The check in staff and room were great. I wish they would update their online parking information with the name & address of the parking garage they use for their free parking. I only discovered this once I called the hotel after ending up in another park to pay lot. Once we had the info, parking was easy. The on-site restaurant was terrible, but the hotel & staff itself were excellent.

Peaceful and quiet room, very clean, spacious for the three of us, room service every day, front desk staff ALWAYS helpful and friendly, great restaurant/bar. Only things to be aware of: sometimes the parking passes for the garage do not have the full amount of entry/release times and need to get new ones from the desk Parking spaces are VERY tight and difficult to maneuver into for someone not used to this kind of driving

Glashaus is always top of our list for when we stay in Dublin. This time it was just one night as a stopover coming back from abroad. As always, pleasant staff, safe parking, nice room with a bath, and a good breakfast. Plenty of local amenities and the Luas on your doorstep.

The room was very nice and large. The beds were comfortable and they had a streaming ready tv. The hotel is very close to the shopping mall which includes a Tesco. Finding parking was a little difficult. We found the exit, but there was not a sign stating such and only said entry by intercom only. We did get the correct directions from the front desk who were very helpful.

Starfsfólk var frábært en því miður var hreinlætið ekki alveg upp á 10. Fundum silfurskottur nokkrum sinnum og skríðandi á gólfunum. Virkaði svolítið á okkur eins og að viðhaldinu á hótelinu hafi ekki verið sinnt. Það sem olli okkur líka vonbrigðum voru lætin í traminu beint fyrir utan gluggann, hefði verið hljóðlátara á flugvallarhóteli.

Es war leider schwierig das Hotel bzw. die Tiefgarage zu finden. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn es voran eine Information zum Parkablauf gegeben hätte. Zudem gab es im Zimmer einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch; der unserer Einschätzung nach aus dem Duschabfluss im Badezimmer kam.

Nice hotel in good location, and looks to be involved in the local community; given the dance class in progress when I checked in - which looked like very good fun! My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was good; I had one of my best sleeps in any hotel. Bathroom is fine and the shower is very good. Enjoyed my brief stay, and will definitely be staying here again.

Our room was in need of repair and maintenance. We were surprised that this hotel is considered a three star hotel. Housekeeping was the real let down, we continually had to request items from the front desk, that a quality housekeeping team would have noticed were missing from the room. And the overall performance of housekeeping was poor, leaving drink cans and dirty glasses in our room. It was a large number of small accumulative details that let the Glashaus down. We won't stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Bath tile was moldy in spots, poor lighting in room, bed side light not working, bath surfaces need updating. Hotel Cafe ok, but nearby eating options are poor. Free car park is easily available from hotel elevators. Beds are comfy and showers are good.

There was unfortunately water seeping up from the bathroom floor tiles every time we walked on it. It was very uncomfortable and a safety risk for slipping every time we walked in the bathroom, we mentioned it to the front desk and were reassured it’s “probably” normal. We then had to dry our feet every time we left the bathroom, the room is carpeted and probably contributed to the unusual odour since the dampness from the bathroom was being tracked out there. The check in was smooth, staff were friendly. But the bathroom floor definitely docked some stars for us.

L'hôtel est très bon, belle chambre confortable et climatisée. Moquette un peu molle très agréable. Il y a une bouilloire pour le thé. Parking gratuit en dessous de l'hôtel, pas évident de repérer l'entrée au premier passage d'ailleurs. Arrêt de tram au pied de l'hôtel pour rejoindre le centre de Dublin. Tout était très bien mais ne justifie pas un prix un peu élevé, en étant excentré de Dublin.

The air conditioning in the rooms didn't work. They gave us fans, which were ok at best. The bath tub was very narrow and the step in and out of it was quite high. My 69-year old mother-in-law couldn't manage it. Even at 61, I found it a bit disconcerting. When I asked for a handicap room for her, they couldn't provide one. We were supposed to stay four nights. We left after one.

