Small hotel attached to a restaurant in party area so busy at night but with windows shut noise was not a problem. Small breakfast offerings, Quirky room with bath in the room and no real shower but fun nevertheless..

The room was really nice and the location is perfect. The staff was very helpful as well. Ammenities were servicable. It's walkable to just about everything and next to some great beer spots. My only real complaint was having to enter through the restaurant downstairs which seemed to be the hottest spot in town. When the restaurant was closed there was another door but it was always blocked by tables and didn't open with the key so you had to get someone's attention to get in.

We stayed at the Saint Gery while visiting the Christmas market. The staff are friendly and helpful, our room was perfectly sized, spotlessly clean and the hotel itself is in a lively area close to all the attractions in the centre of Brussels. We ate in the hotel’s restaurant and the food was superb – tasty and very filling. The hotel’s private parking was easily accessible. We’d definitely stay again – thank you!

Our room was very quiet despite being in a lively part of the city. We noted a few items of issue to the staff (loose faucet and loose shower head). The room was a bit dingy but I think there are rooms more update than the one we had according to the pictures on the website. We came in late (23:15) and had a bit of trouble finding the hotel as the entry was through the bar/restaurant and all the way through to the back and not well marked. Luckily a gentlemen out for a smoke break and saw that we likely were looking for the hotel and sent us in the right direction. Hotel staff was not on site when we arrived but a nice gentleman from the bar helped us figure out how to access our room. Once we settled in the location was awesome for exploring the city and close to the Grand Place. The Brussels Central station was a 15 minute walk and Brussels Midi station was a 26 minute walk. All-in-all a good value and good location.

Good location, the sink was clogged, the elevator broke and my husband had to bring the luggage 4 floors down, staff is nice.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. However, I encountered two big problems. One, a friend brought by a surprise gift to the hotel for the staff to give to me. The staff never gave me the gift, and when I emailed them about it afterwards, no one ever responded. The second problem involved getting into the building at night. There are signs everywhere saying bring your key, because no one is working from 11 pm-7am. When I got back at night, however, the door was bolted and my key wouldn't work. Finally, someone came to help and told me he had locked the door. This gave me a huge scare, and I was contemplating having to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Why would you add an extra lock to the door, when the door is already locked and inaccessible to anyone who doesn't have a room key? It made no sense. The locked door combined with the gift I never received made my stay less than ideal.

Room was fantastic. Big comfy bed, pillows were great. 3 skylights in the room, and the noise was barely getting through when we listening. Tub was big, staff were great. They need to update that they do have a front desk now, and it's inside the restaurant. But nothing to complain about

Nicely located near many of the highlighted places to visit we enjoyed the location. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant right next door were very pleasant. Only strange thing about this hotel was that we had to lug our heavy bags through the restaurant to the reception area. We felt super strange about that situation. Although I give credit to the restaurant employees who offered assistance. Room layout also was curious, in fact if you were not a 'couple' you would have zero privacy in the shower as you can overlook it while sitting on the bed, uncomfortable to say the least.

We stayed in a spacious room for three, with two queen beds and tasteful decor. The bathtub with shower and the sink were located inside the room itself, which was not exactly ideal, as the room would fill with humidity after each shower and it was easy for water to spill out from the tub since the glass partition wasn’t high enough. Quarto grande para o padrão europeu. Acomodou muito bem minha familia. Equipe simpática com algumas pessoas que falam português. Diferente foi a questão da entrada do. Hotel estar fechada e termos que entrar pelo restaurante do mesmo proprietário, o que não foi problema, apenas fora do padrão. E o que não gostei foi de ter banheira. Tomar banho de chuveiro em uma banheira não acho confortável. Mas estava era exatamente como nas fotos. O chuveiro é integrado ao quarto, não cherando privacidade. Mas nada que desabone o hotel. Muito bem localizado, perto de mercado, pontos turísticos que caminhamos poucos minutos e da estação de metrô. Super indico

