Booked 2Queen bed. At check-in hotel gave us 1 King without informing me. I went up to the room then realized it wasnt 2Queen bed. The room smell like it hasn't been clean. We went down and ask for a refund, but was told to call in the morning because the manager is CLOCK-OUT already, but she was in the back. Overall, rude and not so nice front desk staffs.

Nice people but things I did not like: The mattresses were HORRIBLE. Deep “body indentations” and quite hard. Also, no bathtub, when you have littles, that is nice to have. Also, no liners in the trash cans- GROSS! Littles have diapers that need to be thrown out and you know ppl put liquids and gunk in them. It’s like a bunch of office executives sat around and planned their property without thinking about FAMILY life! Pro tip - Always line your trash cans!!
