The plus was a comfortable bed. Be aware the hotel is undergoing renovation and there is significant construction noise during the day. They are very rigid about the check-in time. They restaurant only offers a buffet and it did not look appealing for the $40+ cost. (We walked to the nearby Novotel for a nice supper.) They offer a shuttle service to the airport (5 euro pp) but be aware that it stops only at Terminal 2. OK for a night but not really good value for the price.

Great hotel for the price. Sure it could use some TLC. The rooms (except most expensive ones) haven’t been updated in 20+ years, and show clear signs of wear and tear. But overall, spacious and they have everything you need. The underground parking is a plus if you have a car.

Excellent hotel with a major inconvenience. No elevator from the underground parking to the lobby and dropping of luggage from inside lane of the circle is not very convenient. Very friendly service. Breakfast buffet is great.

We spend a night between flights and an afternoon in Paris. The hotel was convenient for both. We would have liked a shuttle from the airport, and better information about proximity to public transport. The best way to get to and from the airport and downtown Paris is actually a bus that leaves and arrives every 30 min right in front of the hotel and connects to terminal 1/3. This feature should be advertised for this very nice hotel.

I found hair in the bed. A representative came and she found black markings on the sheets, she took pictures and moved me to another room after 11:00 PM. I booked through hotels.com, thus, I had to request a discount from hotels.com. I only wanted a partial discount as I stayed at the hotel. However, the representative from hotels.com said she called the Golden Tulip and they denied that I should receive any discount.

Stayed on the 3rd floor: very old fashioned room with dirth carpet, but well sized . When opening the bed i found the sheets stained all over. Reception changes my room immediately and upgraded me to the 5th floor. This room was modern and clean. Breakfast was good, parking easy.

L'accueil à l'hôtel c'est vraiment très bien passé, personnel agréable, rien à dire. Côté chambre, elle était spacieuse, par contre la déco date, elles ont besoin d'être rénové .La moquette est usée jusqu'à la corde aucune prise USB dans la chambre. J'ai eu droit à une panne de chauffage, je ne pense pas que ça soit la seule chambre, car j'ai déjà vu des commentaires à ce sujet. La restauration est pas fantastique non plus, peut-être même un petit peu cher, mais elle le mérite d'être accessible au pied de l'hôtel.Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très bien, il y a tout ce qu'il faut.

Check in efficace. J'ai pu profiter d'un sur classement. Chambre spacieuse et bien agencée. Literie de bonne qualité. Ambiance trop chaude. Un bruit de soufflerie permanant qui perturbe un peu la nuit. Le plus décevant reste le petit déjeuner. Facturé 19€, les produits industriels sont largement majoritaires avec une qualité très discutable. J'ai connu plus de choix de mets salés dans d'autres établissements pour le prix demandé. L'accueil du personnel est agréable.

Staff was nice and everyone I talked to spoke English, which wasnt expected but was very nice. I stayed for three nights as I attended a conference, and was booked i one of the Deluxe rooms, which was lovely and mostly comfortable. The shower was exquisite, I would love to have one just like it at home. The bed was nice, but the head area is on wheels for some reason, and made a squealing sound whenever I moved, and am the type that turns like a rotisserie chicken when I am laying down. Other than that, the room very comfortable and clean, and looked to be very newly renovated. Drawback was safety. As a woman travelling alone, I would have preferred a door with a chain, latch or bolt that I could close from the inside. As it stands, it can be opened with only a key card, and I came back from my conference to a male employee trying to gain entrance to the room with a keycard for no apparent reason. When I questioned him, he apologised and left, but it was strange and I would have slept better having been able to lock the door after him. There was a lot of conflicting information online regarding the shuttle service, such as availability and cost. As such, I was not able to use it on the way in, but did make use of it on the way back to the airport, where it was quick and pleasant. There was a bus stop just outside, and a variety of other hotels close by. I was able to get an Uber into Paris for under 40 Euro, and the ride to the airport was only a few minutes.

Our stay was only for a night, and we weren’t expecting anything too fancy or comfortable, so we were positively surprised with the quality. The person at the front desk was very helpful to check us in in less than 3 minutes. Same goes for check-out. Everyone was friendly. The hotel has a 5 euro transport option to the CDG airport, but we ended up getting a Bolt for less than 8 euros. A heads-up: our room had only a handheld shower head, but that was no issue for us. Would stay here again.

There was a weird smell when you get out of the elevator going to your room. All the accessories are outdated. The receptionist took a long time. She was helping , i hope another guest, but she needed to leave the front and go outside to talk to them. Waiting for at least 15 min so I decided to ff her outside. Its been a long day and the one thing i dont want to do is wait. When she saw me outside, thats when she went back inside .

We had a wonderful experience with Rita supporting us at the front desk with translation services after we left our iPhone in the Uber late in the evening. Rita arranged for the Uber driver to come to the hotel the next morning so we wouldn't miss our flight.

Check in was slow and one of the receptionist was unprofessional, complaining about the amount of questions a customer was asking. Perhaps he would not have to answer so many questions if information was available and clear. The same receptionist stayed in the office instead of the front desk as the lobby was filling up with guests waiting to check out. The bed was not done and looked like it had been slept in with hair on the sheet. Overall I am quite disappointed as I thought that I had booked a hotel of a high standard. The hotel is quite noisy too, noise seems to be travelling through the vent. I doubt I will book again which is a shame as the location is convenient.

Hotel is near CDG airport. Rooms are basic. Rooms are clean and nothing fancy. Transportation is 5 euro to CDG with the hotel shuttle. Breakfast is excellent and food is really good. Did not walk around the area. Used uber to go to EuroDisney for family of 4. Bar and personnel were nice, have 2-3 beers on tap.

Our stay did not start off well as the front desk staff person gave us inaccurate info about the shuttle from the airport and we waited quite a while. Then we were informed that we could order off of the menu for dinner but then were told that the buffet at $35 each was the only option, when we just wanted something more minimal. Room was clean and comfortable.
