It has multiple floors, no elevator & no luggage carts. There is an inside breakfast restaurant, so with the coupon each breakfast plate is $8 to $16 depending on what you order. The front desk ladies are excellent. The place is quite dated looking.

Very clean room....restaurant staff was very friendly especially the guy that first served us...got into talking about the concert we were seeing....very quiet place only issue was no elevator and our room was at end of the hall with no other entrance (husband has health issues)

Stayed for one night. Beds were comfy. Linens all looked clean. Some stains on carpet but it's an older building. No courtesy conditioner. But such little things. Staff were super friendly and welcoming! Well lit exterior and felt safe coming in after dark.

You’re close to so many amenities in the area! Comfortable beds, very clean, relaxing hotel. Also for entertainment attached is the Thirsty Lion Tavern. Enjoyed with some drinks with friends & family. There is also a lounge in the hotel! Truly cherished my visit and fond memories.

A group of guys rented 3 rooms for one night. We arrived at 9 PM and we were pleased to find the attached resturant/bar open. The rooms were clean and a breakfast was included. Unfortunatly it didn't open until 8AM so we couldn't eat there.

Ceiling was dusty , bed sheets were reused everyday , toilet seat was loose no microwave, carpet in hallway and stairs dirty , stains on door upstairs and stairs had weak step, And beds lower on head end and worn out … hotel needs an upgrade and I stay I worst hotels then this but this needs an upgrade for sure .

Gum on the carpet,sheets were dirty. Air conditioner was old and was loud and would not shut off unless unpluged. Very unsafe in area were its located! Shopping strip mall where the indeginous were staying because of the forest fires up north! Disgusting area of town. Will not recommend to anyone!! Not what the pictures show.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and easy, which was great after a long day of travelling. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. However, while checking for bed bugs (as most frequent hotel stayers do) we found a dead bug and old piece of pizza the sheets of one of the beds - needless to say we used the other bed. There was poor sound proofing between rooms and the hallway which was unfortunate as we could hear others speaking around us. AC looked broken and had dust build up but still worked and helped to drown out the noise of people around us.

Needed a hotel for the night. It is perfectly central to the places I visit in Winnipeg. Easy access to the perimeter, downtown and south. Rooms are fairly large and plenty of light. Nice to have a small coffee pot instead of single cup.

Room wasn’t as it looked on the site. Site shows a pretty nice room with wood like floor. Ours had carpet, and was a little musky smelling, and was dated with very few places to charge a phone. Room was clean and staff were excellent and friendly. Restaurant on site had a very good breakfast which we received 20% off. Our server was wonderful and friendly. Would stay here again and eat here

I enjoyed the large clean, comfortable room with the Jacuzzi. The only thing I would say that is negative about the hotel is that it has no elevator. My room was on the second floor and I had to carry my suitcase up two flights of stairs.

Pros: The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure. Lots of free parking. Cons: Could not control room temperature. Carpet under the AC unit was a bit wet.

Lots of parking but very limited for dining as we asked at the front desk and were told to google the area and we ended up just dining at the existing restaurant and when we came back the attendant was ralking on his personal phone and just knoded as we came through the front door.

It was ok. Check in person was nice. At one point needed soap from desk and nobody was at desk people were waiting also to checkout at that time. I assume who was the manager literally ran out restaurant to tell us that we cant have beers in the hallway as if we were standing there chugging down beers. We left the bar next door the girl serving had already opened them so we took them with us. Felt like a child being scolded. We are very well travelled and we stay at hyatt properties which we manage, due to sold out rooms basically everywhere we chose here just to pass through. We wont be back. Maybe its the norm for the type of city and people drinking but its ways to do things and that wasnt the way. He needs a customer service class

I like to go for a walk when I get up and there are nice areas around the hotel to do that. The area seems safe and has a 7-11 right across the street for late night snacks. The breakfast in the hotel was good but it’s no included in the price of the hotel

Room was spacious, staff were friendly and helpful (esp. Ida who I interacted with most), parking was easy, food in restaurant was good. My only comments would be the refrigerator was extremely noisy (could not unplug because I had food in there) and the bathroom--tub and shower especially--showing wear and needs to be refinished. As well, when booking this property the AI summary om the property description page talked about a spa and hot tub which led me to believe they had a hot tub here. They don't. But I believe this is Expedia's fault, not the inn's, for using AI and not checking for accuracy.
