The beds were made of 1/2" plywood sheets and werent very comfortable. The hot tub was drained and not in use, and the pool was heated to a scalding 55 degrees. The pool room was equally warmed (not). The breakfast was very nice and the ambiance was very nice too.

Overall, very clean in and out. Hot buffet breakfast was excellent for a small facility. Surprising facilities like an exercise room, an INDOOR pool, very nice lobby area, and on-site laundry. The room was well sized and well appointed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with directions and local info. A little more lighting would help the room. The wife found our bed too soft (I slept like a rock), and noticed a very slight moldy smell in the vanity sink.

It was clean and relatively quiet, but the room smelled terrible. I was there to work because my internet at my parents’ (that I am here to help move) house was shut off a week early and I needed a comfortable and quiet place to work. The internet was good and the work space in the room was great…but the smell was so terrible. They really need to do something about that. The hallways stunk too. They did have a somewhat decent breakfast.

Breakfast was good, with many choices. The only (very small) disappointment was a shower head that needed replacement or upgrade. We will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

Shower drain was draining really slow, told front desk about it in the morning and we were gone until late that night. Not a big deal things happen, expected it to be resolved that day. Next morning drain was still not fixed. Pretty nasty standing in 4” of water that is backed up in a drain. Told the front desk at checkout and they said sorry. Paid money for a room with the expectation that everything works but did not get that.

I chose this hotel after reading other reviews about how safe and quiet it was, and I was not disappointed. The rooms look recently remodeled, and are quite charming with all the wood. My first thought was, "If this were a restaurant it would be a Black Bear Diner" with the bear carvings, wood benches, chairs, tables, etc. I will absolutely stay here again!

On checking in, the front desk attendant was quite friendly greeting me with a smile and salutations. The hallways and common areas were very clean as was the room. The room was nicely decorated with a rustic theme which was different but interesting. The wi-fi was very good - strong and quick connect. Outside the hotel, the grounds were well tended and nicely landscaped. Excellent parking.

It’s a great place for kids and very clean. No internet or very weak signal made it difficult at times to watch shows with twin 3 year olds. But love the place!

The staff was excellent! Their guest laundry dryer was not working but they offered to dry my clothes in their laundry room free of charge after I washed the load. We headed to dinner once they had the load and when I picked the clothes up after dinner, they were neatly folded! I really appreciated that little extra!

We were in town for a softball tournament across the street. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. They start their continental breakfast early which is fantastic for players. Staff was very accommodating. It’s by no means luxury or high end, but perfect for a family in town for sports!

The manager Kumar was professional and personable. The 2 queen room was spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and supportive. Great breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, Costco muffins, bread, bagels, three different juices, coffee, hot cocoa, and hot apple cider. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through. Wonderful experience!

Loved the staff, the room, the quality, cleanliness, and quantity of the breakfast buffet. Also, the positive reception to the two small dogs my mother's caregiver had with her while she stayed with my mom was appreciated greatly. The setting of the property is quite serene, quiet and comfortably secure in and around the building and grounds. I can't forget the laundry room which is clean, very reasonably priced, and open and available for use during non-traditional hours. But the one thing that I appreciate the most is the consideration, understanding, and that I was shown, when we had some technical issues with the payment method used to extend our stay and management expressed to me the respect and compassion, as well as trust that I would be able to take care of the issue and make it right for payment to the hotel.
