Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Loved 180 degree view from our corner room. Enjoyed the clean and chilled workout room. Helpful staff who responded immediately to questions and allowed us to store our suitcases after checkout so we could continue to sightsee

I was allowed early check-in, however, the room I was placed in was a double bed, despite having paid for an upgrade to a queen bed. So, I felt it was a bit of thrown away investment on my part. The room is showing a ton of wear and tear, light fixtures were barely hanging on, wall paper was peeling, and when I placed my towel on the hook next to the shower, it completely fell off. The hotel fire alarm also continuously malfunctioned for my entire two day stay. The added "resort fee," despite not offering many amenities, was also disappointing, but made clear in advance of the stay.
