This was our most economical stay during a recent trip to Guatemala, and it was great for the price! We had a clean comfortable room with 4 beds and a mini-fridge. Shower was great and internet worked pretty well. We loved having the tables on the balcony and the always stocked coffee/tea/water station in the hallway was awesome!

Everything was exceptional, the staff was friendly, hotel was very clean and very good location to bakery San Antonio, Dominos pizza and mini store with snacks and essential needs. I will stay here again. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that they don’t have parking lot so I had to go around the corner and had to pay 150 for two nights in dollars this will be equivalent to $15 witch is not bad but should be included on the hotel price. Other than that all was amazing.

Pintoresco muy al estilo de la Antigua. *No me gustó porque toda la noche se escuchó el ruido de un chorro abierto (como una pila sobre el techo) y al día siguiente observé que era una tubería que estaba sobre la habitación y toda la noche el ruido de una cisterna que no dejaba dormir. Toallas deterioradas Fundas de almohadas blancas parecían mal lavadas. No había estacionamiento y la intraqiilidad de dejar el carro el lejos y lo cual así fué, tuve que ir a las 6 am a traer el carro donde había quedado estacionado y poder cargar el equipaje. Por estas razones decidimos hacer el check out un día antes y el de de recepción al parecer el dueño ni siquiera preguntó porq nos íbamos antes....al final yo perdí un día de hotel pero no valía quedarse ahí. Lo siento deben mejorar Al llegar le dije que tenía una reserva y ya estaba cancelada en su totalidad y aún me dicen que verían si había espacio..como era posible???? Y a la hora del ingreso no estaba lista la habitación esperamos 30 minutos.

Unfortunately the pictures online make the hotel look updated and colorful. We stayed one night but the towels and sheets were no longer white and frayed, the tv’s were old and did not work properly. Parking is about two blocks away, you have to pay hourly after 3pm making it difficult to explore the city. Many cars were parked on the street right In front of hotel. It was raining and difficult to get in and out of hotel with luggage. The hotel next door has a bar/restaurant with good service and great food. (No parking either)

This was our most economical stay during a recent trip to Guatemala, and it was great for the price! We had a clean comfortable room with 4 beds and a mini-fridge. Comfortable accommodation about 3 or 4 blocks from the central square of Antigua. Area felt safe, and they offer free coffee and hot water in the hall. The hall is like a covered courtyard and nice to sit and relax in. Reception is quick to answer questions and help if you need it.

Location was perfect, the property is beautiful, found parking close and easy and was perfectly close to all the sites in Antigua. We walked everywhere and the view to the volcano was so beautiful.

Great little hotel, it is Guatemalan style quaint and rustic but clean and as usual Guatemalan service. Parking is a couple blocks away or off street that can be difficult to find, we got lucky. Lots of restaurants, shopping, sightseeing nearby. Parque de central, museums, church ruins all walking distance.

It was a great stay. The room does need a mirror outside the bathroom. Also there were people outside our room who were being really loud outside our room and no one intervened. Other than that, the room was spacious and clean. TV does need an ungrade. The area around the property was great. Good restaurants and bars and lots to do.

There is no air conditioning and the ceiling fan was very high so we weren’t able to turn it on and the room was extremely hot. There was no mini fridge, safe box, or room phone. They did not leave enough towels for all us so we had to go to reception to ask for them, They also don’t have restaurant service. We won’t be staying there again.

Very cute hotel, but the walls are super thin. The hotel has quiet hours, but the neighborhood does not. The parties last through the night. Also, the amenities listed for the hotel, like breakfast and spa, are NOT AT THE HOTEL, they are across town. It was all rather disappointing.
