We are just traveling through heading back to Missouri from Florida for vacation. The hotel looks like it is getting updates and improvements. Our only complaints would be our bathroom door looks to have water damage and our room smelled musty. Also, we used the pull out couch and it was very noisy and the mattress was in bad shape. It sunk bad and my older kids that slept on it did not sleep well. I think next time, we would get a second room if we needed to do this again. The staff were all very friendly, especially Cathy in the breakfast area. She was so kind and made us feel like we were in her kitchen, even when she was the only one working and running around like crazy!

I felt like this hotel has made extra efforts to prevent problems with bedbugs such as no carpeting and vinyl covering on the bottom mattress and desk chair that could be wiped off. The front desk clerk when we checked in was AWESOME!!! Very friendly, even though the hotel is under construction we had a very good stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable!!

Like the hotel, enjoy the restaurant in front, my biggest problem is the ac doesn't go below 67. I like to sleep in a real cold room. I've stayed there the last 3 weeks in a row and all the rooms are like that. I will be staying in that area every week, but next week we try Hampton Inn and see how the ac works there

Newly renovated , it is very clean, workers young /new . Carpets removed the floor is bare and cold …..needed a rug at the larger bed side.

I sent a couple employees to work In the area and they stayed in this hotel. Never again!! They found BEDBUGS in their room!! And not just one or two either!! Does housekeeping even check the rooms?!?

There is not much if any insulation between rooms or between floors. Everything can be heard. Also the hotel is right against the interstate and you can hear nonstop traffic and semi jake brakes being used all night long. Not a good place to get a night of rest.

The lighting in the room was not very good. Two different type bulbs were used and both should have been daylight bulbs to brighten the room. When we went to eat breakfast the pancake machine was not working. Stated the belt needed changing after so many times it was used. This should have been checked before breakfast was started. The staff was very nice and helpful during the stay.

Leyna checked us in when we arrived and she was so welcoming and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and offered area suggestions for dining as well. What a heat start to a great stay. We stayed 2 nights and beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and breakfast was yummy. Would stay here again!

Our first time visiting this property. Cindy was extremely pleasant, professional and recommend local dining and things to do. She really seemed to care about the customers and enjoy her job. We stayed at your competitor the last 6 years for our annual family rafting trip but they were sold out so we stayed here. We will be staying with you for now on!

I am completely disappointed Ted with this hotel! We booked a handicap accessible room months before the actual trip. When we arrived, they had given all the handicap rooms away, put us on the top floor, when we had requested a room close to the elevators, and made no effort to help fix the problem. I use a walker and my daughter has a broken foot. We could not use the shower in a normal room because we can’t stand in the bathtub. The hotel’s solution, only because my other daughter demanded a shower chair, was to give us a metal folding chair to sit inside the tub. We literally took our lives into our hands just to get a shower! I’m furious with this booking and hotel management!!! I will never stay there again!

The front staff when we checked in was very friendly. The kitchen staff were amazing and looked after everybody. It was new and clean. It was the front desk staff upon check out that was unfriendly and did not say a word when I checked out on May 26 (Friday). Should get better training when it comes to customer service. Love it overall and would go there again.

The lighting in the room was not very good. Two different type bulbs were used and both should have been daylight bulbs to brighten the room. When we went to eat breakfast the pancake machine was not working. Stated the belt needed changing after so many times it was used. This should have been checked before breakfast was started. The staff was very nice and helpful during the stay.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Room was very clean and roomy and perfect for our needs. We were late getting down to breakfast and the employee who worked the buffet (lady from NY) offered to get a togo box of anything we wanted. She boxed up some cinnamon rolls which were delicious!

The breakfast staff was incredible! I wish I had gotten her name! Our daughter wasn’t feeling well so she didn’t come down for breakfast. She set us up with s blueberry muffing and juice on a tray to take up. Thank you!!
