One of the elevators was down, it was a busy weekend so we found ourselves having to use the steps multiple times and we were on the 8th floor. The hot tub was out of service as well as many other things.

Our first room had dirty toilet paper lying in the bed area. And the AC did not work. Moved to another room and the AC unit t was so loud we couldn’t sleep No hot water Saturday morning. Took cold shower. Hotel sits very close to interstate so request room 1.3.5.7.9 to be far from noise. Only one elevator working out of 3.

Definitely not worth what I paid to stay here. Beds were not very comfortable, saw Ants in our room (we did not take food or eat in the room at all). No fan at all in the bathroom. There was a small bottle of lotion that the Hotel provides left in the bathroom that had obviously been opened and used. Small bathroom and no microwave. Small refrigerator located right outside of bathroom but didn’t get that cold even after adjusting the temp. The TV was a nice size and worked. They have 2 Elevators at this Hotel and one was out of order leaving one Elevator which was very inconvenient with the amount of people staying there during this weekend. Had to take the stairs due to waiting so long for the elevator but the stairs take you outside so to check out, I had to take the stairs outside and walk back in to the front lobby. This was my first and LAST time staying here. I will travel a few extra miles to Abingdon and stay at our usual Hotel there because it’s much nicer and roomier.

It was ok. One of the 2 elevators didn’t work for a 10 story building. Ice machines only worked on 3 floors, fire escape door was broken we let the front desk know, but it he room was clean and the staff was very good.

Very clean hotel, top quality. Very nice spacious room, and very clean. The bed was so comfortable! The exercise room was amazing! Very nice machines. Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby. And also you have to pay for breakfast. Would have been nice if it was included.

Walls are paper thin. Someone came into the neighboring room at midnight turned on the TV and we could here it all. Bathrooms need attention to detail looks like my kids use to clean all the corners including shower had build-up.

Room was spotless, staff was friendly, maintenance got a pack in place sent up to our room in great timing even though they said it was going to be a wait. They provided sheets for the pack and play upon request, towels were exquisite, curtains blocked all light, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Pillows were a little bit flat and breakfast service was slow even though there were only 3 tables . Still 5 stars.

The sheets and beds looked clean. The floors were disgusting. Sticky floors and dead bugs throughout. We’ve stayed in many hotels being a military family, and have had a good experience in past Delta hotels. However, this was the worst. And yet, they are still charging $20+ for breakfast?! Absolutely horrible. Will not be staying at Delta Hotels in the future.

I raved about this property after staying here in June. I was excited about staying here again this past weekend (August). I travel here after work so I always have a late check-in, I call before booking to ensure this is fine to do. The front desk lady was nice, short but to the point (I think we were both tired). I received a room on the 3rd floor. It smelled like mildew/old as if it hadn’t been used in awhile, and it was hot and stuffy. One of the wash cloths still had makeup on it but there were plenty others. The bed looked like someone had been laying in it. It wasn’t made recently. I pulled back the sheets and find small black specks between the fitted and top sheet. No big deal, I thought I’d sleep between the top sheet and comforter because I wasn’t sure what they were, not bugs though. Here, I found someone’s black hair (I’m blonde) and a few eyelashes. I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with a blanket from home because I didn’t want to cause trouble and I was EXHAUSTED. The hotel door also had gaps between and I was able to see the hallway light from the sides of the door. I travel alone so this made me nervous but again, didn’t want to cause trouble switching rooms. I was let down by this hotel this stay. I do hope for a better stay next time but wanted to also give my review of this property.

The room that they gave us the beds were on made the towels were all over the bathroom floor went down to the lobby. We got a new room. The dust was terrible in the bathroom on the bottom shelf. It looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned in the bathroom, but at least the beds were made The breakfast buffet that you pay money for had cold eggs that look like they’ve been there for 10 hours all of the food was cold. We took one bite and we left.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Negatives were: no microwaves in the room, bathrooms need a deep clean (grout and floor corners were filthy and had hair), no vent in bathroom so showering made the room muggy, and no complimentary coffee/water in the lobby

I could not believe this hotel had Smart Tvs in the rooms, with access to Netflix Disney Hulu, among others, yet when we tried to sign in a message came up about not being connected. When we contacted front desk they told us we needed to have our own Roku to get connected. I have never seen this coming. We travel a lot and this was very disappointing, specially because Netflix was listed on the hotel details. It ruined our stay.

The air conditioner was so noisy, both when it was running and when it was preparing to shut off, that I go absolutely no sleep at all. Also, the bathroom was so tiny that if you were sitting on the toilet, you couldn't shut the door as it would hit you in the knees. There was a rail to get you into the tub, but there was nothing to hold on to after that. As an elderly person, I found if completely unsafe to move under the shower.

First off, ignore GPS which has you stopping at the Courtyard by Marriott. The Delta by Marriott is the next hotel on the left. It’s a beautiful hotel and very clean. Breakfast is not free but tasty. We were on the 9th floor, and the room was very nice with a gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains. The only downside is the road noise. The front desk was very polite and helpful.

Our stay was great. Very very friendly staff from check in to housekeeping went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. And they are very honest. I realize about 25 min after our check out that my IPad was left in the room.?I called back the housekeeper went to room found the iPad and took it to the front desk for me to pick up!

On a motorcycle ride for the week. Day, one got into the mid 90s, decided to cut the ride a little short. Arrived at the hotel an hour and a half early and was greeted with a big smile and above all was told my room was already available! Excellent deal. Everyone I doubt was here was very polite and helpful.

Booked a room for 4/26/2024 thru 4/28/2024, due to an emergency wake up call at 4:00am on 4/27/2024 I had to return home. Explained why situation with night clerk and she would consult with the manager in the morning about issuing a refund and would call me later that day. As of 4/30/2024, I have still not received a call!

As other reviewers have said, the traffic from the highway is very loud. They would benefit replacing the glass with a more sound proof one. The property is aware, they leave a preprinted note in the room that states you can ask for earplugs from the front desk! My son and husband used them, but since they are not high quality, they became very uncomfortable during the night. Other than that, the property and hotel is lovely. Be aware that breakfast is not included, but a Starbucks is nearby.
