La atención del personal fue buena, pero la limpieza del cuarto dejó mucho que desear. Durante toda nuestra estancia no limpiaron adecuadamente la habitación. Solo cambiaban sábanas y almohadas, pero no ponían toallas. Había una liga tirada en el piso desde el primer día y nunca la recogieron, al igual que un papel debajo del escritorio que ahí se quedó toda la semana. No es que el cuarto estuviera sucio por nuestra parte, nosotros lo manteníamos ordenado, pero claramente no hacían la limpieza como se debe.

La limpieza a la habitación fue regular: no siempre dejaban toallas limpias, o rellenaban kleenex, agua, etc. limpieza muy superficial/rápida. Lo más desagradable fue la poca limpieza de pasillos comunes; y área de y alberca principalmente. El personal solo hace Su trabajo más no te brinda más allá de respuestas rápidas y No da soluciones.

La verdad mucho que arreglar, el cuarto que me dieron no le servia el control de la television, le faltaba luz al baño, no le servia el estractor del baño, las camas les faltaba limpieza a las sabanas, el lavamanos del baño estaba descompuesto, como llegue de noche lo unico que queria era descanzar asi que no tuve opcion.

We chose this property for it's proximity to our diving centre. That was about the only good thing about it. We stayed a week and had no drawers so couldn't unpack. We were given 5 hangers. There were 3 of us and we were given 2 sets of (horrible) towels. Constantly had to ask for more; cleaning staff were lovely. Front desk staff ambivalent and not helpful at all; we asked for a water-side view a couple of times but they would just tell us to try the next day. The pool was cold and always packed at the end of the day; not sure if by hotel guests. Chairs at the pool are secured in place. No balconies, zero charm, way too expensive for what we got. If you must, stay here one night only; this was a terrible disappointment.

El personal te recibe muy bien, pero el hotel parece q está hecho de papel , se escucha todoooooo , a las 5 am gente sirviéndose hielos en la máquina q hacía un ruidajal, te tocan la puerta a las 9 am como si hubiera un incendio solo para preguntar si quieres limpieza , tuvimos q marcar a las 6 am a recepción por q huéspedes con bocinas a todo volumen

The manager and his front desk associate were amazing. Unfortunately the AC was not working properly. I suffer from Tinnitus and the mini split was practically vibrating from such much noise and it was not cooling. They moved us to another room, that AC was quiet but never cooled. After spending 3-4 hours waiting… I decided to speak to the manager about leaving. As I stated he was very professional and apologetic but I could not sleep in a hot room.

El proceso de check in fatal!!! Llegamos al hotel a las 12:30 de la madrugada y nos salieron con que ya era otro día y ya habíamos perdido la reservación … jamás me habían hecho eso!!! Que pasa si el vuelo se retrasa o tardas en llegar Si en las características del hotel dice que tienen recepción 24 horas en qué momento dice que no puedes llegar después de las 12 . Si bien no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, es muy facil llegar en 10-15mins al centro/malecon. Un hotel muy limpio con bonitas instalaciones y personal muy amable. En el lobby te recomiendan tours para visitar Balwnsra o los Cabos. Te incluyen Desayuno lo cual es muy bueno al estar hospedado.

Si bien no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, es muy facil llegar en 10-15mins al centro/malecon. Un hotel muy limpio con bonitas instalaciones y personal muy amable. Muy cómodo y limpio, el desayuno agradable y siempre atentos el personal en forma general. Lo que más me gustó es que está por el malecón donde puedes ir a caminar tranquilamente y cerca de unas playas. Resaltó que sales del hotel y te puedes meter al mar. Magnífica ubicación.

It was a good hotel and liked that the price included breakfast. Was a bit disappointed that it was the exact same breakfast everyday and the room did not have a fridge or microwave nor enough storage space. I like that we had access to coffee 24/7

Horrible reception on the tv. Wasn’t feeling well and wanted to stay in room a couple days and couldn’t watch tv cuz the service was awful. Smelt like drainage. The front desk clerk Andrea was very helpful. And Olga helped us get a rent a car.
