Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day.

La struttura è adeguata al prezzo, il personale molto disponibile, cortese e professionale. Buona la location, rispetto alla possibilità di utilizzo del trasporto pubblico (metropolitana). Non adeguata all’hotel la qualità della cucina del ristorante situato al roof (peraltro con bella vista sul corno d’oro) il cui personale è risultato gentile e disponibile. Non ho utilizzato la SPA.

Everything you can from Rixos chain: nice rooms, great service, good food options, very attentive staff. The roof top restaurant was great and live music at the Chapel restaurant was a great complement to the overall experience.

Odamızda ara kapı vardı, diğer taraftaki odada gece 1:30 gibi konuşma seslerini çok net duyabiliyorduk. Oteli araştırırken otopark olduğu belirtiliyordu ama otele geldiğimizde aracımızı 150 metre ötedeki İspark Otoparkına bırakabileceğimiz, günlük 250 TL. ödeyeceğimiz belirtildi. Eğer otelden Vale hizmeti alırsak, 750 TL. ödeme yapmamız gerektiğinden söz edildi. Açıkçası çok hoş bir durum değildi. Bu otopark hizmetinin böyle olduğu net olarak belirtilmeli ya da otel ücretinin içerisine dahil edilmeli. Bu iki olay dışında otel çok güzeldi, odalar konforlu ve sakin, çalışanlar güler yüzlü idi. Konumu oldukça iyi ve İstiklal caddesine yakındı. Teşekkürler.

Our family, including two small kids, stayed at this hotel for nine days. Here are some pros and cons based on our experience: Cons: 1. Noise Issue: - There was a backyard in front of our family suite where the hotel held special programs, including live music, every night. Unfortunately, the very loud music continued until 1am or later, which was a big problem for us with small kids. Despite calling the front desk a few times, it seemed they didn't have the authority to change the program. 2. Room Card Issues: - The room cards frequently stopped working for no apparent reason, requiring daily trips to the front desk to fix the issue. 3. Parking: - The hotel does not have its own parking. It was Soo noisy at night we couldn’t sleep well; air conditioning was central can’t get access the room was hot and supposed to be smoking free but it wasn’t u can smell it in our room and they charged us for using the coffee in the end of our stay almost $55 which is a lot

The front desk staff were excellent. I have stayed here and rebooked as I had a lovely pre-pandemic experience. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was very poor this time. They left our beds unmade several times and failed to turn up a couple of times. The curtain in the room fell and I asked persistently for three days to have this fixed, which was not done, resulting in us having to sleep with light glaring from outside. I will sadly not return.

Have stay in this property on a number of occasions but this time rm1501, found black mode in the shower. Cleaner let herself in the room without knocking. And generally found the staff uninterested. Not what i have experienced before, maybe under new management?

This is not a 5-star hotel similar to other Rixos hotels I have visited. The hotel building is old and outdated, the rooms with Pera view is definitely not a view of the city but rather a close look into the nearest wall. Breakfast was nice, some of the staff was friendly, the reception staff was not so nice. We celebrated a birthday and had ordered flowers & cake in the morning which came as promised so that was nice. Overall the hotels desperately needs a renovation.

Rixos Negatives: Water pressure is weak. Room temperature can’t be adjusted above 22C. Curtains don’t block the sunlight. Limited hooks for towels in the bath and the ones they have are not well placed. At times, there was a wait for a bowl and for a spoon at breakfast. Positives: View from rooftop restaurant. The best night light in the bathroom I’ve seen. A nice dental kit for supplementing whatever you’ve brought with you.

Everything was good except for the room temperature. Room temperature was between 25-27 Celsius and there was no air conditioning available due to winter time. Sleeping was very uncomfortable and opening the windows to get some fresh air was very noisy. We raised our concern several times with the front desk and the issue was never solved.

Whilst the entranceway and the room look nice the amenities are poor. The air conditioning is practically non existant, it was so bad we had to change rooms several times as the air conditioning did not work. The wifi kept going every few hours. The sink was blocked and although people came to fix it, it never was.

We booked the hotel as my friend has stayed at other Rixos hotel/resorts, however this hotel was a bit underwhelming in comparison. It was wasn't terrible but not great either - average at best. Location is very convenient and walkable to the main shopping and dining areas and the Galata area. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel, this is probably not the hotel to stay in as the immediate area outside the hotel gets really busy with taxi traffic which can be heard in your room (which was especially annoying with the windows open). The rooms are ok, kind of basic for a 5 star hotel as are the toiletries (I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner) we had twin room and thought the beds were narrow but comfortable. There was no main light, so lighting was always a bit dim in the room. The bathrooms could really do with some ventilation as well. The mini chocolates at the end of each night were a nice touch however. We didn't eat/drink at the hotel bar/restaurant - prices are very expensive and being next to Iskitlal street, you're not short of options as a plus. All on all, an Ok stay but am surprised this is considered a 5 star hotel.

I was very disappointed overall. Our room was hot after the first day and we were told that they turned off the A/C. The hotel is located in an extremely noisy area so when we opened the window for fresh air the constant traffic (honking of horns continuously) made it impossible to sleep well. House keeping was a mess. No dusting, trash cans not emptied, no coffee or water replacement some days. We asked 4 times before we got the coffee sent up. But mainly they promised to change our room to another tower that allowed us to control the temperature in the room for the second portion of our stay (we checked out for 3 days but had arranged to return for 2 more days) and when we came back the upgraded us to a suite next door in that had the exact same issues. I preferred a quiet room with A/C not a larger room! Everyone was very apologetic but never with any good results! I will not recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel besteht aus drei Gebäuden und bietet eine insgesamt angenehme Erfahrung. Allerdings gibt es einen wichtigen Punkt zu beachten: Wenn man kein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Fluss bekommt, kann der Aufenthalt durch den Lärm von der Straßenseite erheblich beeinträchtigt werden. Die Zimmer auf der Straßenseite sind leider zu laut, was die Schlafqualität negativ beeinflusst. Abgesehen davon war alles in Ordnung. Die Einrichtungen und der Service waren zufriedenstellend.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Eingangshalle lädt zu Fotoshootings ein, das Personal ist super nett, die Lage ist perfekt, wenn in der fußläufigen Nähe zur istiklal street bis hin zum Galata Turm gewohnt werden soll, ansonsten fahren aber auch Taxis zum Hotel (bei vielen anderen Hotels nicht, da nicht an der Hauptstraße gelegen). Positiv auch, dass man nicht die steilen Hügel ab und aufsteigen muss, um zu den vorgenannten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen, was besonders in den Sommermonaten sehe schnell Energie raubt. Nicht gut war das Frühstück. Zwar gab es genügend Auswahl, jedoch blieben geschmacklich insbesondere die warmen Frühstückszubereitungen sogar hinter denen eines im Nachhinein besuchten einfachen Airporthotels zurück.

We stayed at the Rixos in taksim square. Amazing service from all staff members. Great breakfast with really good options. The room service food was delicious. They are always so helpful and always going above and beyond. Fabulous location, everything was walking distance (taksim square & Galata towers). Taxi to get to other areas was easy too. Just make sure you don’t get conned by the taxi guys. Will return and always choose to stay here.

Convenient for shopping, right next to independent street. Small hotel, but neat and tidy. Somehow the breakfast is extremely expensive in the hotel, costs euro44 a person, not worth it while there is so much choices nearby.
