Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington Park near Pax River

Much improved since my last stay! Upgraded tvs and some cosmetic repairs completed. The shower takes a little long to get hot. Side door not working. Staff is awesome and accommodating. Much improved!

This hotel was great, it was super quiet. Staff was so friendly and helpful with suggesting things to do and see in the area. The breakfast was great with many selections and we also loved the access to fresh coffee all day long in the lobby area. We also took advantage of the gym too on the property. It was super small but worked for us The hotel is convenient located near so many restaurants and shopping. It’s about 20 minutes to Solomons island which was so nice and has amazing sunsets with great restaurants on the water. The hotel is also close to the Naval air museum and also about 20 minutes to Piney Point where there’s a lighthouse to see .

Staff was friendly. No AC in hallway or elevator. Side door has been broken for almost a year or more. Carpets in room are much better hallway needs redone since it is original. Rooms are clean, breakfast is edible.

The hotel needs a good deep cleaning. The door didn’t work to the outside the entire time, the ice machine was broken , breakfast options were just ok. They also need more staff. Beds are fine,

The location is good. Could use some more parking. The hotel must've had a leak or something because the 3rd floor hallway smelled really bad like mildew was there. Our room specifically had some mold in random places on the walls. Not black mold, but it was green mold. Bed and bathroom was clean. Room stayed pretty cold regardless of what we set thermostat to and we think that was the cause of the excess moisture which led to the mold on the walls.

I wish I had photos to share. This was a big disappointment as it had an 8.6/10 rating on the hotels.com site. We were in room 510 to start with & had good housekeeping service. Due to a leak from the ceiling over our bed when it rained, we were moved to 304. They first put us in 504; however, when the heat turned on the fan screeched so loudly in the hall that we said it would not let us sleep. We ended up in 304. The housekeeper was one of the laziest I’ve ever seen! She failed to do the room several days & usually missed things when it was done. The room carpets are filthy as are the hall ones, The chairs in the breakfast room are filthy- a couple even had dried food on them. The breakfast attendant is also lazy. Once all is set up, she is in the lounge watching TV. She doesn’t clean tables as guests leave & there are too few tables even though the hotel was not very full. You end up either cleaning it or eating at a dirty one. I got cereal one morning & found the milk pitcher empty. When I asked her to please fill it, she made it quite clear that I as bothering her TV time. The room safe in the second room was not working as it needed a new battery. The desk person told me for 6 days that it needed to be replaced before it actually happened. Neither of the rooms had a sink stopper that would work, the washer & dryer were not working for several days. When they got them repaired the cost went up. The “exercise room” is a joke due to equipment condition.

Nice place although our experience disappointing. It took 2 trips back to the front desk to get into our room. Apparently the battery was not working in the door lock. We never did get a key to work so someone has to stay in the room at all times so we could get back in. We then had to go back down to reception to get linens for the sofa bed. I travel often and this was my first time trying comforts inn. We will probably not stay here again. I don’t have these problems at our hotels.

Overall the property was not very clean, the room and hallways stunk like body odor and mold, and the room keys would constantly deactivate. Had to get 4 keys made on a 3 night stay. Doesn’t help that at night the front door to the lobby is key control, so you’ll probably get stuck outside like I did. Would not recommend this property.

We were told the hotel was having a “soft” renovation. They assigned us a room directly beneath a room that had workers hammering throughout the day. It seems logical that they would put our room in a different location. The hotel was not full-maybe 10 cars in parking lot. It took at least 4 minutes of running water to get it warm for a shower. Ice maker did not work. Back door into hotel broken & not in use. I would not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great! Wi-Fi was slow but functional for watching videos. The room smelled moldy which was a little concerning and there were weird spots on the base of the tv that looked like they were possibly mold. Beds were comfortable. Good place to stop for the night.

The staff are excellent and make this stay.it is clean, breakfast area nice, and theybare attentive to maintnemace needs. The only downside is the rooms smell musty which aggrevates my allergies. I stayed several times and unfortunately now stay elsewhere because of the mustiness.

