Very centrally located. Very nice aesthetic. There is a nice little rooftop pool. The views of the sunset are incredible. The locations makes it very easy to access everything around La Paz. There is a parking garage below the hotel that is very easy to get in and out of.

The breakfast inclusion was a nice plus. The pool was bigger than first envisioned and lovely especially early in the morning. The top floor bar and terrace was very pleasant in the cooler evening.

Gorgeous hotel right across from the cathedral in La Paz. The rooftop pool and bar is a nice place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Staff is friendly and accommodating. There are some fantastic restaurants within a few blocks, especially 32 sabores. It is an easy walk to the malecon (waterfront). The parking is underground; seems to be the best secure parking in the district. Your vehicle has to be under 2.15 meters high to get into the garage according to the sign so it's not for vehicles with big roof racks or pickup trucks with campers. The only minor complaint is the mattress. It was not comfortable -- had deep indents on both sides and was a little too soft.

I have stayed here many times since it first opened and would stay again however, this visit was disappointing as the wifi did not work the entire stay and I had to do my business meeting using a restaurant near by’s wifi instead. It made my stay stressful instead of relaxing.

It is an excellent hotel. Breakfast buffet is outstanding with so many options. Location is great. Staff fantastic. The only thing as we stayed there during the weekend it is noisy, even inside the room, we could hear the people above us.

The hotel is very nice, service is excellent, great location, within walking distance to restaurants and Malecon. Great view from the rooftop pool. Only downside was the mattresses, very uncomfortable, "fluffy," my back hurts badly after only 2 nights sleeping on those beds. I strongly recommend that the management renew all the mattresses in the rooms

The service was fantastic. Everybody was awesome, but especially Alejandro and Damien. They help out at the breakfast in the mornings and then they’re by the pool all afternoon. My son got very sick. They were bringing food to the room. They ran to the pharmacy got us a thermometer. And they’re so kind you feel like you’re staying with friends. The hotel is not far from the water. It’s across from the cathedral, which is beautiful and it’s very clean. Most of all the food for the breakfast that’s included is out of this world.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and definitely will be using this hotel again in the future. The place is stunning, the free breakfast is AMAZING, and the staff and service were impeccable. A huge shout out to Carolina at the front desk. She is incredibly sweet and was always a huge help. I told her multiple times that she should be the manager. She is also one of the main reasons I’ll be returning :) You can’t go wrong if you book this place!

This is an excellent hotel that offers an included breakfast that is also excellent. It is clean, well-run, and modern. The pool is good but the pictures make it look better than it is. There is parking and it is centrally located. I would stay there again.

Excelente hotel, exactamente enfrente de la catedral, a solo unas cuadras del malecón, alberca en planta alta con vista privilegiada. El único inconveniente fue con el restaurante, nuestra reservación contaba con desayuno incluido y solicitamos que el día de ingreso poder acceder a dicho beneficio de desayunar, ya que al ultimo día teníamos que salir a las 6 am y el restaurante no abre a ese horario, y nos fue negado dicho cambio a pesar de exponerle que únicamente era un cambio de día.

A comfortable stay in a great location. Good, underground car parking. Breakfast starts at 7 am so it’s no good if you have an early tour. They charge extra for espresso coffee but you’re welcome to drink as much brown water as you wish. Bed was a little too soft for me. Lovely rooftop.

Excellent location. Delicious morning breakfast included. Clean. Good shower. Comfy bed. Quiet rooms. Rooftop pool with a view. Bars with good prices and stiff drinks. Helpful friendly staff. Most staff speak English and are friendly with helping you practice your Spanish. Good food at their restaurant.
