This is a very basic hotel. Even so, there are some downsides that should be mentioned. Check in was very slow. I had already spent 10 minutes checking in online the day before, but they didn't seem to have any of that information at the front desk, so I had to go through the whole process again, made slow by the hotel's onside internet connection that was malfunctioning. The "continental" breakfast was extremely minimal; it's not clear which continent they're referring to -- certainly not Europe, but maybe Antarctica. The toilet paper was of such poor quality that it repeated ripped or tore during use (very unpleasant!). The lack of an overhead light in the room was annoying. On the plus side, a missing microwave oven in the room was quickly replaced -- kudos to the young woman who promptly corrected the situation. For anyone traveling on a low budget, it's very convenient that the airport bus (route #229) stops right outside the hotel -- just a walk of 300 feet from the stop to the hotel.

There was a woman at the front desk but you can't check in with her. There is a kiosk where you have to speak to someone remote and they take multiple pictures of your ID. The rooms do not look like the pictures shown online, are smaller, and in much worse condition. The AC unit was dripping water onto the carpet of the room and the entire place smelled horrible. We immediately wanted to cancel and go somewhere else, and it was about a 45 minute ordeal to get a refund because the woman at the desk couldn't do it herself. She also couldn't give any proof of the refund even through email. Wasn't expecting a ton because it's a Super 8, but this hotel is absolutely not something worth booking
