Very cheap continental breakfast, packaged sweet rolls and some OJ. Afternoon clerk was very friendly and helpful. Morning clerk, maybe a manager, said nothing to us and was VERY rude to me while I was swimming in the pool, yards away from her grand children, who took over the tiny pool. Left very bad taste in my mouth. Would never stay there again!!!

Great rooms for the price, nice and clean and they have the friendliest staff ☺️ the pool was nice and clean and cool. The only issue we had was the air conditioner took forever to cool the room off because it was so hot that day and there was a small gap at the bottom of the door we had to cover to keep the hot air from getting in.

Not too bad. Slight mixup at check in but got resolved. Nice lobby. Parking great. No sand or rochs in lot.

The motel is in a perfect location, next to: I-40, Cherokee Casino, <8 mi. from Ft. Smith, AR, across from a Love’s gas station. Friendly staff + pool was open (no catfished photos). Motel is a little “dated” but overall clean/safe. The shower was powerful, hot/cold water good. I will remember this place.

This is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The AC worked great. The facility has a pool to enjoy. It is in a good location near the gas station, McDonald’s and the casino.

Front desk clerk was charming and efficient. She was very accommodating and helpful enabling us to park our truck and boat near our room. Deluxe king room had been renovated and was very nice. The mattress was a little hard to our liking. We would definitely stay here again.

I like the fact that the staff is very nice and accommodating😊 They even have a container of laundry soap to use in the guest laundry. Over all a nice place and well managed.

Nice clean hotel, rooms are very spacious. Laundry facilities on site and right next door to a fuel station and McDonald’s. Reception staff super friendly and helpful.

Where to begin... I accidentally booked a queen SMOKING room for 2 nights. When we arrived this was pointed out to me and I asked to change rooms. We were informed that they could change our room for the 1st night but that the manager would have to see in the morning. I indicated that we were leaving the hotel at 5am the next morning and was told to take our belongings with us and upon our return to come back to the front office for our new room. We did just this but when we came back there was no room for us and the entire hotel was booked. Needless to say, here we were at 830pm with no hotel room even though I had a reservation for 2 nights. I found it a little odd that the front desk woman was surprised that our room was so cheap ($80). She informed us that because of the eclipse, the rooms were now going for $250. I find it suspicious that our room was "accidentally" canceled . . . funny how our $80 room was cancelled and someone happened to come along and agree to pay $250 to take the last vacancy. "Oh how did that happen?!" On a seperate note, there were crumbs and hair in the bed. The room also had a weird smell to it. The pool was completely closed. The carpet looks new though and that was the nicest thing about this place.

This property is very clean every day. You see them out working and the parking lot's, keeping it all clean.The staff is very friendly

Good location, spacious and good price. Room was a bit outdated. The tub is tiny and there is no vent in the bathroom. There is no hair dryer. The only issue we had was the more we were checking out we saw a roach on the wall.

Just fell asleep an hour was bitten by bedbugs woke up, the whole body was bitten, had to go to the car to sleep

Room was not clean at all. After checking in I personally had to dust, sweep, mop, vacuum along with having to change out the bedding myself because of dirt and hair everywhere. It would take some serious ass kissing to get me to stay there again.

This older property has been very well maintained. Renovations are beautifully done. This property was in the same family through 2 generations sold recently because of health issues. Yeah I'm that traveler that ask questions lol. Beds were AMAZING!

Room was nice and and clean, but due to the thin walls and open space under the door, the noise from the children next door it was difficult to sleep.

Very nice clean room. The only problem was the a/c didn't work, very warm night. I told the hotel after i checked out. No offer of making up for a night of lousy sleep. Hopefully it'll be fixed for next customer.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious for single queen bed. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Luckily, we stayed on side near office, away from I40 trafgic and i believe that made it better, very little, to no truck or traffic noise. We will stay again.

It is a rare option at under $100. Pluses: Friendly staff at front desk Cons: It is very noisy from road traffic all night - even with the fan on continuous setting. The room overall was clean, but the carpets could use a good cleaning. We could not get internet in our room which was at the end of the building. Was not told this up front and did not want to move later. Eventually did get some free internet from a travel center that was nearby and had a strong signal in the room. Management should try not to place senior citizens on the 2nd floor. It was quite a chore to get the large suitcase up the flight of outside stairs. Breakfast was very slim - just coffee, orange juice and some packaged items.

