This hotel has a lot to offer and it was a modern refuge for me. The main reasons I booked this hotel was the jacuzzi and laundry service. However you have to book time in the jacuzzi and it was difficult to track down the person responsible for booking ans he seemed overly busy and then it wasn’t very hot and ended up making my skin itch. The food and service were good in the restaurant. I ended up on the wrong elevator and had difficulty finding the lobby as several floors had lights off and there was limited signage pointing to the guest elevator or lobby. I loved my room and slept well and it’s a beautiful hotel. I also only received one drink ticket and Expedia said I would get two. Also there was no laundry service as advertised on Expedia which was a bit of a hassle for me. I don’t regret my night there but for the price I should have been overwhelmed with a quality experience and I wasn’t. I believ it also says there’s a spa but the spa is a few blocks away at a sister hotel. Now~that was one of the best massages I have ever received from Jessica. It completely exceeded my expectations and I left feeling renewed. I was able to do the booking over English text with what’s app and that made it very easy for me.

At the time of our stay they were renovating a section of the hotel which caused a lot of noise throughout the day until late evenings , because of all the noise we really couldn’t just lay and relax in our until it was night time when they would finish up .

The property has a beautiful view of the lake and the volcano. The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to. We got stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes and they fixed the problem really quick and gave us a complementary drink on the house. However, we did not enjoy much of the hot tub the second night of our stay. Not sure what the issue was but we were told that they could not have the jets and the water coming from waterfall on at the same in order to save water but the previous night they did do that. Other than that everything was amazing and beautiful.

The hotel and service was great. Everyone was very helpful. AC was loud but still good. However the pool lounge chairs need to be replaced. They all were kinda broken down and sagging down in the middle. It’s a nice pool area and would be a lot nicer with decent lounge chairs.

Very nice hotel. Clean. The bathroom sink drain leak all over the floor when you used the bathroom sink and the toilet ran constantly. We didn't bother to notify the hotel because we were. only staying one night and didn't want to bother changing rooms. We did let them know during checkout.

Beautiful property and very clean rooms. Beautiful views from the balcony and restaurants within walking distance. There was construction when we we were there but we weren’t there during the day so it did not bother us. Attendants were amazing! To the point that they helped us contact a tour when our Spanish was lacking. The food at the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired so that was the only downside to the property.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, which still made the stay pleasant. The location is also great to walk around and explore the shops & grab meals (along with having the convenience of meals at the hotel). Cons: The jacuzzi wasn’t hot & the room was extremely hot & humid. We had to sleep with the deck door open and still we were hot. Also, there was no fridge in the room. Unfortunately, for the price this hotel wasn’t worth it.

Front desk staff and restaurant staff are excellent! Location was good and the hotel has 24/7 security. The actual hotel room lacks the amenities you would expect for a 4 star hotel. No central AC, no fridge or minibar, no safe, limited toiletries.

Good property, felt safe staying here and was convenient to the boardwalk and to the town. Beautiful views if you have a clear day of the volcanos and nice balconies. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it looked very relaxing. Room amenities could be improved no A/C and no safe in the room. The staff were helpful, but the VIP amenity said that you could get any 2 drinks for your stay, all I wanted was coffee and they made a big deal about this stating it was for alcoholic beverages/soda.. which are more expensive than coffee anyway! After a lot of back and forth they finally gave me my coffee.

Hotel was nice, but after coming back from a nice dinner with friends. The hotel staff wanted to search out bags for no reason. They said it was due to drinks that we could've bought back onto the property, which was not allowed and we were fully aware. This was one of the rules they informed us during check-in. If you want to stay at a hotel that searches your bag every time you come back to your room. This is the hotel for you...

Place was clean … our room was very well maintained … very poor bar service and selection…no one on sight w bar experience. Restaurant food avg. and staff good .. front desk staff and guest service staff were not accommodating and really seemed like we were all more of a bother than a hotel guest. No pool service … had to go into bar and or restaurant to get food or drinks.

From the pictures and the outside, this seems like a great place. That appearance is only skin deep. There are many restrictions and some services that should have been offered that weren’t. For one, coffee is not available until after 8am and often there are no cups available. The “travel agency” in the rear of reception is overpriced. Go to the streets and find more options at better prices. Even if you book an excursion with the hotel, they won’t hold your luggage past 3pm- not even for an additional fee- if your tour is the day of your check out. The pool was nice but the bar and restaurant close very early. The drinks are weak. I suggest leaving the area and going up Santander because you’ll find much more authentic and stronger and economical options. I also want to point out that this “resort,” which is not at all inclusive, requires a wrist band. There’s no need. We walked into the property at 10pm and no one even checked. The only time we needed it was for the “free watered down drink” you may get upon check in. I would not stay here again. There are many other options that are much better.

We had a great stay here during the rainy season. Beautiful views. Great pool and friendly accommodating staff. Good waterfront access and also very walkable to the main street with shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing views of Lake Atlitan. The hotel wad nice inside but the room could get a little warm even with the portable air conditioning. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Hotel serving staff had good points and bad points. Some wait staff around the pool would forget to bring orders. The front desk is not at all accommodating. Food in the hotel restaurant was decent most nights but was very expensive for the buffets. The last night, the hotel threw a lovely event with kids entertainment and free drinks.

Stunning property. Every room has a gorgeous lake and volcano view. The staff were helpful and friendly, the restaurant was fantastic and even had live music. The pool and exercise room were a bonus. Do yourself a favor and stay here during your visit to the lake. You won't regret it!
