Front desk was friendly, AMAZING and accommodating. Asked for a quiet room away from elevator and ice machine, and got what I asked for. The room is very quiet and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. We needed to park a large commercial truck, and had a clean and decent gravel lot to park in. Due to the wonderful lady at the front desk and the comfort of the room, will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was ok, room was clean, breakfast was good. However, upon arrival we discovered that the swimming pool and hot tub area was closed due to renovations. I specifically looked online to book a hotel which has pool and hot tub. Most hotels had notice that their pool area is closed due to renovations, but this hotel didn’t have such a notice so I was very exited to book it. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived and found it closed. Very disappointed.

Rooms and pool were very clean! Breakfast was good too. Plenty of space in our room for 3 kids and 2 adults. We were sad to see the hot tub closed but understand things happen

The pool ad spa were under construction and were set to reopen on the 15th but was still closed when we arrived and for the duration of our stay. We specifically chose to stay here for the pool and spa.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here in the week on our road trip. When we got our room this time, it smelled like smoke. I immediately went downstairs and told them i couldn't stay in that room (health issues and I had 3 small children). The desk attendant apologized and immediately found a different room for me. We were back in a room in 5 minutes. Very pleased. Our kids loved the pool. The room is spacious for a family of 5 and love the L Shaped couch for extra sleep room.

Hotel was easy to find, and had great parking. The staff was friendly and easy to help get checked in. The most frustrating part was that it’s a pet friendly hotel and dogs were barking at about 5:30am next to my room and would not stop for about 30-45 minutes. After a late night it was not how I wanted to wake up.

The television needed to be replaced - the screen was damaged and only showed 2/3 of the complete TV picture. Also, because I was on the first floor at the front of the building, which faces the street and stoplight, the noise from traffic in the morning was so loud I could not sleep.

We were there for such a little amount of time. The beds were comfy. No issues with the room. Breakfast was great. My kids loved looking at the car in the lobby. The constant semi honking sound was annoying but the hotel can't control that.

I called the front desk 3 times and the Sheriffs office had to come out for noise complaints on the room next to mine. I requested to be moved to a different room, to which I was told I could not be accommodated. “All they could do” was document my complaints and “let management know”.

Stayed there for a week and every employee I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. When I arrived before check in time they were very accommodating and I was able to check in early. Will definitely stay here again.

Now build Hotel was very vice and acceptable. Super clean. The location is an easy exit off I80. I would recommend a room on east side away from highway due to noise if traffic. The view not of the great salt lake but more industrial. Salt Lake access is very close. There is a Denny’s next door in Truck stop. Do not eat there. Food and service not good.

I was pleased to see a newer hotel in the area for Tooele. The hotel was clean and up to date, but was really disappointed in the breakfast. They stated that breakfast was 6-10. going to breakfast at 0830 there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING....we had to ask to restock and make more. Even at 0915....if you offer breakfast till 10....then it should be stocked till 10!

Quick overnight stay was comfortable for our family of six. We had 2 queen (comfortable!) beds and a pull out sofa in our room. Breakfast was nice and long hours from 6-10, grab and go pastries or hot options as well.

The staff was very friendly! The hot tub was nice, it wasn't excruciatingly hot. Breakfast was great with a good selection. I had a pet room and it didn't sink! That was a nice change from other pet friendly hotels I've been to. The room was clean. There were plenty of towels and pillows.

The breakfast buffet was horrible for me because of the greasy bacon and same food all week . I think they should be allowed to have fresh fried potatoes, fresh cut up fruit, sausage sometimes and fresh oatmeal, Thiis iis the fault of Comfort Inns and not this hotel.., The workers there are very nice and will come back with my own food.next time.
