The hotel is outdated, though clean. On 4th floor, it was difficult to get hot water in shower one of the mornings. There is tremendous construction going on in front of the facility - appears to be infrastructure - town buried water lines or the like. Ate breakfast one of the mornings and all hot breakfast items were cold even though it was only 6:15 in the morning. The gym equipment was in good shape.

There’s good food around the place. The ramen was excellent and give you tons of noodles. The hot tub was nice. Staff are amazing. The breakfast is nothing spectacular but the unlimited coffee is nice. Theres noise bc of construction. Thanks for having us!

staff seemed confused about the maid service. After my room wasn't cleaned I asked the front desk about their policy. They told me they cleaned after the 3rd day. The sign in the room said every other day. I did ask to have my room cleaned after 2 nights and they took care of it. I asked about the train frequency and was told once a week; it was every day. The train was only once a day so not too noisy for very long. Vacant lot beside the motel was dirt so my vehicle was covered in dust every morning, not a deal breaker. They did have a pretty decent breakfast and loved the to go bags. Power did go out one morning and shut down the breakfast area again not the hotels fault. I was close to a new Mall so many dining options close. Pool was clean and inviting but the hot tub was cold water.

Spa tub closed, pool dirty, lots of construction, which reroutes you miles out of the way just to get to the location. The only redeeming quality was the staff, Aldo, who was very kind and helped us get into the pool area because the gate is broken. Also, the housekeeping staff was working very hard, so they deserve praise. I do not recommend this hotel.

Elevator was not working and we had to walk up the stairs. No sign saying it was out of service, staff told us to take stairs. Carpet looked really dirty, seating in hotel had stains and looked dirty as well. Hotel was very noisy. You could hear EVERYTHING, I travel a lot and this has been the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. Never again will I be staying at any of their hotels, lesson learned.

Very clean neat - rooms were decent sized as well. Even the elevators , guest laundry rooms everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was available from 6-10 am and was a good value add too. Parking space was sufficient too. Had a comfortable nights sleep. There is a highway next to the property but we did not feel any noise. Stayed on a weekday Thursday

Upon booking and settling into the room we got food and came back to see a roach crawling up the wall to get into the building. (I did get a video) and then there was a bucket in front of the elevators for some type of leak in the building first/second floor. (I got a photo) the staff wouldn’t say anything about it without seeing the pest in person and said not to worry about it.

Clean hotel and room. Complimentary breakfast with both hot and cold options was very nice and the eating area is spacious and clean. Customer service was very pleasant. Housecleaning cleaned every other day, not every day. Not a problem for us but you may want to know.

I was in town visiting a relative for my birthday when I booked this room. I looked forward to sleeping in but this room had no blackout curtains. It had one sheer curtain and the sun came in at full force at sunrise. I wasn’t able to sleep in and it was horrible. The other locations always had this. I told the front desk and the response was “all the rooms have this except for one and I guess you got that room.” Disappointed.

We HATED the shower!! The water pressure is non existent! They think there saving water, but NO! Instead of around an 8 minute shower, we’re taking at least a 20 minute shower! Would not stay again just based on this!

The place was nice. The room was clean. Only thing I would change is the bed was not as comfortable and hard.. The pillows were terrible. The breakfast was OK. The waffles was the best.Part.

We arrived early and the two ladies at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn’t ready yet so they upgraded us, I thought that was very nice and not necessary, but appreciated as we were tried from our drive in!

Me and my wife reserved a room two weeks in advance, and we were notified. The room was available and waiting for our arrival. When getting there we checked in went upstairs, went into the room and found another person was already in that room. We were then moved down to another floor, which was unfortunate, but I did not like the confusion in a mistake of a corporation so big.

Front desk staff was not available/at the desk for 15+ minutes when I arrived. I couldn’t find anyone. Extra pillows were not in the room. I had to go down to the front desk to obtain them. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Shower head not very strong. Unfavorable people lingering in the parking lot. Nice front desk staff in the morning upon departure. Great service and staff in breakfast area. Breakfast area was spotless!! Food was great, fresh and wide variety.

The guy checking us in was extremely unprofessional. There was an issue with check in and he was cussing and was frustrated because he claimed he could not find my name. Waited about 15 minutes to finally get checked in! It was horrible!

This was a great stay. I have to give a big shout out to Carrie at the front desk. We arrived at 1 PM drove in from Vegas a 7 hour drive with kids and a dog was a lot. I had originally selected a first floor room to make it easier to take my dog out. Carrie informed me the room was not ready but she can set us up in a second floor room close to the elevator for my dog. It was very kind of her. Our room was comfortable and clean. This place was great it is hard to find affordable pet friendly hotels anywhere that are clean and quiet. We checked out 2 days later and realized we forgot my husbands work clothes in the closet shortly after we hit the road. I was able to text Carrie and let her know she was so accommodating and had the clothes at the desk when I arrived. Thank you for being so accommodating and kind during our stay! And a big thank you for the clean quiet room that allowed my puppy!

Terrible location. Super loud between freeway and train tracks - so both sides of the is hotel are noisy. Hotel was very cold inside so you had to wear a coat and the the internal room thermostats functioned poorly. We couldn't get warm here. It was like camping. Then the shower made this horrible whiny noise. Overall, I would never ever after here again.

Fantastic place, I'd recommend a stay there as soon as construction on the road in the back is complete. It was virtually impossible at night to find the entrance through a maze of cones with no lights and it seemed we were driving into oncoming traffic. Unfortunate because the place is really nice.

The hotel is nice, but the complimentary breakfast was not good. We spent 3 nights, and we arrived for breakfast at 9:45 am and the only thing left were Luke warm turkey breakfast sausages. The second day the eggs and bacon were Luke warm. The third day the kielbasa sausage and western omelets were also Luke warm. The food was tasty but was not kept warm

Right off the freeway was a huge plus since we were just driving through town. Bed was clean and pretty comfortable. Shower had supplies so I didn't need to unpack my own. Breakfast had make-your-own waffles which family loved, hot oatmeal, small hot food and cold food bars, as well as grab & go items. All very convenient to start our day without addit stops. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge. Staff was friendly. I didn't like the area and there was construction all around with detours, but again I'm sure that was temporary, and I wasn't staying in town, and it was right off freeway so might not be an issue for many. For those staying, it was a pretty close drive to a big target shopping enter and a couple miles away from an In-n-Out & Mc Donald's that are open late. We would stay again if we had to go back to this city.

Great rooms for price! Easy access to freeway and close to plenty of stores and restaurants. The dining room was very clean and breakfast was also delicious with plenty of options including coffee.
