Room was super clean, bed was very comfy. The gym is well equipped. We had a problem with our room and the staff were so efficient at sorting it out and moving us to another room. Location is good, short walk to Galata tower.

The hotel didnot have a parking lot and the employee did not want to valet park. If you are driving, then dont book this hotel.

Rooms much more dated than expected. Heating hard to use, curtains broken which made fully blocking light difficult and breakfast was just a shamozzle