As alwsys the stay itself is amazing. The staff atcthe front are always nice and try and accommodate your needs. The price is reasonable and the owners pride themselves in the condition ofcthe property as they should. Its a no frills, clean safe litlle off the interstate place to rest. My only complaint is that we paid for a deluxe ki g and the bed falls short. The bed is way to firm. Please check into that.

The Interstate Inn is so conveniently located offf Interstate 40, the roar of traffic is constant. The place is old and the musty smell permeates everything in the room and all my belongings which spent time in the room. I can’t remember the last time a physical room key was presented to me at check-in. While brushing my teeth, another key was inserted into my room’s doorknob and someone else was entering the room. The man had a key with my room number stamped on it. He returned to the front desk where the clerk phoned our room to see who was staying there. She had recorded giving us a key to the room next door. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. We got up after a fitful sleep feeling stiff and achy after laying on the old mattress. The yellow painted walls, orange bedspread, and shag carpet was a blast from the 70’s. But the room was clean and surprisingly well maintained. $85 bought me a lot of things, a good night’s sleep wasn’t one of them.

Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was awesome! This is our second stay at the hotel, we plan on putting this location as one of our regular stops.

We have stayed at Interstate Inn before and returned because it is a nice, clean, affordable hotel. The desk clerk was super friendly and accommodating. When the heater in our room wasn’t working, she moved us next door within 5 minutes. Her customer service was excellent. The bed is comfy. There aren’t many places to eat but there is a McDonalds across the parking lot and a Wendy’s across the street. The 4 Star Diner is about 1/2 mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a very comfortable stay. The front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The room was very clean and welcoming. And i would recommend this place.

Let me start by saying that the room was clean, nice and comfortable. However, I booked a two night stay but when I arrive to my room at midnight on the second night, my key would not open the door. There were cars parked directly in front of the room so I went to the office and found they gave my room to someone else. They did get me another room, but they didn’t seem too concerned. Fortunately I had only left a few items in the room.

Noisy area with interstate on one side and US64on the other. Room was non-smoking, but there was a chemical smell from cleaning agents. Bed was fine and air conditioner good.

Easy on and off interstate. Several restaurants close by. Facilities were clean.

Very noisy with traffic. Room has an odor probably coming from old shag carpet. Old mattress and lumpy pillows. Busy. Gas station across the street with bright lights all night shining in our window.

The property was close to the interstate.

The price cannot be beat! We were pleasantly surprised how clean and really how quite perfect it was for our stay. Something to note, the breakfast was a small grab and go type of thing, but was enough for us. We will be staying here again.

Overall, a great little hotel. Perfect for an overnight stay. The room was super clean. Two small things of note: (1) The lights outside are very bright all night. If you prefer a very dark room, you might want a sleep mask. (2) The sheets kept coming off the bed; they’re a bit small. Check out the 4 star diner for a good local place for a hot meal.

The motel was nice and pleasant. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint is they advertise breakfast, but coffee, cookies, snack bars, etc isn’t breakfast. they ought to at least upgrade to a continental style breakfast with milk, cereal, other types of pastries. Otherwise they should not advertise that they have a free breakfast. Except for coffee, I went next-door to McDonald’s to find something for breakfast.

The thing I didn't like about staying there, was the fact they don't offer a real breakfast. I'm not keen on eating snack cakes for breakfast.

Nice property and the remodel is really nice. Only downside is the pillows and breakfast. Pillows need to be upgraded and breakfast is just prepackaged snacks. Otherwise great stay and McDonald’s is next door so get breakfast there

Hotel was easy to find, grounds well kept. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast is Mr offered, and no coffee pt in the room, little inconvenient. Close to the highway and the casino but nice and quiet. Price was consistent w/ our stay.

The only reason I gave it a good overall was because I was disappointed in the continental breakfast. It was just packaged donuts and granola bars.
