Breakfast had only danishes. Coffee only had powdered creamer and sugar displayed in an International delight display. Staff said they don’t actually serve that creamer, they just use the display. Our room was almost $300 for a night, it seemed that the hotel could have a little more available for breakfast, like some apples or bananas or tangerines. Jacuzzi was green and had dirty foam. Pool was clean. Everything else was okay. Staff was friendly. Woman and man were screaming and running at 1am outside our door on the 2nd floor. Her child was crying in terror. Woke our whole family up. It was difficult to fall back asleep.

We really enjoyed staying here, it was quiet, they had coffee and some snacks out every morning. Panera was a quick walk. Close to the freeway to head to the beaches. The only disappointment was the pool and spa closed too early, I thought it would be open until 10 on a Saturday night. They said others complained it was too loud when they were open that late, so to each their own but maybe later hours on Friday and Saturday.

A great reception when we arrived, very friendly and helpful. Room was in excellent condition and clean with a fridge and microwave. The room got a little warm, but there is an AC unit in the room which did the trick at cooling. The pool area was a welcomed amenity- the pool was heated and there is hot tub. The location is short drive down to Pismo Beach, but there are lots of shopping and dining options closer by with a large Walmart and Trader Joes close by. An excellent stay, especially for the price.

I do not recommend anyone stay here. The staff was VERY rude, the room was filthy. It is very evident that they do not change the bed sheets because the bed was full of dog hair (I didn’t have a pet with me). I slept on top of the sheets with a big beach towel as my blanket, the towels had dark brown and yellow stains on them and my daughter said a wash cloth had what looked and felt like dead skin on it. The floor was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months, we kept our shoes on when walking on the floor, otherwise the bottoms of our feet and socks would be black. The pool had a thick layer of dirt at the bottom and the hot tub looked murky. The icing on the cake is that after this very unpleasant stay, the deposit is still pending in my bank account over 6 business days and they have already charged me for my room (which was $10 more than what I was told I’d pay when booking). I had to put a dispute in with my bank so they can work on getting the deposit released back into my account, which can take up to 90 days. I have never had issues like these staying at any hotel. Saying im disappointed is a huge understatement.

Great place stop a hill with good view of ocean. Spotlessly clean, with excellent maid service. Everything seemed very new and clean. The blackout curtains were awesome, made room very dark. Nice pool/hot tub area, small but pleasant. Staff extremely nice. Shopping mall, restaurants, coffeeshops and bus transit center all within half a mile - and county nature trailheads directly behind the hotel! Water pressure in the shower was low the first night, but fine thereafter. No shortage of hot water. Not perfect soundproofing but better than most hotels. I plan to revisit.

Upon checking into the room, I immediately killed cockroaches. The floor was very dirty with food crumbs, and the bathroom towels as well as inside the tub had hair. The front staff who checked us and was very pleasant, but overall, I would definitely not stay here again. In fact, the only reason I didn’t ask for a refund and leave was because I was traveling with a small child and it was already well into the evening.

Room was not clean. There was bunch of dust on top shelf of hanging rack. My bag got all dusty. The floor had dog hair all over because it was on our socks. The AC did not work. Room was stuffy and we were better off just opening the door. All the towels smelled like they are washed in vinegar. Even my 3 years old asked what that smell was. The walls are thin. We could hear the people in other room snoring and at like 5am the people above us were walking all around sounded like they were running back and forth. Would never stay here again.

It was a horrible stay hotel was dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The ceiling vent in the bathroom was hanging off towels were dirty. Pubic hair was on The base of the toilet. I told the front office about the hair on the toilet they said they would clean it. We came back to find it exactly how It was the previous night! Front office staff didn’t seem to care or accommodate our Bad stay! I would not stay here with My family ever again.

Road noise is real. LED porch light was bright as can be and shone through the door crack. Turn on the AC kill the road noise and cover the outdoor lamp with some dirty underwear.

