We chose this site primarily for the e-chargers in the garage. Not only did it cost $10/night to park, but the rate on the Tesla chargers was 50% higher than anything you'd find elsewhere. Superchargers are cheaper!

The property is fine. Used the gym which was nice to have. TWO complaints: When making the reservation through Expedia, I looked for pet-friendly properties and this was one. HOWEVER…was notified at check-in that it was an extra $75.00. Nothing about this earlier. SECONDLY…the hotel knows we are here for one night. WHY, then, did the housekeeping staff knock on our door THREE TIMES between 8:30 and 10:45 to get us out to clean the room? Could have been a more peaceful stay.

Nice place, very close to downtown Temecula; about 5 minutes walking distance. There is an underground parking garage which is very convenient but at the same time it appears not big enough. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was very nice - I loved the large open clean lobby. The lobby bar was enjoyable and friendly staff. I was disappointed in the number of large dogs present in the lobby and loud barking. Perhaps they could use other entrances?

On the upside, the property was clean and staff were absolutely wonderful. They have a great happy hour as well. Down sides, I paid extra for a pool view and got a corner unit with only the view of pool chairs. The pool was also not heated so it was a complete waste of amenities. No hot tub.

There is guest laundry on the second floor. Staff was fine but rarely saw them. Parking was in the basement for a fee yet they didn't have enough spaces one night. Room was clean. Housekeeping came every other day. The hotel is LOUD. I was often woken up by loud guest returning to their rooms around midnight and then drying equipment in the morning + carpet vacuuming. The trash in public areas was constantly overflowing and left a dirty aspect to the property. I'm a Hilton rewards member and this is by far the lowest quality property I have stayed at.

The room was infested with ants, in the bathroom,and along the windows, we couldnt even enjoy our leftovers because the ants immediately attacked it. My sister and i are still itchy from the stay. The walls and smudges and drops of something on them The bathroom didnt appear cleaned properly along the base boards and some of the baseboards were MISSING. the shower head was directed towards the wall and impossible to redirect (might be because the shower leaks all over the floor) shower head significant visible build up and continued to run after being turned off. The floor had a pile of wood shavings under the door. Parking is limited and additional charge per day or you risk being towed, the dnd door tag was so worned down it wouldnt stay on the door. Lastly the fridge appeared to be broken, it was wet but not cold.

We stay here when we come to Temecula California and always enjoy our stay at this hotel. Beautiful outdoor area by the pool. My only complant this visit was the carpeting in the hallways looked like it needed vacuumed. Our room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly.

Great! I have never walked into a hotel that smelled so dang CLEAN. Staff was amazing and very nice, and I can just tell how hard the maids work with how clean this place was. I will definitely stay here again if I were to be in town.

Room wasn’t that clean, sheets looked like they weren’t fresh. They gave us a room with no remote control knowing the tv wasn’t working. They did try to give us a different room but we had to get to our event of the night. We ate breakfast at the buffet and they only came around once to ask if we needed anything.

The common areas in the hotel were clean and the rooms were also clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and the room had a microwave and a mini fridge as well as a coffee maker and Coffee Bean tea and Coffee. The hotel also had a very nice gym, and a great pool for kids, the deepest end of the pool was 4ft, which was great for our kids who had a blast at the pool. The bar and restaurant at the hotel was also great, they have a variety of beers on tap and cocktails were good. Happy hours specials were also great! Food from the restaurant was a bit pricey, but it was good. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room and the hotel. However, I do have to say that the hotel was understaffed. The toilet paper and the paper towels in the ladies bathroom (located in the lobby) ran out and was not immediately restocked, the towels in the pool also ran out and it took several requests to finally get them restocked. We also asked for extra towels for our room on two occasions and the second request for towels was never fulfilled. Luckily, the next morning we saw housekeeping and we were able to get extra towels from them directly. But the staff was really nice, but the hotel is definitely understaffed. Lastly, this hotel has underground parking which was great to keep our car cool from the Temecula heat. We paid $10 per night which was reasonable.

