It was nice that the hotel has a shuttle to Del Lago so you can enjoy yourself and not have to drive or find parking. They come and go on a regular schedule. Staff was friendly and responsive to the fact the ladies room restroom would not flush. Girl went right away and took care of. Also later the soap dispenser was empty and again she immediately took care of it. She was very impressive. Would definitely book there again.

We ended up booking and arriving same day. We were not able to check in early (arrived a little after 12) and were not given any suggestions by the staff as to where to go to kill time (check-in was at 3). The caulk in our shower needs to be replaced and it looked like someone flung and smeared boogers all over the wallpaper in the bathroom. It definitely needed to be cleaned. The continental breakfast was the same as you would get at any average standard hotel. I actually would suggest going out for breakfast, it wasn't worth the free option. It was appreciated in a pinch, but if you have options, seek options.

As a HH Gold Member I’ve stayed at many properties and was shocked by my experience at this hotel. We checked in around 9pm after a wedding and left some food on the desk area while we went to sleep. When we woke up at 7:30am, the desk was covered with ants. I had to use a towel to clear the desk. Moved the food to the bathroom trash can, about 90 mins later I returned to the bathroom and the trash can was covered with ants and they were crawling up the walls. The bathroom floor was sticky upon check-in. No way I’d walk around the room in bare feet. I did make the front desk aware, twice. I would not stay here again.

Staff was nice, breakfast was decent, but our room was dusty, the air conditioner was so loud I had a headache, the bathroom had dirt in all corners and cracks, some weird stuff on the walls and door…the pool floor wasn’t clean either. All in all, nice people, decent facility but they need to step up the cleaning game…I was pretty grossed out.

Our check in was slow , there was only one woman doing her best with a long line . We arrived in our room to find dirty beds , appeared to not have been changed . We had to return to the front desk and an even longer line . Front desk clerk was apologetic and provided a new room but again the long was long and we waited over 20 min . Overall disappointing experience for a Hilton

Have stayed in this hotel numerous times over the past few years- this particular stay- room 323 - the room was not clean- insect wings found in bed, dust around lamp, carpet dirty. Very disappointed- Will look for alternate accommodations

This is an older property and could use some updating but overall it was decent. Also better housekeeping is in order (saw a lot of dust and a little grime). Air conditioner was straining to keep the room cool even in its lowest setting. Breakfast was good.

Actual Hotel was great! The walls are paper thin! We could hear people in the hallway talking as plain as day, and woke to the neighbors having relations that we could hear plain as day. That was the only turnoff. Everything else was great!

I checked in about 9:30-10pm. Elevator button broken, room was comfortable when I arrived- nice and cool. Later discovered that it may have been that way to mask the vibration in the room from the HVAC unit on the roof. I stayed in room 401. I really like this hotel- have stayed before with no probs. I checked out at 2am because hotel was sold out and I could not sleep in that room with the vibration/noise.

Our one bed was squeaky so bad we couldn’t get sleep. I went down to complain and the front desk person couldn’t do anything because she told me she was the only one there. We ended up putting towels between the mattress and bed frame. It help but not as bad.

Great room, staff friendly, quiet, comfortable beds- A/C worked great. Was a great location for an Ironman race in Geneva- about 10 min away. I love that could pick a room from “map”. We had a disability room (hearing impaired) and it was huge. Perfect for all of our gear and allowed us to eat healthy in the room.

Stayed here for two nights on a road trip. Seems like a newer hotel and has modern amenities including a nice sitting area and multiple spots to plug in electronic devices for work, etc. Breakfast included and has a lot of options, so you’ll likely find what you’re looking for! There is a small sized fitness center but it has everything you need, including a Peloton bike, and is next to an indoor pool. Check in and check out were both smooth and pleasant experiences!

No cleaning person in are room for a three night stay. Called 3 times for clean towels and at 3am still didn’t get clean towels and wash clothes. No one was at the desk at 3am when I went down to see about this. The breakfast was cold scrambled eggs. The place however was clean and check in and out was quick and easy.

Stopped here on night of 5/18/23 on way to Canada for few hours sleep during trip. The check in woman, night auditor, was very nice, welcoming, pleasant and professional. We were only here for couple hours of sleep before heading out to Canada. Location convenient to highway and nice there were stores and Walmart close by. We didn’t use pool or gym so can’t comment on that. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The free hot breakfast was great with lots of choices. The scrambled eggs were best I have ever had at free hotel breakfast, fluffy and not runny. The price was a little more than expected for area that time of year but sure little higher because of casino close by that was fully booked.