My room was great-quiet, spacious, clean and updated. Free parking and free wifi included. Wifi is a tiny bit slow in the morning when everyone is on it, but otherwise no problems. It was a great stay, especially for the price.

Overall the property was very clean. The beds were lumpy. In the room right next to ours, was a party that went on all night with loud banging of furnature and music. Managment did not do anything to quiet them up.

Rude and disrespectful onsight staff! Language barrier results in miscomunication and conflict. Just trying to get fresh towels becomes a major task with conflict. Housekeeping lies to management, manager then escalates the lies causing further conflict. All the while one of the maids was smirking behind the managers back while I tried to defend and deescalate the situation. Totally unwarranted and uncalled for. Such a waste of time causing frustration and aggravation that no one should have to endure. Staff is a complete joke, don’t put yourselves thru this, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY! You’ll thank me later!

Property management allowed a big group of guest to run the place they allowed parking in the no parking fire zone they allowed the big group of guest to party with loud music until 2am with out doing anything about it with no concern for the other guest. The party was in the parking lot with a BBQ, loud music and open containers. A good time of your in your 20s.

Unfortunately our most recent stay was not satisfactory. We had stayed her about a year ago and it was clean and quiet. Both times I had booked 6 reservations for our group. There was a very loud group making a lot of noise till 2am and no one is staffed at night, so no one to call. In the morning there was no hot for any of the reservations in my group

Over 40-50 party goers took over 4 rooms next to my rooms. I had to personally call the police 3 times because the front desk did not want to take care of the problem. Loud music, door slamming , broken glass, yelling & fighting. The front desk even hung up on me several times. I asked for a refund on my rooms and they denied me. 3am until it was some what quiet to fall asleep. I highly DO NOT recommend this motel!

Honestly, this was a decent hotel room. Given the location, the price was incredibly reasonable. The room was clean, smelled great, walkable to restaurants and Walmart, just a short drive to Pismo Beach, SLO and a blip longer for Santa Barbara… The man who checked me and was incredibly kind and very accommodating. He even asked me if I preferred to top or bottom floor, which was incredibly helpful given the fact that I have three young children. I was very impressed by him. I would absolutely stay here again. I didn’t even use any of the amenities is like the free breakfast, the fire pit, etc. I just slept in the room.

It's a decent economical place, clean and in good condition. But the previous time, a few days earlier, I used the online check in, and was overcharged by $45. When I discovered it, I went to the front desk to ask for a correction, and they obliged. This trip-overcharged again, but this time I caught it upon arrival. However it's now been over 10 days, and I've still not been issued the refund of $45 from the earlier trip. I'm not sure whose error this is, but it's annoying enough to make me not go back.

Be aware that after hours there isn’t a person on site but rather they attend virtually and the sound makes it difficult to understand sometimes. I felt unsafe the night I checked in because another guest was making unwanted advances and not having someone on site made me unsure of who to go to for help. Other guests were very loud all night and it was difficult to sleep here. Also I was very disappointed that the “free breakfast” was just a danish and coffee.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times, and it is my go-to! Great price, it’s clean, safe, and next to food options, close to freeway but is on a hill so it’s not loud and you get a great view of pismo beach!

Great place to stay if you just want a comfortable bed to spend the night. Very close to lots of restaurants and shopping centers, including Walmart, In-N-Out and seafood grills. It’s on a hill. The staff is very friendly and housekeeping very helpful.

The room was clean and of a good size for 4 of us. There was really effective air con in the room as well as spacious parking, in fact we parked outside our door. There is a heated pool and hot tub. We had pastries and coffee along with juice for the breakfast. Would have liked a coffee machine in the room.

I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s consistently clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. The rooms are spacious with decent tv channels, good WiFi, fridge and microwave. No in room coffee maker but coffee to go in the lobby in the morning. There’s also free ample parking a pool and laundry facilities. This is the best budget friendly stay in the Pismo/Arroyo Grande/San Luis Obispo area. Helpful and efficient staff too.
