change is the balcony cushions need a good cleaning. We will definitely return!

The condo was as described in the listing. Very convenient to walk down to beach and pool. Great patio to watch dolphins. Security on site and monitors property closely.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean, the beach view was excellent, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

Annual Girls trip to the beach. The condo was clean, tastefully furnished, and has beautiful view from the balcony. The two double beds in one of the guest rooms, rather than twin or bunk beds, are a plus!
