This property is great valuenif you don't need a pool. Location is the bestcon Soi 11 and the cost is cheap. No Bacon at breakfast was my only complaint.

Very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, secure lobby and 2 fast elevators. Room decor is dated but my bed was new and comfortable. Not glamorous but functional, and location was where we wanted to be. More lively than seedy. Some better restaurants and good cheap food both within a block or two. Shoutout to the staff how were welcoming and helpful and always smiling.

This property had a nice French decor touch to it. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They are undergoing some construction in the bottom levels of their hotel, so there were not as many amenities as I had hoped for (no gym, lobby area pretty small, breakfast was being served at their sister hotel location which was only a few meters away) but that is ok. I still had a great experience here. The only thing to mention is that the entrance into my hotel room was right next to 2 others (weird layout/floor plan due to the building structure) so sometimes you could hear your neighbors coming and leaving their room. Again not a huge issue, maybe a suggestion is to install some kind of door closer softener. I would recommend this place, nonetheless!

The street noise from tourists and workers was somewhat irritating at bedtime and throughout the night. Breakfast was nothing special neither was the eating area. And no there was no hotel bar service available. I had stayed here previously but for whatever reasons the dinning area/restaurant and bar service has been taken over by another owner. Overall.. l would use again at a push but l wouldn't book breakfast. The staff were brilliant as was the room

The hotel is in an incredibly seedy location, I felt very unsafe walking around. The rooms stunk of cigarettes, I moved from my first room because it was so bad but then the second room ended up smelling the same. I woke up in the night gagging from the mustiness. Sheets had stains and overall the room was in poor condition, I understand that it's cheap but I have stayed in far nicer hotels in bgk for the same price. Would not recommend this place at all, the staff were nice hut the hotel itself was just foul.

Stayed here a few times over the last 3 years and it has improved each time. Good location and good value. Staff are very friendly. Wilson the doorman was always ready to help. The street can be noisy but in the higher rooms I didn't really notice.

Word of advice, this hotel has some terrible staff members, that unfortunately makes the stay uncomfortable. But if you love the Sukhumvit night life, and don’t care about sleep and safety. This is the perfect place.

Do not stay here at all I asked helped I was robbed and drugged and hotel did nothing but ask me to leave and not even call police or ambulance, I made my way across to other hotel and they call ambulance

I have now stayed at this location 3 times. It is very noisy but you expect that as its central Bangkok. Its within budget and it is close to shopping Malls. It is about 600 metres from Nana train station which allows you to travel anywhere with reason especially the Airport. The cost for the 2 trains is 80 bhat or £2 .

Right in the heart of Sukhumvit , Soi 11 is the perfect location, Terminal 21 shopping center is nearby, nana plaza is a few streets away, and the BTS skytrain is close by..
