Stayed for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the space, cleanliness, location next to Leach Hwy, great king bed, lovely led lights over bed, outside area to sit, easy check-in & parking, various dining options over the road. Bathroom is smallish & was a bit of traffic noise early in night, but I was given a back room which was further away from Albany Hwy. I'll be coming again, very reasonable cost.

While the facilities were ok, clean and beds comfy, the road noise was horrendous with hooning going all night and lots of sirens. No sound proofing is installed to muffle any of the noise. I did not feel safe or comfortable to leave the premises with my young daughter. The parking space we were allocated was extremely tight, only really suitable for small cars. Luckily nobody had been in the space next to us, otherwise I would not have been able to leave in the early morning. Won't stay there again, would not recommend.

I thought it was a nice sized room, large comfy bed and plenty of storage space. We were worried about road noise as it’s right next to the highway but apart from the occasional siren it was fine. I used the laundry which was $4 for the wash and $4 for the dryer. I would have happily air dried my clothes but there was nowhere to hang washing up so I had no choice. Plenty of food places within walking distance. The only thing that would stop me from coming again is the pool area is not secure and the locals would come use it as they wished. Everyday I stayed I saw people using the pool, most of the time they didn’t cause any issues and were just loud, but I saw one male throw a chair and another occasion I saw a male peeing up against a wall.

The properties must have been renovated recently as they were in great shape.Very happy with the room. The reception staff were very helpful. The only negative is that the cafe had been closed since covid and it doesn't look like it will reopen. I love parking at the front door, no stairs to climb. Highly recommend this place.

Reception staff not very welcoming..housekeepers friendly..it is a noisy area which was helped by requesting a room at the back.. multiple restaurants within easy walking distance... shopping centres nearby.. .. mould in shower which grew progressively over the stay..otherwise excellent value for money..would definitely return

Great, clean, spacious, modern rooms. Great location close to everything needed. Considering it was on an extremely busy road, you could barely hear the noise once inside. Very happy with our stay and would return. Great stay for a great price.

Easy driving distance to Curtin University and local supermarkets etc. Room was nice enough, bed was comfortable. Shower is small and like an after thought of the bathroom. If you are a light sleeper this motel is not for you high level of road noise constantly. I ask for a quieter room if was possible but motel was booked out my entire stay so was not an option, receptionist was rude and was quick to hang up on me after this conversation, do know her name but wont sell her out on here. Parking was ok but others clearly cannot read the numbers on the ground as per their allocated room and was always in my park which seemed in be inconvenient to them when asked to move. I personally wouldn't stay here again.

Another great stay at the Bentley motel. Always clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, great location and easy to get around. Despite the busy highway out the front it is actually pretty quiet and you don’t hear much from the traffic except a siren every now and then due to being close to the hospital. Thanks again for another wonderful stay.

We stayed for 4 nights. First 3 were great. We then had youths party next door for a majority of the night. I rang for assistance on the number provided in the room and was told that security would come. I rang a total of 5-6 times and was told that they would be half an hour. No security turned up and we had no sleep from about 1am. No one has called me from Bentley. The after hours people knew I was extremely upset and either have not passed on to owners or just poor to follow up. Not a great area.

In general a good stay for 11 days on Business, there is a shortage of staff for Reception and not able to reach on the phone before arrival to check any details. The Cleaning staff were exceptionally Good and courteous

Unique about this property was accidentally being locked out of my room and then being charged $75 for gaining access...A first in my lifetime. The number I rung was even rude about it. Book in time was 2pm. I was asked to wait till my room was ready. I will never stay at this motel ever again.

late check in arrangement was a breeze and extra clean room awaits. Everything in the motel look fresh. Bus stop with four routes 34, 201, 220, 930 is right outside the motel. Westfield Carousel is just 5 stops away. 3 stops away is a shopping mecca of warehouse size op shops of 5 so plenty to explore nearby. Buses in Perth still take cash and give change which is a plus for travellers.

The Bentley Motel is brilliant in all aspects for the price with an important exception, the mattress we had has long ago seen its day. Might as well sleep straight on the floor. Unfortunately when it comes down to it, a Motel is mainly a bed. The room was clean, well renovated and relaxed. The staff are lovely and an asset to the business. The location on a major road wasn't an issue, the traffic noise was actually quite minimal, the traffic flows easily, even at peak times and it's perfectly located to have lots of food options, quick access to the city and best yet, quick to get out of Perth and back home.
