Sitting on a rock overlòking the Pacific is greatest asset of hotel. One must walk or bus to neighbouring cituez if without a car....super vidtas along the way. One has breakfast delivered every day, as there is no dining room. Not a bad way to begin the day by overlooking the ocean.

Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly.

An older hotel that has been very well kept. Very clean, excellent staff, magnificent location, right on the seaside cliffs. A short drive or Uber trip into Valparaiso. No restaurants, but a nice breakfast brought to your room each morning.

The hotel seemed safe and clean but not super clean. nice ocean view. decor dated, obvious signs of many repairs to ceiling. bed was decent and bedding was comfortable. water pressure and temperature in shower were excellent! hair dryer was a breath away from dead. wifi was not great and no secure password. it was essentially open wifi with no security. this was a big issue for me. tv had spotty functionality, probably related to spotty wifi. Staff were generally friendly with no issues to report. overall rating of adequate with a few highs and lows. 3 out of 5.

Lamentablemente nos tocó la habitación 25 (con balcón) digo lamentablemente porque el olor que salía del baño era francamente insoportable. Al día siguiente pedí que lo solucionaran y nada cambió. Fueron 2 noches soportando el mal olor que salía del baño. Al parecer era sólo esa pieza ya que unos amigos que ocuparon la pieza contigua no tuvieron ese problema.

We went with a room with balcony on the ocean and really enjoyed sitting outside. Breakfast is delivered to the room. As English speakers we may have missed something, so be sure to let staff know when you want breakfast for each day. We thought it would come the same time each day as long as we didn’t tell them otherwise, but that was not the case. The nearest restaurants are a bit of a walk which was fine for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hubieron 2 cosas que de verdad me molestaron. En primer lugar, el precio otorgado por la aplicación es menor a lo que cobran. A pesar de especificar que los impuestos estaban incluidos, igual me cobraron el IVA porque supuestamente el precio de la app no lo incluye. En segundo lugar, la habitación que reserve era NADA que ver con las imágenes. Supuestamente todas las con vista a la calle son distintas y por lo que pague era para la que me dieron pero eso se debería expresar al momento de reservar, no cuando llego. De verdad muy decepcionada con la diferencia de tamaño de la pieza que muestran en su página vs la que entregan. Fuera de eso, la experiencia en si estuvo agradable, el desayuno rico y me gusta que tenga piscina y mesa de ping Pong y pool. Había un trabajador argentino que era muy buena onda y otorgaba un excelente servicio.

Hubieron 2 cosas que de verdad me molestaron. En primer lugar, el precio otorgado por la aplicación es menor a lo que cobran. Un verdadero desastre, Unos Mentirosos. Dicen tener restaurante Y NO TIENEN NADA. El desayuno, peor que de una carcel. No se hacen cargo de las mentiras. El Dueño, es el peor de todos. Nos negaron servicio de restaurante por que tenian un grupo de 10 personas y segun ellos, no podian atender más que eso. NO LO RECOMIENDO por ningún motivo.

Buenas tardes ! Yo tuve unas visitas amaricanas y quise hacerle un regalo de luna miel,2 dias de estadía con uds. El hotel me pregunto si era alguna celebración y yo les informé que andaban de luna de miel y me informaron que les harían una atención, lo que nunca sucedió. Además el primer día de desayuno no le incluyeron café, lo que encuentro es muy mala atención. Solo quiero mencionarlo como una critica constructiva para que mejoren en ese sentido.
