The hotel is in a nice location in Keswick. The breakfast was great. Enough to fill you up and tasty. Bedroom was comfortable. We didn’t use the bar area so can’t comment on that. The hotel was nice and clean although slightly tired looking. The car park is small and we unfortunately got blocked in which meant that we had to cancel plans that we had. We did eventually get out and then parked our car on local roads as couldn’t risk not being able to get out. All in all a great stay.

Had a stay here last night with my partner and we weren’t disappointed in anyway. The property is lovely and central, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and spotless clean. We couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely be booking again. ❤️

Not enough staff! It’s a reasonably priced hotel for a reason. It’s dated, although our room had been redecorated the shower was tiny and not great. The staff were run ragged which impacted the experience. Cooked breakfasts were ok. Continental offering was just juice, yoghurt, cereal & melon. Parking very limited & not managed well as you’ll see from photo - poor parking meant 2 fewer spaces

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast and breakfast service was excellent. Only negatives were the car park, which is very small and cramped; however, there is on street parking near by. Initial reaction was that the hotel is a bit run down, but on closer inspection, most important items were new. The shower had seen better days though.
