Beautiful place! Was very clean and staff were friendly. We booked specifically because we wanted a hot tub but unfortunately it was under maintenance at the time of our stay. Wish I would have known that! Otherwise no issues.

We choose this hotel because if the hot tub/pool and the overall appearance. It is rundown and in the middle of nowhere. My family checked in and headed to the pool. The pool water was so cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom and cold. My kids who will swim just about anywhere wouldn’t even get in. The hot tub was roped off and said closed due to resurfacing of the walls. We went back to the room and I called the front desk. They said the hot tub should be open sometime that day or the next. Went by later when heading out and it was open but the water was freezing. The next morning the hot tub was empty and the pool was still cloudy and cold. I had read comments about there being ants but figured since it’s March that shouldn’t be a problem. There was mold and ants all over the pool area. The entire hotel is dated. Wish I would have spent my money elsewhere or stayed somewhere cheaper without a pool since we couldn’t use this one. Walls are thin and we could hear a baby crying over the TV.

Hot tub was down, pool was sooo cold. Kids wanted a staycation and couldn't even enjoy the amenities. Hotel did not tell us about it at checkout and offer nothung in return for down services. The kids normally love staying thier. Its too bad this was the turn of events.

The hotels was clean. The staff was friendly. Convenient and easy to get to. The room did have lights out in the bathroom and the one over the TV flickered constant so left them off. The hot tub was out of service. Also the guest on the forth floor were heavy walkers and maybe even remodeling the room well in to the night.

Great hotel in great location with nice outdoor patio area. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was down for repair our entire stay. That was one of the main reasons we chose that hotel; other comparably priced ones didn’t have a hot tub.

We stayed at this location to be close to our niece and were so impressed. The property was beautiful, clean, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful trees. Our niece is going to recommend her parents to stay here on their next visit.

We booked a room and we were so glad we did! Everything in the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The mattresses had pillow tops that made them more comfortable than the average hotel room beds. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Area was beautiful. The outside of the building needed painting. When we unfolded the sofa couch is was not clean so we didn’t use it. The pool area needed to be cleaned and the floor was VERY slick. The staff was absolutely fantastic.

My only complaint is that it was too easy to hear the people above our room! They were walking around all hours of the night.. I should t be able to hear them through the walls just walking… it woke me up multiple times, so the sound proofing is not great for the price. Otherwise, it was nice and clean and friendly staff

The first room the heat/air unit did not work. I went to the from desk and they said it would be a couple of minutes. After 15 minutes I west to the desk again and was told it would be a couple of minutes. After the maintenance guy arrived and checked the unit he told me it had the same problem recently and he was able to clear the error but did not know why or what went wrong. Since this was a known problem they should not have rented this room. Breakfast closing should be at the checkout time and not an hour earlier.

Hotel is incredible. Good food at restaurant. Rooms were immaculate. Girl that checked us in was rude, not helpful in answering questions, impersonal. I have never experienced this before at a Marriott. We did have what sounded like a herd of elephants in the room above us. Waited until day 3 to call about it and the staff handled it immediately. Great amenities! Other staff was super friendly!

Jayla was fabulous! Jayla was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. She had great dining suggestions and even came to our room to show me how to use the thermostat. My husband and I always stay at this property when we come to Kansas City. Wonderful staff, clean and quiet hotel and great location.

Booked these rooms last minute for a family trip to a concert at Arrowhead. Location was great, we ended up being 20 minutes from everything we did that weekend (arrowhead, worlds of fun, legends outlets, zoo). We checked in very late at night and the staff was still very friendly and helpful, each person we interacted with was kind, helpful and showed pride in their job. The facility was clean, rooms were great, quiet for the most part, did hear some early morning kids but we are parents too so not bothersome. Loved having a coffee shop in the lobby, and enjoyed that coffee in the sun on the lobby patio! Overall really pleased with our stay.

This property held my card $25 a day for incidentals. Which would have been fine except a week after I checked out they're still holding that money for incidentals. I called the property talked to the rudest front desk person ever who told me there were no managers there there would be no managers there and that there was nothing anybody would do and I guess I just wasn't going to get that money back but couldn't tell me what incidentals they were charging me for. I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel ever and we travel often. When I asked again to speak to a manager I was told that they don't keep track of their manager's schedules and they're probably wouldn't be anybody for me to ever talk to.

Stay was okay... asked for a King size, but got a queen. Called to request a pillow, front desk said they would try because they were the only ones there, bistro (in-house restaurant) bartender was rude when asking her questions. Again, stay was okay. Looked at it as just a place to sleep. Nothing more. Entrance parking lot was under construction so it was somewhat inconvenient.

Easy check in. The only downfall was somebody hit the emergency stop on the hot tub so it took well over an hour to heat back up, but someone was there immediately to look at it. Bed were very comfortable and the breakfasy was very good. We had a wonderful girls trip!

We stayed two nights, expecting a good breakfast each morning. The kitchen was closed both mornings. We picked this hotel because of the free breakfast and went out both days. I understand that things happen, but when part of the payment is for food, and no food is available, a discount should be offered. Don't you think?

We came down for my Dad’s funeral. Everyone was very nice they allowed me to check in early. The little restaurant/ bar area down stairs was very nice delicious breakfast options and they had a Starbucks. The sweet girl working the register the days I went down was very nice and easy to talk too. Overall it was an excellent stay. Will definitely recommend to others and would definitely book again.

So very clean. We were only a little disappointed about the breakfast time, and bar/eating time. BUT the hotel was very detailed in their times. We were just sad we didn’t get to partake in the opportunities. I just feel they could increase the social environment with more hours available. The fire pit and back porch area is an amazing place. All of the staff were so friendly and nice. Definitely a beautiful place to stay.
