Walking into the Palais Faraz is an impressive experience—the public areas are beautiful and exude a sense of grandeur. However, the experience in the room was less than stellar. The decor felt dated, though the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom design was not ideal for privacy. It combined the closet, walk-in shower, and toilet in one open area, with only a glass door for separation. Additionally, the shower didn’t drain well, leading to water pooling on the floor. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. Luxurious stay at the Palais Faraj hotel in Fes. It makes you feel like you’re in a grand palace with so many different spots to hang out and just admire the detailed decor. Gorgeous panoramic views of the Medina and afar from outside common areas. Staff was extremely accommodating, booked us reservations for dinner, gave good suggestions. We also had the F’Tour dinner buffet up on the terrace which was fantastic with plenty of veg and non-veg options. Thank you to the restaurant manager Khadijah for being so helpful and kind while we were up there. We were able to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout our stay even though it was Ramadan. Just an FYI in terms of drinks, they had no alcohol during this time. In city of Fes you might find a couple scattered riads that will serve foreigners, but don’t count on it. The location of the hotel is also ideal, many taxis always passing by and you can get to the medina within minutes by car. Also just a tip you can also utilize the hotel shuttle van by calling the hotel, for example after we finished dinner at Palais Armani one night, it was pretty late and hard to find a taxi, and the locals grab them up pretty quick, so I just called the hotel and the shuttle came within minutes, super convenient and safe. Lastly shout out the to spa staff, my wife and I did the Palais Du Ritual which includes a hammam experience with steam room, full body scrub/rinse with black soap, full body massage, relaxation time, etc!

One of the best Riads we stayed at in all of Morocco. It is just outside the medina so car can go to the property unlike a lot of others where you need to walk in the medina from car park to the hotel. Beautiful property, had a great view of the medina, spacious and clean rooms (not common for Riads in medina), excellent service and staff, even had a gym, good restaurant with live music that we loved. Breakfast had plenty of options with a fresh omelette station as well. Overall amazing Riad!

From the smell when you entered from the main door to the room, everything during our stay ( 4 days) was perfect. The hotel is curated with taste, decor with many details, and crafts. The service was impeccable. All this said, our stay would only have been this flawless with Kareem at the front desk and Badreddine ( breakfast restaurant). They went above and beyond to facilitate our first visit to Morroco. In addition, the cleaning service every day was impressive. After an exhausting day, the spa is a must, followed by the rooftop bar or the restaurant, both excellent (favorite: creme brulée). Many thanks and I can't wait to come back. The only thing I would change is to have an iron station in the room, as it took some time and several calls to get it;

Nous ne garderons pas un bon souvenir de notre séjour . À notre grande surprise la piscine de l hôtel était vide et de plus des travaux etaient réalisés pendant le journée . Notre séjour qui devait être de tout repos s est transformé en une expérience désagréable . Nous avons quitté l hôtel un jour plus tôt. Je tiens à priser au à aucun moment de la réservation sur le site hôtel.com ce désagrément été précisé. Je suis à la fois déçu de l hôtel et du site hôtel.com

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Palais Faraj Suites and Spa. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff is welcoming, wonderful and so helpful. We found the dining for breakfast and dinner to be delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

Nous avons été trés mécontents à notre arrivée car ils nous ont donné une chambre à l'entresol avec pratiquement pas de vue sur l'exterieur ce qui compte tenu du prix de la chambre était inacceptable. Heureusement que le personnel de la reception nous a trouvé une autre chambre.

One of the best Riads we stayed at in all of Morocco. It is just outside the medina so car can go to the property unlike a lot of others where you need to walk in the medina from car park to the hotel. Beautiful property, had a great view of the medina, spacious and clean rooms (not common for Riads in medina), excellent service and staff, even had a gym, good restaurant with live music that we loved. Breakfast had plenty of options with a fresh omelette station as well. Overall amazing Riad!

Luxurious stay at the Palais Faraj hotel in Fes. It makes you feel like you’re in a grand palace with so many different spots to hang out and just admire the detailed decor. Gorgeous panoramic views of the Medina and afar from outside common areas. Staff was extremely accommodating, booked us reservations for dinner, gave good suggestions. We also had the F’Tour dinner buffet up on the terrace which was fantastic with plenty of veg and non-veg options. Thank you to the restaurant manager Khadijah for being so helpful and kind while we were up there. We were able to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout our stay even though it was Ramadan. Just an FYI in terms of drinks, they had no alcohol during this time. In city of Fes you might find a couple scattered riads that will serve foreigners, but don’t count on it. The location of the hotel is also ideal, many taxis always passing by and you can get to the medina within minutes by car. Also just a tip you can also utilize the hotel shuttle van by calling the hotel, for example after we finished dinner at Palais Armani one night, it was pretty late and hard to find a taxi, and the locals grab them up pretty quick, so I just called the hotel and the shuttle came within minutes, super convenient and safe. Lastly shout out the to spa staff, my wife and I did the Palais Du Ritual which includes a hammam experience with steam room, full body scrub/rinse with black soap, full body massage, relaxation time, etc!

From the smell when you entered from the main door to the room, everything during our stay ( 4 days) was perfect. The hotel is curated with taste, decor with many details, and crafts. The service was impeccable. All this said, our stay would only have been this flawless with Kareem at the front desk and Badreddine ( breakfast restaurant). They went above and beyond to facilitate our first visit to Morroco. In addition, the cleaning service every day was impressive. After an exhausting day, the spa is a must, followed by the rooftop bar or the restaurant, both excellent (favorite: creme brulée). Many thanks and I can't wait to come back. The only thing I would change is to have an iron station in the room, as it took some time and several calls to get it;

A very beautiful hotel right outside of the medina. The pool was very nice and so were the rooms. The rooftop was nice and the food there was very good. Good location right outside of the medina.
