The room was clean and quiet if a bit small. But the staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Very nice place for me to lay my head for a couple of nights.

The room was extremely hot although the heating didn't work. The window would not open. Only one member of staff on reception and the bar so we couldn't get a drink in happy hour as she was rushed. Also she was new. The food was expensive and not very good.
