What a complete and utter lack of customer service and accommodation by this property. First on this booking: Had to extend a friend who was staying Saturday night, Booked this room at 9am and got confirmation. My friend's reservation was to extend with the new one. Front desk locked him out after shift change. They could not find the reservation and deactivated his keys. He returned at 6pm in panic. The front desk manager Ken was accomodating and let him take a brief nap while he sorted out the confusion. Ken also gave him a new room as my friend had issues with the last room. Besides Ken the Front Desk team is rude and curt and ignorant. Had issues Friday and Saturday with another reservation. Family who owns property is great but their 2 staff members Friday morning and Saturday evening are incompetent and nasty.

The hotel was fine for one night, except the sound proofing between rooms is minimal. Also, the property could use an update! Staff was very nice though.

Great location for my needs.My room was never cleaned by housekeepers while there. I did not put a do not clean sign on door. Thought maybe short stage. Hotel was going through renovation s. Luckily I pretty neat and did not need anything. I did mention it to front desk and she apologized for the oversight. Yes, would probably stay here again. Louise at front desk was lovely and helpful.

The front desk was terrible, we booked through Expedia the same day when we checked in, the front desk refused to checked us in because she said the money was still at pending status, of course it is the pending status because we booked the same day and didn’t checked in yet. We called Expedia , Expedia called the manager of this hotel and told the confirmation number to the front desk, she was still not allowed us to check in . She refused to checkin us even though we told her if you can’t receive the money tomorrow, we will pay you!!! After back and forth phone calls after 4 hours , the front desk finally checked us in, We were waiting there for more than 4 hours at night , kids were exhausted and tired after skiing. If it were not because we were still skiing the second day, we would left right away. Think about you were being hold in the phone more than 4 hours , what is your feeling!! If the hotel manager team can see this message, please train your employees how to take care of your customers!! Terrible!
