Cute, quiet spot. Driveway is a bit tricky, give yourself time to negotiate as its a sharp turn into driveway but it opens up after the first 20ft. Comfortable bed and bathroom area was nice and good amount if space. Clerks were kind and courteous. I asked them places to eat and gave great feedback.

Decent place to stay. Family friendly. Rooms were clean. Free parking (caution: entrance is very slim and narrow). Felt safe and better than any other INN. I crashed after a long drive from Phoenix so stayed only one night. Pismo beach was just 8mins drive and it was great experience visiting a drive thru beach with dunes.

Location worked well for us. The room was very stuffy when we arrived, but we were able to air it so after a couple days it was ok. Best thing was the bed which was the right firmness for us. The parking lot is small, but we were always able to find a spot. The driveway entrance is tight

We needed a place to crash for 2 days, the price is suitable for this but nothing else. There are no lights in the parking lot or outside the rooms, coming back late at night was a bit concerning. A restaurant literally across the parking lot was plus.

The room seemed clean, I have no complaints. It is a pretty noisy location at times so I’d just keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper, you will hear cars and dogs barking but nothing overwhelming. I appreciate when places have little comforts like an extra blanket to use, extra towels, etc which I didn’t notice this place having. There was also a constant few nats and or flies in my room for some reason. Check in was quick and simple. Parking is behind the building so you don’t have view of your vehicle.

This is near Aldi Starbucks Amber Restaurant Dutch Brothers Coffee Nova coffee Greenhouse coffee Banner coffee Big Brand Tire and Service it's near Clark Center for the Performing Arts the high school it is near McDonald's and Arco. If you have an SUV or a car this is pretty good bigger vehicles will be tight in the parking one way in One Way Out. This is also very close to the on and off ramp 101 very close to washboard laundromat Big Brand Tire and Service. CJ Cafe is right next door their hours are 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for 2025. I could not write the condition of the property I had just arrived at 8:30 p.m. and it asked me to do the survey when I am tired and I just got here they should send the survey After I'm Gone then I could have given a better answer.

The price paid was different than price booked on line, towels dirty, smell , flies, gnats, mosquitoes in the room, toilet not secured properly, rocks back and forth, super thin walls

There was blood smeared on the bathroom door frame, mold in the shower, really cheap shower curtain it did not help at all with showers it would still flood everywhere and soaked all our clothes in the bathroom. we made friends with a flying bug in the shower for 2 days. All the sheets and towels where dirty and damp, we had to ask for new ones. Wifi is horrible. The fridge tipped over and dropped all our food there was a rubber boot that they seemed to put themselves but still didn't help the case. The fridge was unsafe and not sturdy at all. Besides that it was a nice quiet area.

Very hospitable at check in, clean, great a/c, has A microwave coffee maker and refrigerator. The bathroom was all New finishes. The only negative thing I can say is that the walls are very thin and you can hear outside noise very easily so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. I would stay here again!

Check in okay. But return later for the night did not. The Internet connection was not operating. Not was the TV. A guy came in for the TV. Took him 30 minutes to get it working. Watched for a while but when I tried it again later it didn't work. Rooms a bit noisy from outside traffic.

A good deal at the price I paid. Very clean, and the room was well arranged with all the usual commodities. Check in was extremely fast. Area is safe, and it's a fifteen minute walk to the picturesque downtime area. No heavy traffic, and many restaurants, gas stations and food stores close by. The 101 entrance ramp is a 1 minute drive away. No noise issues or weird people. The only complaint was management bothered me about leaving 45 minutes before my checkout time. This is impolite but no deal breaker. I've stayed at several hotels in the immediate area, and this offers the best value for features. Recommended.

When I showed up there was Little words said he just told me to put my card in and charge me then went to my room place was somewhere clean but no hot water the fridge and microwave were disconnected and the next door neighbors were being noisy. I checked in at 3:00 p.m. checked out at 10:30 p.m. no refund and then no credit or have credit no words said from person.

Great stay over Thanksgiving! We had a family trip to Pismo and had rented an AirBnB for family. Additional family members were able to join us, but we did not have room, so I was able to secure a room at this cute motel. The price was great! The room was perfect. Everything was clean and parking was no problem. The owner was super friendly and had great communication! We even got into a great informative discussion about the crazy skyrocketing Property Insurance rates in California. We will definitely stay in this motel when in the Pismo area again.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was appalled by the level of uncleanliness. The bed was disgusting—the sheets smelled awful, and there was blood on the pillows. It was beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available to switch our room or offer any assistance to make us feel comfortable. The lack of service was shocking. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable. The rooms are right next to each other, and the guests in the neighboring room played loud music and had their TV blasting all night. Despite the disturbance, no one from the hotel staff stepped in to address the issue. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise against staying here unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, service, and overall hospitality.
