It normally wouldn't be a big deal, but the TV didnt work. When you don't have cell phone service in a remote area, it's a little disappointing to not have TV for entertainment at night. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable so we woke up with sore backs. The shower leaks. I wanted to really love this location but it wasn't the greatest. It was acceptable.

Great service, location next to the park entrance, very quiet in the inside, loved the fireplace.

We arrived past office hours and i knew beforehand that our suite would be open for us upon arrival. However the door was literally left open about an inch, so the bitterly cold 33 degrees and snow weather was the same temperature inside. There's only one wall heater. On full blast we waited for 2 hours and it still didn't heat up in the back bedroom or bathroom. The sheets had hair in them and because of the coldness, the carpet literally felt wet. We tried to go to bed but it was so cold and dirty we actually packed up our bags and left at 11pm and drove home through the night. It was a total bates motel. We're not super fancy people but this was just dirty, cold and gross.