This is my favorite hotel in Temecula because it’s close to work but the hotel overall is awesome. However, on my recent stay, the room I had must have been close to AC units or something because it was running all night & kept waking me up. This was even after I turned my AC off in the room. Not a great night of sleep, but I’ll know for next time what room not to stay in or near.

Check in was a breeze, room was big with plenty of room for 3 guest in a two queen size bedroom. Outdoor patio with cozy with a fire fireplace, available breakfast on property was good with all the basics, copy, complementary. all staff was welcoming and helpful.

Nice hotel but there is something wrong with the level of insulation. We could hear the neighbors, people in the hallway, downstairs conversations it was terrible. They went on till 5 am. Lots of messes in the hallways too.

Well located if you have a car. Great staff, nice room but we were unfortunate in having a room next to the ice maker which made noise all night. Air conditioning also noisy and switched on and off all night. Nice size room and newly renovated. Would probably be great if our room was not near the elevator and ice machine so be sure to check before you book. :)

Nice, new property. Did not like the beds, but mostly the pillows. They are unsupportive and floppy. I did not sleep well at all, despite it being a beautiful hotel and would only recommend they get new pillows to match the new, modern look of the property!

This is one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had, and that is saying a lot. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location was great. I did hear some dogs barking so I thought that would be a problem but the rooms are well insulated. I would stay here again.

Our hotel room on the 2nd floor had zero aound proofing. We heard the TV from the outside patio through the closed window all night. The next morning, at the crack of dawn, we heard doors and cabinets slam below us and then heard people at the breakfast buffet. It was like the walls and floor were made of paper!

I arrived at approximately 1120pm for check in. There was no front desk clerk. I called out, I knocked on their employee only door, I called the front desk in hopes that someone would hear the phone to no avail. The front desk team member finally arrived approximately 20-25mins later. Asked me if that was me calling, to which I confirmed. He didn’t bother to apologize for the wait but rather proceeded to check me in as if there was no inconvenience experienced.

When i arrived at check-in at 4pm the room was not ready. The 2nd day of my stay after leaving the room at 745 am, i retuened to the hotel and room at 4 pm to find my room had never been cleaned. Property definitely must be short staffed on housekeeping.

We arrived a bit early so I decided to let the hotel know we were available to check in at any point to lessen the 4PM check-in rush that I see often at other hotels. We were greeted very pleasantly and were able to actually check in immediately. Ray is an extremely professional and helpful young man and was happy to explain to us the lay-of-the-land and answer all of our questions about Temecula and the surrounding area and what we may enjoy. We noticed a broken toilet seat in our room and Ray personally took care of it for us and to me that is the true meaning of customer service. I got to know Ray a bit over the few days we were there - we would chat briefly in passing and I kept thinking "this is the type of employee I would proudly like to have working with me". He truly is a delight and we will definitely return to Temecula and hopefully we will have the pleasure of running into him again.

Big thank you to Tiffany! After a long, hot, day at the soccer fields our team's parents were looking forward to ordering food in, and having a few drinks at the bar. They were short staffed and were just about to close the bar since it was dead. Tiffany kept it open for 2 hours for us. She was engaging and game to look up drinks on the internet and concoct them. She was wonderful. Thank you so much Tiffany!

We stayed for one night. The staff was friendly and even provided complimentary bottled water, which was appreciated. The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet and conveniently located within 5 miles of Thornton Winery, where we attended a concert. There’s no full-service restaurant on-site, and the limited “breakfast” set up that was offered was basic continental style that didn’t look very appealing, so we opted to eat at a nearby local restaurant. The cost for the room was a bit high given the limited amenities. I recommend this hotel for its convenient location—it’s also near Old Front Street, which we enjoy exploring the shops and boutiques.

Nice property There are a few things, On Sundays there's no food from restraunt very limited. There was issue with extending my stay that someone else was able to grab the room number I was extending in from internet and held my room number it was an all day event just to get my keys made and checked back into the same room that all my stuff was in, the assistant manager Ann hadto go look and make surethat was my room it was such a mess. I appreciate Ann.
