Odam çok geniş ama yan binaya bakıyordu, o biraz klostrofobik hissettirse de rahattı. Otel çalışanları özellikle de gece resepsiyonu çalışanı çok sempatik, yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Oda temizliği iyi fakat merdivenler pisti. Merdivenlerde uyumadığım için sorun yok :)) Konumu güzel, çok kolay olmasa da bir şekilde park yeri bulunabiliyor. Araçla gelen için de rahat olabilir. Köprüye ve Dolmabahçe sarayına çok yakın. Etrafında market vs ihtiyacınız olan he ir şey var. Otele yağmurdan sığınan sokaktaki kediyi de misafir ediyorlar, bu da ayrıca artı puan benden onlara :)

Cheya is a 3 star hotlel but it can easily beat many of 5 star hotels in Istanbul, compared to my previous fancy 5 start hotels in Bodrum and Kusadasi, its a little old and not fancy - you have all you need - but hotel staff was very helpful and supportive, also postive vibe. hotel location is fabulous. Its warm as home. next time in Istanbul its our only choice. Also there is a great night life and 2 double layer windows for noise control. So thank you.

Heating system was not active and AC was not working. There was hot water. Room cards was not working and staff have to come with you to open the door w every time you get out. Breakfast was really good. Also parking spot of the hotel big plus.

The team at the Cheya are fantastic! Very friendly, very helpful. They were quickly able to resolve every little problem, with a smile and fantastic courtesy! The hotel is currently undergoing a restoration, and will be better still with fresh modern facilities when complete

Odamiz temiz ve konforluydu. Aldığımız hizmetten oldukça memnun kaldık. Yeniden İstanbula gidersek mutlaka ayni otelde kalacağız. Çalışanlar son derece sıcakkanlı ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle Hakan bey bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi.

Cheya Hotel’s location is just perfect however my overall experience about the hotel was extremely disappointing. I arrived the hotel around 3pm but the room was not ready yet, which could happen during the busy periods. However, when I checked in, There was a heavy smell of smoking in the room, pillow cases were not clean, bathroom kits were not changed… On top of that, the hotel was very noisy during the night.

Vreselijk hotel! Dit hotel verdiend niet eens 1 ster. De kamers waren vreselijk en werd niet schoongemaakt en beddengoed werd niet vernieuwd. Na dag 3 heb ik zelf het verzoek ingediend voor schoonmaak en beddengoed vernieuwing. Personeel is arrogant en niet behulpzaam, niet klantvriendelijk en niet dienstverlenend. Als je ze iets vraagt negeren ze het en schieten ze continu in verdediging als ‘het hotel is vol’. In de hotelkamer kan je absoluut niet slapen, in de nacht vanaf 01.00uur tot 03:30 borrelen de leidingen en is er sprake van enorme geluidsoverlast. Cheya hotel is behoorlijk toe aan een renovering, de kamers zijn veelste oud. Het is het niet eens waard om na te denken voor een boeking in dit hotel. Ik heb in Istanbul nog nooit in zo een slecht hotel verbleven. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding klopt totaal niet. Gezien de kwaliteit betaal je een veel te hoge prijs voor dit hotel. Want de waardering is niet eens een sterhotel

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of shops nearby, which made things very easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I would stay again.

İş seyahatimde bir gün uyumak dinlenmek için kullandım. Yatakta ayak izi ve çarşafta da siyah lekeler vardı. Gece yatarken farkettim. Resepsiyonu aradığımda ilgileniyoruz dediler. İkinci aramamda ancak birisi geldi nevresimleri değiştirdi. Çay kahve ikram etmeyi teklif etti. Çay kahveyle nasıl bu rezillik kapansın ki. Sırf nevresimleri değiştirdiler diye hizmete iki puan verdim. Sabah resepsiyondan bir sonraki gelişimde çok güzel bir oda vereceklerini taahhüt edip numara verdiler. Sağolsunlar. Ha bu arada yanımdaki yabancı müşteriye size aynı ücrete daha iyi taksi çağırdım denildi. Böyle de değersiz hissettirilmez yahu.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel, it is a 3 star. Here are the issues: the studio apt. had a small kitchenette but there were no plates or cutlery. The refrigerator did not work. The television did not work. The bathroom did not have tissues or complimentary toiletries, There was an iron but no ironing board. The room was also dark and there was noise from the apartment building next door,

Temizlik iyiydi odalar küçük. Yataklar rahat fakat sabaha karşı olan temizlik sesleri ve personelin birbiriyle tatışması sonucu uyandık. Uzak mesafeden gece 12 de otele vardım sabah 8 de kadın personelin diğerine bağrışlarıyla uyandım. Kapıya çıkıp ne oluyor orda kim var dediğimde kusura bakmayın bi tartışma oldu da dendi. Tartışma olmasada cumartesi sabahı saat 8 de personelin temizlik sesleri haşur huşur sürekli poşet sesleri malesef bizi çok rahatsız etti. Oda şartları iyi fakat penceremiz yoktu yangın merdiveni görüyor. Resepsyonda ki personel iyilerdi. Teşekkür ederim.

Personal war nicht gerade hilfsbereit. Auch nicht sympathisch. Bei Ankunft gab es nicht mal Toilettenpapier im Zimmer, es wurde nix aufgefüllt. Zimmerservice also schlecht.

Nice little hotel, not far from the waterfront. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and they had a good free breakfast. If you take a taxi from the airport, make sure he stays on the main roads. Mine drove 15 minutes on narrow back streets, while the hotel is just off of a 6 lane boulevard. Don’t just trust the phone map route.

Personal var sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und Sauberes Hotel 👍 Lage ist super Zentral nur kurzes info das Hotel ist leicht aufwärts aber völlig in Ordnung zum laufen. Wir sind meistens immer gelaufen aber für die die nicht laufen möchten sind die Bushaltestellen gleich in der nähe und der Hafen auch.

Super Lage & sehr saubere Zimmer. Vor allem das Studio Zimmer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Hotel etwas älter, nicht modern, aber es reicht vollkommen aus. Service ebenfalls Top! Einzig das Frühstück ist sehr wenig, heißt wenig Auswahl und es lohnt sich daher nicht mit Frühstück zu reservieren. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten um zu frühstücken.

Ekonomik oda şeklinde 18m2 denilen asla 18m2 olmayan küçücük bir odada 1 gece kaldım. Banyoda duşakabinde yerde uzun muhtemelen kadın saçı kılları mevcuttu. Oda özensiz ve eski görünümde. Allahtan havlular, çarşaf, yastık yüzleri temizdi. Hiçbir şekilde ses izolasyonu yok, diğer odalardan yapılan konuşmalar ver bilumum diğer sesler net bir şekilde duyuluyordu. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği çok az. Kahvaltı yapıp kalkanların tabakları alınmadan uzun bir süre bekliyordu. Bir tek personel vardı o da çok alakalı değildi (kahvaltımı uzun yaptım gözlemledim). Yani diyeceğim oki 1 gece konaklamaya 1777 TL, kahvaltıya da 320 TL ödedim, kesinlikle değmez. Kimseye de bu oteli önermem. Umarım yazdıklarımla otelde olumlu değişikliler olurda daha sonra kalacak insanlar hayal kırıklığı yaşamazlar. Teşekkürler.

Ekonomik oda seçtiğimizin kot farkından dolayı kötü odayı seçtiğimi söylediler. Ama buna karşın daha havadar odalardan boş olan birini bana ben istemeden hemen tahsis ettiler. Kahvaltısı en az 600 TLlik açık büfe kahvaltıları ederindeydi. Konumu da merkezi olduğu için her işimi kolaylıkla hallettim.
