The room was very dark the lighting was bad except in the bathroom the tv was outdated there was no microwave but there was a fridge

The room was super small. Hotel felt dated and dusty. The location was not ideal for quick subway rides and required legnthy walks. We were nickle'd and dime'd for basic amenities including a check in an hour before the check in time ($30), microwave ($10 per night). The breakfast was mediocre at best.

Fantastic hotel in a great location for exploring Chinatown and Little Italy. Room was clean and very comfortable. Great bar attached to property.

Friendly desk staff, entrance smells good it was clean and all but i booked 2 queen beds room and they changed it to 1 queen bed with a desk and a table and called it an upgrade. Wayever i didnt complain about it but then we woke up to a rat or small animal scratching the walls from the inside and we couldnt leave any sooner. Breakfast was in the basement. I would not go back
