As always, stay was terrific. Communication with host exceeds all expectations, I’d give 10 stars if possible. Warning though to make sure parking tag is in car upon arrival, tow companies are ruthless and waste no time.

This was the perfect property for us on our weekend trip for an AU game. Great location within walking distance to everything we needed. Easy parking, clean property and best communication. We will absolutely stay here next time and wish we could have stayed longer.

From start to finish our stay was everything we needed and more. Very clean and conveniently located near everything including a Waffle House which was perfect for late nights. Comfortably accommodated our group of guys and girls. Although it’s on the 3rd floor I felt like I got a little workout each day. Would definitely recommend and book again.

7 women who roomed together in a house in Auburn in the early 1980s got together for three nights. This was the perfect location. Very near to Toomers corner and the campus. Very clean and described accurately on the website. We may be getting too old to be on the third floor though. But we considered it good exercise this time!

This is the perfect property for visiting Auburn. Walking distance to sports venues, bars, restaurants, off campus housing... Easy parking and easy communication with owner. Comact size but great layout and very comfortable for 6-8 adults. Nice to have 4 twin beds in addition to the 2 queens. Well appointed kitchen with icemaker, Keurig drip coffee, spices... This will be my go-to property to future visits with my freshman son.

Very clean, neat and tidy condo in a fabulous location in Auburn. Well appointed and everything was nice, for example…..the sofa was newer and the beds comfortable. Layout is perfect for couples with children too. Coffee available and kitchen was well appointed and maintained.

This was the perfect condo and location for visiting Auburn! You can walk everywhere downtown from this location. It was pretty quiet for it's location during move-in and the weekend before classes started. The condo was very clean and well-appointed. They thought of everything you might need during your stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Check-in was a breeze and they didn't require a lot at check-out. I will definitely stay here again!

Great spot to stay for visiting our Auburn student. She lives at Uncommon and this was right across the street so was super convenient for meeting up with her. Within blocks of campus and downtown. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had 5 people staying which was probably a max number for hanging out on the couch, but the three stools offered some more seating if you have more. Fantastic communication, too.

Very happy with this home. We had plenty of personnel space with four bedrooms and two jack and jill style bathrooms. Nice kitchen and living room, but no dining table just a bar with three stools so you will have to eat on furniture in living area. It\'s in the heart of the college, just around the corner from "Toomers", with lots of dining and shopping just a short block away.

This is a small but clean and well designed condo that is perfect for 4-6 singles or 4 couples. Easy walk around Auburn main drag. Host very responsive. We were not there for football home game, may be noisier on those. Perfect for reunion weekend:)

What an awesome Vrbo! So close to the campus, clean, and comfy! There are two bedrooms on each side of the hall with a jack and jill bath in between. Beds were comfortable and there is a smart TV in each room. There were hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, soap, and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Large TV in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker. There was also a small bag (new!) bag of coffee with creamers. It was perfect! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-out instructions were clear and simple as well. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Auburn!

We stayed at the apartment for three nights for a golf trip. The apartment was clean and the communication with the owner was great. We had a hiccup with the door lock when we arrived and Kara walked us through a workaround on the phone. No other issues the whole time. Apartment is walking distance to downtown Auburn and the campus.

Great location for visiting Auburn. Stayed here for Camp War Eagle and super convenient to both campus and downtown restaurants and shops. The place was spotless, great linens, and host was very responsive. Minor issue was promptly and professionally resolved by the host. Hope we can stay again on our next visit to Auburn!

We really enjoyed this condo. It was a perfect game day location. We were able to walk to the stadium and downtown. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very nice and attentive. Kara even sent us an email when we got there making sure there was nothing we needed. We will definitely stay at this location again!!!
