Pleasantly surprised...quite a gem for the price point

The rooms are always spotless! My check in was pleasant, as usual. No matter what room I stay in, or what floor, I have never heard other people.

I usually stay on an upper floor, but this time I was on a lower floor. I could not hear people above me at all. This is just a great hotel all around. Whether you choose to eat dinner in the restaurant on-site, or go out, there are endless options.

We are long-time fans of this hotel, but our latest stay fell short. We stayed for three days and received no housekeeping services. No trash pickup or fresh towels which was especially difficult with four people in one room. We love staying here and hope to see these service standards improved for our next visit

My drive was delayed so I didn't arrive until almost 11 pm. I got to my room; there was trash all over the coffee area and the bed wasn't made. I went back downstairs with my luggage and they gave me a different room. I booked the room at least a day in advance and I arrived late; I cannot imagine why the room was not ready. I woke up in pitch dark to a siren blaring. As it continued to blare, getting louder and louder, I realized it was an alarm clock. I thought it was my phone alarm, which I had set, but I did not understand why it was pitch dark since I had set my own alarm for 7:30. I got up and found it was the alarm clock in the room going off at 6 am. I didn't know how to shut it off vs. snooze it so I followed the cord till I found the plug and yanked it out of the wall.