Horrible accommodation. The room I was given had a glass door to a courtyard with another room that had the same access to courtyard. So I had to keep my curtains drawn 100% of the time I was there as it felt unsafe. If you don’t want to sleep you can book at this hotel as you are guaranteed NO SLEEP ! The noise level with the loud music that goes on just outside the hotel is until 4am !!!! So that is all night long. The street in front of the property at night is full of drunk clubbing age groups that are loitering around and drinking while the music goes on and on and on . You have no chance of any sleep ! The hotel room itself was and felt dirty. The carpet was so dirty with stains of who knows what all over it and the bathtub shower situation being right in the same room ?!! I mean no privacy and talk about cold showers as the bathtub was just out in the open and showers were an interesting situation trying not to get water out of the tub ! I do not recommend this hotel. Oh and you have to drag your luggage through a restaurant and go up steps just to get to the front desk that is only available until 11pm and probably because they too can’t stand the noise outside of the hotel !

Folks at reception and in dinining(breakfast) room were great. Everything else was rather terrible: - shower/bath tub did not have a screen/wall, was completely open to the bed and living room. It might be fine for some folks, but since we travelled with our teenager son, that was unacceptable. - We were on the fourth floor, with windows fully shut and still the noise from the parties in bars and clubs below that lasted until 2-3am prevented having any reasonable sleep. The fact you can't think of opening the windows for some fresh night air because then you will drown in the street noise was terrible as well. - Several things in the room were broken and were not fixed: we stayed 6 nights, reported broken bathroom light on the first night, yet it was never fixed or replaced during our stay. The showerhead could not be properly secured in the holder without spraying water outside of the bathtub on the floor, so you had to hold it with your hand. The fridge was frozen over, barely produced enough cold to keep chocolate from melting. - Room cleaning service was rather poor, only thing was done consistently was towels and beds. But the coffee pods were not refilled, the area around coffee maker was left untidy, one night the coffee maker was left taken apart for some reason.

Conviently located hotel near Metro 3 stops from Midi with several dining options in the area. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Fridge was useful. Bath and basin in the bedroom area separated slightly by a room divider. Loo was separate! Longer shower hose needed and couldn't isolate bath from shower.

Rooms are quite nice, beds are comfy, the hotel is located in the center and that’s also a plus. But the breakfast was not the best and windows were kind of dirty, I am saying this because our beds were adjacent to the windows and I have dust allergy. Nonetheless overall the hotel was nice.

Cosy, clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast, centrally located but unfortunately very noisy for the restaurant and bars around.

Hôtel idéalement situé avec un petit déjeuner fait maison très bon . Notre chambre donnait dans une cour intérieure au calme . Pas extrêmement bien entretenu, abat-jour déchiré, peinture écaillée mais ce n’est pas le plus important. Des traces de dentifrice sur la tablette , le ménage n’était pas au top .

This hotel is in the heart of Brussels, and while it was a bit noisy due to its central location, I didn’t really mind. It added to the city’s lively atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was spotless and well-kept, making my stay comfortable and pleasant overall. A great choice if you want to be right in the middle of all the action!

The room was incredible! The room was very clean and modern. The restaurant and bar downstairs was great and the staff was very helpful.

Only issue is the shower setup, impossible to take a shower without splashing water all over...

Well positioned hotel with bar and restaurant downstairs and plenty of good places to eat nearby. The room was a little quirky with bath open to the bedroom and no stand up shower, but usable with a handheld shower hose.

Had a wonderful stay here! Hotel staff were very welcoming and the room was a good size and comfortable. Location was perfect! Only downside was the condition of our room (202) - there were a few plugs not fully in the wall, the shower wouldn’t fix into position so we had to hold the shower head, and the shower blinds wouldn’t work properly. They weren’t bad enough to ruin our stay but we did find the shower annoying to use!

Otimo atendimento e localização. Fiquei em um quarto de de frente com a rua e bares, entao pra dormir com o barulho foi um pouco difícil. Quarto é pequeno, se precisar de um pouco mais de espaço pode ser um problema.

The location is walking distance to Grand Place and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and bed was comfortable but provides zero privacy when traveling with family as the shower is completely open with no walls or doors. Just a partition with slats. The worst thing about this hotel is the noise level. Not only is it loud from the downstairs restaurant but several restaurants together. I couldn't sleep at all due to the noise levels way past 2:00am. Loud talking, clapping, singing and some men screaming and yelling after 2:00am. This would be fine if you are participating but not when traveling with family and having to get up early to catch a train.

