We stayed at this property a year ago and found it to be so nice, clean, and easily accessible off the hwy- that when we started planning our summer road trip this year I booked another stay. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, property and rooms are clean and comfy. We also love the nice indoor pool area. The only thing I’d give lower marks to is there is only one elevator and it’s pretty slow- but it’s not worth docking points from this clean and comfortable space.

On check in for a one night stay, the brand new employee had a difficult time checking us in (not unheard of for a new employee) When we got to the room, we found our room's refrigerator full of left over food (NOT acceptable-lazy room cleaners) Not quite sure how this hotel is rated "exceptional" or "wonderful"; maybe we stayed there on a "good" or "average" night.

The tv in room 201 didn’t work. It would turn on for a couple of seconds and the picture would disappear. When I called the front desk they are aware if this. REPLACE the tvs then. We have small children and we’re expecting a tv.

I wanted to give this stay 5 stars all the way. Everything was perfect until we returned to our room after breakfast to find that the door deadbolt had malfunctioned due to a shoddy attempt at repair and our belongings were locked inside our room. We were on a long journey to my mother’s funeral and did not have hours to spare. We worked for an hour and a half to get back in the room. The desk staff were kind but not helpful and this had obviously happened before. I would not stay here again.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the room, however, the walls were very thin. We’re woke up by other travelers slamming doors, tv, and even could hear their phone alarm going off in the morning. We had booked this room as a romantic getaway with the jacuzzi tub, but the sound issue left it less than what we hoped for. Nothing really we could ask for help from the staff, it’s just issues with the thin walls. Also, even though it has a sign on the bathroom mirror stating they don’t clean the rooms unless you request it, we were uncomfortable to find that the cleaning people had been in and changed towels etc. after our first night. It’s not that they really did anything wrong, it’s just a weird feeling when you’re not expecting anyone in your room while you’re gone, to come back and see someone has been in there. All my medicine and things had been left out on the table, which I wouldn’t have done had I known someone would be coming in my room.

The front desk staff was especially kind and welcoming. The property was clean and nice. We were especially happy that the pool and hot tub were warm and in great condition with towels well stocked. Our only complaint was that the walls were paper thin and they decided to put the few guests they had all right next to each other. It was VERY noisy as the people next to us were watching TV and talking loudly late into the night. I could even hear their cell phone alarm going off repeatedly in the morning. If the walls are as thin as they are, they could at least give guests the courtesy of spreading them out a bit when there's space in the hotel to do so.

Staff was excellent, courteous and efficient. Room was extraordinarily clean. Some suggestions-start breakfast at 6am, install grab bars in the shower for increased safety, and as a traveler would like a refrigerator with a freezer for cold paks. Overall very satisfied!

Elizabeth at the front desk was fantastic. We had arrived late the night before, missed dinner and needed to leave early in the morning. She jumped up and made sure we had coffee, danishes, yogurt, etc. She also made sure I got my Choice points. We love great customer service!

Perfect place to stay when seeing a concert at the Kansas Star Event Center and/or doing some gambling at the Casino. Very reasonably priced. Conveniently located by the interstate. Everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when i make it back down to this area.

The room was clean and everything was pretty nice. Unfortunately, the pool closed too early and the breakfast was abismal. The eggs were very gross and tasted like powdered mush and there was no potato option. Not a great breakfast. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
