O quarto era muito bom. Espaçoso, confortável e de fácil acesso - apenas 1 escada. A localização também era ótima, a uma pequena caminhada da Riva. Destaco também a ajuda da equipe com o local para estacionar, apesar de não ter estacionamento na acomodação, eles conseguiram arrumar uma vaga a poucos metros da hospedagem. Super recomendo!

Marko, the son, was an amazing host. The property is walking distance to literally everything. Instead of spending the rest of my week at a luxury spa, I would honestly stay at House Sandra instead just because of how close it is to everything. The apartment was small, but it had everything you need at a great price- a mini fridge, tiny kitchenette, coffee/tea, and bathroom. There is no parking, but you don’t need a car in Croatia. The transportation to/ from the airport is worth the $35 Euro. 100% recommend this place and will be staying here again.

House Sandra was a great experience, pristinely clean, modern, comfortable, with a central location in a quaint street very close to the old town and the market, the port is also very close, walking about 5 mins to the port. The owner/ manager met us and explained the layout and was very helpful and informative. He also offered a taxi service to the airport which was reasonably priced. All in all a great experience

Fabulous stay and perfect location for getting a ferry to the islands. Apartment was spotless, extremely clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Collected us from the airport so made it an easy and pain free transition. Highly recommend this place for a few days stay.

This is an excellent choice in Split. Just 5 minutes walk to the Palace and waterfront. Very nice room. Plenty of space, king size bed and modern bathroom. Private, locked entrance. Highly recommended.

I would give this place six stars, if I could. Even though I carefully chose House Sandra based on reviews and photos, they still far exceeded my expectations. My room was very spacious, and nicely appointed. The bed was so comfy! The lighting and décor were very classy. The bathroom looked like it had been recently remodeled. This was probably on me not fully reading the description, but I had imagined there would be more kitchenette stuff, like a stove and paper towels. Very small detail, though. The location is unbeatable: close to the local attractions, close to local bus station to go visit Trogir, and close to the pazar. More importantly, it’s also a short walk to the bus and ferry station, which made it ideal for my arrival and departure to Split, as well as for my island adventures. It was very easy to find. The owner was gracious when my bus was delayed and about letting me store my luggage after checkout time. All this, at a very reasonable price! Hvala!!

We only stayed for one night but we arranged a pick up from the airport which was super convenient and easy. Marko was waiting for us at arrivals. The apartment is close to the old town and ferry port so it was ideal for us to head off to Korcula the next day. Marko allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours so that we could explore Split before catching the ferry. Would recommend!

House Sandra is located in an excellent area, with easy walking access to the port, bus terminal, shopping, the beaches, fantastic dining, the waterfront promenade and historic sites. The airport is 30 minutes by car and Marko can arrange transportation if you would like. The suite is very clean and spacious, well maintained and furnished in a simple, uncluttered but warm and welcoming way, with shuttered windows that open to the fresh air and sunlight. House Sandra is located in an excellent area, with easy walking access to the port, bus terminal, shopping, the beaches, fantastic dining, the waterfront promenade and historic sites. The airport is 30 minutes by car and Marko can arrange transportation if you would like. The suite is very clean and spacious, well maintained and furnished in a simple, uncluttered but warm and welcoming way, with shuttered windows that open to the fresh air and sunlight. The bed is very comfortable. We definitely recommend House Sandra and would rate it a 10 out of 10 for our needs.

We loved our stay at family-owned House Sandra and would def stay here again on our next visit to Split! They offer airport transfer for 35 euros and the boutique hotel next door has restaurant serving great breakfast and dinners! The groundfloor room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, including some dishes/cutlery, a small fridge, a kettle, coffee and tea! But prob the best feature of the room was the amazingly comfortable bed...we had the perfect first night's sleep to fight jetlag after our long haul from Vancouver! The location is so close to the port...less than a 5 min walk away from restaurants and the ferries to other islands. It was super easy to roll our luggage down the street to catch a ferry to Hvar. Thank you Marko for a memorable stay! 😊

Perfect overnight stay at this lovely property which is a spacious, modern, clean apartment. The host Marko is kind and helpful and also transferred us from the airport about 30 mins). The location is around 10 mins walk to the ferry port and also close to the old town area. Nearby supermarket is open until 11pm. We also enjoyed lovely breakfast at new cafe Jo & Sisters (5 mins walk). We would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Excellent service with efficient transfer from the airport even though our plane was delayed , lovely big room with comfortable bed, very good value, nice restaurant next door for breakfast, easy walking distance to old Split and the cathedral - highly recommended!!

Marko (owner), picked us up at the airport. He also explained how to get bus and boat tours. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to bus and boat harbor. This hotel is very nice for the location and price. Marko also took us back to a hotel near the airport. Great value for a low price. No breakfast, though.
