From the description, we expected that parking would be available, but that wasn't the case, adding a parking cost of £10/ day. The room hadn't been properly made up when we arrived, and there was rubbish in the room. The mattress of the double bed was in very poor condition.

Amazing view of beach and Caldey Island. Didn't spenf too much tine in hotel so can't comnent on restaurant, etc. but bar is very nice with great service.

Hotel is a solid 3 star and it does not pretend to be anything else. The hotel is dated but very clean all the staff were very friendly. Be aware even though there is an elevator you will still have to walk up stairs to get to it and then again to your room. Maybe an issue if you have mobility problems. Overall we were happy with our stay and thought it was good value for august bank holiday.

Overall it was a good experience but didn’t get the parking as described. It was already full and had space for max 5 cars in their private car park. I payed £10 extra to park at pay and park near the hotel. Staff were so so so nice cooperative and friendly. Really loved the place❤️

The ground floor as you walk in is very nice , clean and modern, but the bedroom we stayed in was in desperate need of updating , not what i was expecting from the pictures on line.

First impression on Hotel was quite nice. Greeting from front desk was very friendly but when directed to our room we were told we were on the first floor and for some strange reason the lift started on the first floor! We asked for assistsnce as my husband has bad knees. We were told there was none. We struggled up the very steep stairs only to find the lift then went to the 2nd floor so we would have to go back down more stairs to reach our room down a corridor at the back of the hotel. Arrived exhausted with two large suitcases to a small double room. It was pleasant enough but the bathroom could have done with a clean. We stayed 4 nights but would not stay there again as it definitely needs an upgrade.

The general condition of the property was dreadful - broken window panes, tissues stuffed in windows to keep out drafts, wall paper peeling off the walls, wash hand basins that didn't drain, no space between bed and wardrobes, shower unsafe to use etc etc. I will not be returning. Need I go on!!!!

The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. I also ate in the hotel for the Saturday evening and was made to feel very welcome and at ease as a solo traveller. The food was nothing short of AMAZING! All in all, a lovely stay

My second time in Tenby in a year, great town and people. I hadn’t stayed at the Belgrave before, but it was worth it. My room was reasonably priced and comfortable. I was able to head out straight into the centre of town. Staff were very friendly too.

Had a nice trip away in the hotel, service was ok but not the front of house wasn’t very welcoming to be honest. Never asked us how I stay was or spoke to my partner. The room was comfortable but needs of updating soon. I will say the view was brilliant and had a of bad night sleep. Will I go back probably not but it was ok.

What a fabulous location! We chose a seaview room, and waking up to the view of South Beach and Caldey Island was amazing, especially as we were lucky to have a sunny few days, despite it being very cold. The hotel was great, from the friendly, helpful staff to the comfort and stylish decor of the public areas. Our bedroom, despite being ready for a refurb, was very comfortable and had plenty of sensible storage, as well as tea and coffee making supplies. The bathroom was newly refurbished to a good standard. There was an issue with the shower hose, which was dealt with very promptly. Breakfasts were very good, both in content and service. We had one evening meal at the hotel (only because we wanted to explore what Tenby had to offer). It was excellent, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning.

Location is very good, the room was clean, & a nice size. The large bed was nice, but found the pillows a bit hard( both of them) Breakfast on the Monday was a little disappointing, we waited until 9 am, (because there was a coach party, they needed to be ready for the trip) Tuesday the breakfast was lovely.

The Property is on an Esplanade with excellent sea views over to Caldy Island and on a clear day across the bay to Worms head , Gower. It is close to the Harbour and town center.

Lovely hotel, great welcome from the staff who were very attentive. Fabulous location. I was lucky with parking outside, there's plenty nearby. I was in a small single, by choice, adequate.

What a fabulous location! We chose a seaview room, and waking up to the view of South Beach and Caldey Island was amazing, especially as we were lucky to have a sunny few days, despite it being very cold. The hotel was great, from the friendly, helpful staff to the comfort and stylish decor of the public areas. Our bedroom, despite being ready for a refurb, was very comfortable and had plenty of sensible storage, as well as tea and coffee making supplies. The bathroom was newly refurbished to a good standard. There was an issue with the shower hose, which was dealt with very promptly. Breakfasts were very good, both in content and service. We had one evening meal at the hotel (only because we wanted to explore what Tenby had to offer). It was excellent, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning.

we had the very very top room on 4th floor the room was cold no radiator on and we booked a double bed they put 2 single bed together and very uncomfortable in the middle between them the breakfast weren’t very warm would be microwave there to warm it more but the food in restaurant in the night was outstanding plenty on your plate and lovely and warm staff very friendly would stay there again but not the 4th floor too high

The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. I also ate in the hotel for the Saturday evening and was made to feel very welcome and at ease as a solo traveller. The food was nothing short of AMAZING! All in all, a lovely stay

Location is very good, the room was clean, & a nice size. The large bed was nice, but found the pillows a bit hard( both of them) Breakfast on the Monday was a little disappointing, we waited until 9 am, (because there was a coach party, they needed to be ready for the trip) Tuesday the breakfast was lovely.

The room was clean and quiet if a bit small. But the staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Very nice place for me to lay my head for a couple of nights.

The room was extremely hot although the heating didn't work. The window would not open. Only one member of staff on reception and the bar so we couldn't get a drink in happy hour as she was rushed. Also she was new. The food was expensive and not very good.