Room was clean - lovely big corner family room with great view. The shower had broken when we had arrived and Debbie was very quick at relocating us to another room where the shower was lovely and powerful. We had breakfast both mornings in the restaurant - which is cooked to order. Tram stop right outside hotel which takes you into the heart of Dublin so very convenient.

Good things: The room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the bed was very nice. The TV had all the major streaming platforms installed and the internet connection in the room was stable and fast.The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful. Bad things: No power outlet in the bathroom and a very old hairdryer. No fridge in the room. The restaurant wasn't good, very shy and unfriendly staff and the food was bland and overcooked. The breakfast buffet is just sad, bread rolls hard as stone and a soggy fruit bowl.

Property seems to have some HVAC issues. It was unusually hot in our room and AC did not work. Considering there were 2 portable fans and 2 portable radiators, I doubt this was a short term issue. They claimed they had someone try to fix it, but it was not working our whole stay. Great access to the tram, which takes about 45-min to get into central Dublin for anything to do/see. There is a mall across the street, but not many good dining options. Lots of fast food. Could use some better instructions on how to get into the parkade and where to park for check-in so you can get a parking pass. The hotel was hard to find as well, but better instructions through Expedia would save a lot of stress.

Since the moment we arrived we were treated like a valued part of family. The manager front desk pub staff everyone was welcoming went over and above the food was amazing the room was excellent are safe was broke and replaced immediately any concerns were addressed right away I would recommend this hotel as one of the best we stayed at on our trip

The hotel was kind of okay. I would have given 4, because many things were okay, but the receptionist at the front desk - guy, grey hair, in the late 50s' had such arrogance and manner, you just cannot expect from any hotel employees.

Only stayed here for two nights and it was fine. Walkable area and public transit was right outside to get into the city. The Lady who worked in the restaurant and reception area (pink shirt and black blazer) didn't seem to welcoming or friendly. Overall my stay was fine.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, we was able to check in earlier and I did request a bath originally didn’t have one but the lady came back up and got us moved to a new room with a bath which was lovely, all the staff was friendly, easy area ti get around we used the tram for most of our journeys but overall great hotel only 30 mins from the centre would definitely stay again

The staff were amazing. A very good shoutout to Faye who went way above and beyond with customer service and helping is with directions etc. I have not seen such service and friendliness in staff in a long time. Additionally, the young barman who helped with out TV. Sean and Sara in the restaurant were fantastic.

The hotel was too far from the city center. It takes at least 30 minutes by tram, which is mostly reliable, but gets expensive specially if you are traveling with your family. The hotel’s location and distance to the city is way too inconvenient for visiting and exploring in Dublin.

Brilliant hotel - so convenient, perfect for getting to the city and to areas outside of Dublin too - right next to a tram stop, a shopping centre and the parking is free (it’s the Euro Carparks Tallaght Central Carpark on Belgard Sq N). Rooms were lovely and clean, modern and had a great view of the hills, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel was in a nice location.. was walking distance to a shopping center and Aldi. We enjoyed our stay, only thing we didn’t like was the carpet in the room but that’s just personal preference. Would stay here again.

A long way out of Dublin centre but has tram station outside which operates frequent up to a very late-night service. Can be crowded coming out from city. Big mall type shop centre nearby. Rooms good size Best feature has secure underground car park included in room cost.

Location is GREAT! It’s the end of the line for the tram at Tallaght.Literally 2 minutes from tram stop to hotel.Shopping centre 5-10 minutes walking distance across the road.Service was excellent from Carl who was very helpful in directions and any assistance.Will definitely stay here again.

Glashaus is located right by the train stop which was very convenient. Its out of the way of Dublin's downtown but still has quite alot of amenities. A long cab ride from the airport.

Perfect location at the end of the red line tram, which provides easy access to all of Dublin for just €5.80 a day. They had air conditioning and the rooms were very clean. The coffee at the restaurant was the best that I have ever had. When we go back to Ireland this will definitely be the place we stay again.

Restaurnt was only ok. Coffee sucked. No mini fridge or microwve. Why did they put the 2 twin beds beide each other? Why not put the end table between the beds.