Paid £150 a night for this room (breakfast not included). Has to be one of the poorest rooms I've stayed in (I travel 5 times a year plus more on business). It was a combination of lots of small things that led to such a poor rating. Things didn't start well, took around 20 minutes to check in with just 2 couples in front of us. No idea why it took so long. The room itself (double room) was pretty small, not itself a deal-breaker. The biggest issue was the shower in the main room by the window. I couldn't quite believe the setup. There were blinds and a window on one side which had obviously begun to rust. The blinds couldn't be adjusted and I could see into the room adjacent above so clearly they could see into the shower. The wall had also paint flaking off. The wooden floor was obviously getting soaked too and showing signs of wear. The toilet was tiny, good luck sitting down if you're over 6 foot. The room must have been above the bins as we were woken up each night with the sound of crashing bottles. Because the blinds can't be adjusted the room is also quite light at night and early morning. To top it off we asked about breakfast in the morning and were told we should have booked the previous day which wasn't mentioned when we checked it. The TV was also very small and old. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and pillows actually good quality for a hotel. The WiFi was also very fast. It is well located for visiting the main sites in Brussels, transport and food.

The hotel had a lot of street noise until after 4:00am every night. The bathtub is in bedroom with no shower curtain or shower head other than a hand held wand.

Very loud, strange shower set up where you have to kneel in the tub, water gets all over the floor, smells very musty/moldy, in desperate of an update, no air conditioning.

I am extremely pleased with the staff of the hotel, specially the guys at the reception. They were very helpful and always very responsive to all of our questions and needs. They certainly made our stay a great and unforgettable one. The hotel could not have a better location, close to restaurants, shops and important landmarks in the city. Thanks to all!

Excellent service. Rooms are comfortable and toiletries restocked daily. I arrived early to check in. The check in staff stored my luggage until my room was ready. So it gave me time to walk around the city. After my strall I still came back a bit too early and room wasn't ready, so they offered me a coffee in the restaurant. Excellent service, very polite. I loved my experience ♥️ I felt very well taken care of.

Für uns das 2. mal in diesem schönen und sehr zentral gelegenen Hotel. Zimmer und Restaurant sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich… MitarbeiterInnen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder 😀

All the staff were really nice, the breakfast was excellent too

What a find. The staff bent over backwards to assist me in any way possible. Friendly too. My room had a real boutique feel to it with all the mod cons, including aircon (a must in Europe these days in summer). It was centrally located in easy walking distance of many restaurants and public transport was just a few steps away. Fantastic.

Hotel facilities and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very good. Easy to walk everywhere nearby. The only problem was the sketchy individuals around that area/in the general vicinity of the hotel. Early in the morning, it doesn’t seem safe. But of course that’s not the fault of the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Excellent location for a Brussels vacation - literally, steps away from Grand Place! Safe area and always full of people - if you are a light sleeper you may have issues sleeping because of the noise all night from the bars and cafes. We had no issues but all 4 of us can sleep through anything LOL Easy to walk to a myriad of options for food, drinks or shopping. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond - and the hotel breakfast is top notch! Would highly recommend.

Very convenient to Grande Place and rest of Brussels. Convenient to Metro. Staff wonderful. Room small but cozy and clean. Lots happening outside, we thought it would be noisy in room, but wasn't at all. Highly recommend.

Hotel was nice enough but wouldn’t stay again. Restaurant below was lovely and so was breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful, just felt the hotel lacked something.

Great hotel. The staff were wonderful and so was the food at Dandy. Only issue is there was a bit of musty smell in the room but apparently that’s common in older buildings.

The hotel has a central location in Brussels- the downside of that is a significant noise-level from the street (bars) at nigh. Rather small room and limited choices at the breakfast buffet.

Si te gusta la fiesta este es un lugar ideal, está en el área de los bares, y en la noche hay un poco de ruido. La regadera abierta si no te incomoda. Está excelente. En el bar y el restaurant puedes comer y tomar La copa muy agradable

The hotel consists of 2 floors in an apartment building. The lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to put makeup, shave, etc. The breakfast was not worth it. The staff was very nice and friendly. The shower was badly designed and water would come out

Food was fantastic huge portions. Only issue was the double bed being just two singles pushed together but they came apart
