The hotel was clean. The room was decent sized but with a large shower and strong air conditioning. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach where all the activities are. 5he pool was a little small but the water was cool and clear. My only complaint is the mattress was hard for my liking.

This clean hotel with gracious employees is conveniently located within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars. The Junior Suite with a kitchenette was a great accommodation as we visited the grocery store to purchase water, drinks and snacks for the room. The pool area is small, so lawn chairs are not available which could have made it more inviting. The pool temperature was perfect.

Hotel pequeño, centrico, muyyy tranquilo y silencioso, a 3 cuadras del malecon. Estacionamiento pequeño. Alberca muy pequeña pero para un ratito sirve. Personal amable y atento. Restaurante bueno bonito y barato, solo lo escencial. La iluminación de la habitación puede mejorar es muy oscura.

comodo, bien ubicado, buen desayuno, pero no lo volveria a escojer de vacaciones, es hotel como de trabajo, cuenta con una alberca mini de chiste, no hay camastros, solo sillas al lado de carros porque el estacionamiento esta en area compartida, pasto sintético, no tiene ventanas no hay nada que te sugiera estar de vacaciones.

The room at 7 Crowns was dirty, my wife and I were Lysol the room before we ever took our stuff out the suitcase. No natural lighting because we were on the ground level we could not open the curtains without someone being able to see us in the room changing/getting ready. The toilet seat screws that hold the seat to the toilet was rusted out and full of feces. As soon as we checked in we asked for another room but they were full, we checked into the Courtyard Marriott down the street. Only good thing about this property that we liked was the convenience it was to everything, other than that we were okay with leaving behind.

Best hotel ever, vicinity, safety, walking, beautiful little pool with seating, immaculately clean. Cleaning was fabulous. Breakfast included was at attached restaurant and service was fab and food great! Best of all was the wonderful staff and management. It was really hard to say good bye. We will definitely be back to La Paz and the 7Crown Centro!

Excellent location in LaPaz. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Daily cleaning excellent. Deep clean of fans etc, maybe needed and some new towels. We were 2 in the room and only one hand towel. Asked for an extra, and staff came quickly with one, but maid did not put in 2 the following days. Beds comfortable. Rooms could do with a bit of updating, furniture a bit worn. There is a coffeemaker in the room, but no filters or coffee. If there was a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room would have given a higher rating. Melt next door for breakfast was excellent.

Perfect location. Great breakfast! The BEST customer service provided by the staff. The Hotel is beautiful outside. However, the rooms and bathrooms need an update and definitely new towels! The towels provided look like floor rags.

Bien. La ubicación es muy buena. El espacio común y de habitaciones es Muy generoso. La Presión de la regadera es excelente (hab 2209) la comodidad de estacionamiento dentro del hotel es muy accesible y la amabilidad del stuff es muy agradable. El desayuno incluido es una excelente idea aunque la calidad y variedad del desayuno no es muy buena es aceptable y generosa para quienes viajan con poco presupuesto. Las camas de la habitación que nos tocó estaban demasiado firmes al igual que las almohadas un poco incómodas. Ya es tiempo para reemplazar los blancos toallas y sábanas porque ya no son blancos están grises y muy gastadas.

Como es posible que te den un cuarto con balcón y la puerta se puede abrir, pero no cerrar. Y cada vez que desees salir debes llamar al lobby para que vengan a cerrarla. Y a parte te preguntan si ya no vas a salir más; en vez de que la arreglen.

This is for 7 crowne historic location hotel. It’s about 3 blocks from Malecon. Overall good location , staff was friendly and kind . Unfortunately the facility was pretty dated and the beds in double queen was the worst I’ve ever had . No hot water for shower and pretty bad water pressure to boot .

This is an older hotel. They have done a great job upgrading the outside of the hotel, but now they need to work inside the rooms. The beds are super firm and the bathrooms need to be remodeled.

The hotel is close to the boardwalk and restaurants, but inside the hotel there are a lot of noises very early in the morning. Employees walk past the windows talking loudly. The parking lot is in the middle of the Hotel and all noises can be heard. It is very difficult to rest in this Hotel.

The location and staff were great here. Nice layout, easy to get to rooms, and good value. The staff were all enthusiastic and hospitable. Would stay here again. The rooms could use to maintenance. One light was out and the safe didn't have batteries. Just small things. The shower was really nice and spacious.

The staff was excellent and so accommodating to our needs. We needed an early check-in and requested a room in the first floor. Our flight was so early the next day and we requested boxed sandwiches and they were all ready to go for us before we left. This hotel was in a relatively quieter area. Highly recommend this hotel given our experience.

I spent a long day traveling with no cell signal, only to arrive at the hotel at 2 am to find out that I no longer had a room because I did not check in within the allowed time. In other words, they overbooked and used my reservation. Not only that, the service, but no trying to accommodate or help. Poor, rude service.

The staff was great. Alberto (el joven) was the best all around the whole week we were there! He is exceptionally attentive to our needs. Gave us recommendations and was always willing to lend a helping hand!! The bartender (older gentleman, can’t remember his name) was also great. Very friendly and attentive. The rooms were okay, nothing expectational. The staff was friendly and very helpful but Alberto (el joven) and the bartender took it over the top. We would stay there again.

I can't think of anything wrong with the place. We were less then 10 min. walk from the malecon, OXXO 1 block away, restaurants all around, catedral and art museum 2 blocks away, can't beat it.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. The pool area was a little bit on the smaller side but relaxing. Breakfast is included and it was very good. It’s walking distance to the malecón and there are a lot of food options as well. I would stay here again.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and outgoing. Room was the perfect size for the two of us. Having a room safe was a bonus. The breakfast which was included was presented by friendly and courteous staff from the next door restaurant.