The room was just ok There was a dead bug on the wall the whole time during our stay I’m not sure the bathroom got cleaned while we stayed there or not

Room was dirty, crumbs everywhere. When I looked for linens for the sofa bed there was just an empty bag. Moved the cushions to see if the linens were on the sofa bed and found the sofa bed had more crumbs and whole Cheetos. Phoned the front desk to ask for linens and report the mess. The staff member brought me a vacuum and sheets (no blanket or pillow). When they left to go find a pillow it was clear that I was expected to vacuum. When they returned we discovered the bed didn't unfold. No option to move rooms was offered. Essentially, I cleaned their sofa and didn't have a bed to sleep on. Tried calling their customer care and the person hung up on me. To make matters worse, the family above us had their children running and screaming until after midnight. The front desk staff person said they could hear the noise when they called the room but nothing was done. This hotel has been going downhill for the past few years.

Spacious room, clean, quiet, comfortable

Everything was good about stay except the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working correctly.

Standard Comfort Inn. We had great view of the highway, very good noise insulation.

Property itself clean enough. Shower had good water pressure. However TV was not working at all. Well we did late check in and only stay 1 night so not huge issue but still inconvenient.

We had some issues during our stay! First night no phone service and no television. Second night no television. Last night no television. Overall not a great stay. Carpet in room were not very clean and hvac was average.

Overall, I enjoyed my overnight stay here. I couldn't control the temperature in the room due to the HVAC malfunction. Although the room stayed cool and comfortable, it would've been nice to be able to control the temperature. I did informed the front desk, and they wrote up a service request for the HVAC service

It is a VERY old property with drawers broken and not properly closed on the dresser. It was visually clean but has an odd smell in the room. No one answered the phone when I called for information on food (there were cards that said "we care, just call the front desk" and nobody answered. Will not be visiting them again.

The place deserves 10 stars just for the staff alone. They all were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

The room was extremely clean and the staff were WONDERFUL!! shoutout to Mike at the frost desk for working every day that we stayed and was always there to greet us every morning at breakfast and when we returned. He was so helpful and the breakfast staff kept everything so stocked and fresh. Beautiful room and beautiful location. I had a last minute change of travel plans and they were able to accommodate me! 10/10

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Comfort Suites. The room was immaculate, the staff very friendly and helpful. we will stay there again if we're in the area.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Problems with TV and phones in room were not able to be resolved and general management has not responded to phone calls or email regarding reparations. Otherwise, a nice hotel, but the general manager's lack of response leaves a sour taste.

The night clerk Rashad was very helpful and went above and beyond by helping me with getting my bags in the room to getting me drinks from the vending machine you see I have mobility issues and use a walker. Nice young man. Hang on to him

We really enjoyed Rose, Veronica, Michael and the rest of your staff, including John who was cleaning on the second floor yesterday. We were here for a family baptism and they made us feel like family… Will definitely stay there again.

Young male check in staff was less than cordial. No smile, no eye contact. He acted as though we were interrupting his basketball game on TV. Other staff were very pleasant next two days. Temperature control on shower was backwards, and was not hot enough to take a shower. Has to wash in the sink, plenty hot. When this was mentioned to staff, they were aware of the shower problem in 301. They indicated the repairman has tried to fix this several times. Knowing this, the room was not taken out of service! That being said, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was as expected, but no ceramic coffee cups, coffee tasted like paper.

Average hotel. Convenient location to St. Mary’s college, about a 15 min drive. Breakfast included.

Easy access to restaurants.

Room smelled musty, sheets felt damp and carpet felt the same. Storm knocked out direct tv all night and front desk person had me trying various things before he realized it wasn’t just me. Convenient to Pax base.

We enjoyed our stay. We were convenient to shopping centers. The movie theater was behind the hotel. The staff was friendly, when we first arrived we received the wrong room. We were given the correct room without any problems. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

On entering the room there was a weird odor, not a fresh one. Went to breakfast at 9:00, almost none of the gadgets worked (including the toaster!!!). They ran out of orange juice at 9:00! It’s safe to say I will not be returning to this hotel. Definitely NOT worth the money I paid. No thank you!

The bathroom door was off track and unable to be closed.The safe was locked and unable to be opened to use. Problems that should not exist. Breakfast sucked.

Excellent, updated hotel for a really good price. Breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of choices from sausage and eggs to waffles, yogurt, cereal and fruit. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. We had a really good stay.

The pull out couch was not comfortable at all. The room was very big and spacious. When food at breakfast ran out, nothing was replaced so you have to get there early for breakfast.

Reasonably priced and close to the base. Rooms were clean and good sized. Free breakfast was OK. The scrambled eggs were awful.
