The location was about a 15 minute walk to the falls. There is free parking on site. Area was safe. Liked having a kitchen to prepare meals and coffee was provided. We were on the 1st floor room which was not that big but was big enough for us. Has a small fridge and TV. We did not see the owners or had any cleaning done during our 3 night stay but there was plenty of towels and supplies. Another couple came to stay on our last night so we had the place mostly to ourselves.

The hosts greated us and ensured we had a direct contact in case we had any questions. Room and bathroom were both very clean. Kitchenette with all the essentials one could need. Water bottles available and already chilled for guests. Lots of little added touches to make our stay positive. Walkable to all major attractions made this location great!

Johnson and Lisa were friendly and very thoughtful hosts. They checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The secondary kitchen had convenient amenities and a fridge stocked with water and snacks for each of the rooms. Our room and bathroom were clean and well appointed; we were wanting for nothing. There is a full kitchen downstairs that we could have made full hot meals if we wanted. We would absolutely recommend Cozy House B & B to friends and family.

I already rated this gentleman who was AWESOME!!! Beautiful clean wonderful place and now I know why they call it Cozy because it is. He had coffee, tea and so much available for me and my friend. I love this place and would go back and would recommend it. Its 10 minutes from the main strip of the falls..lundy's lane. This is a quaint Victorian home.. I'd give it a 20 plus if I could.

We chose this inn because we have a special car and didn’t want to be parked overnight in an unsecured parking spot on the strip. The parking was great. Lots of room and we could hide our car behind a hedge. The room was great. Big enough with a very large bathroom. We were in room 2. Nice little kitchenette shared by rooms 2 and 3 with snacks, fruit, coffee and a fridge we could use. It was very quiet and a short walk to the main attractions. Down the street from a lovely cafe where we had breakfast our second night. There was a fan overhead which was nice as we like to sleep in a very cold room and there was no individual AC (it was controlled centrally) but the fan kept it nice and cool to our liking. Most people would be perfect without the fan. :) We highly recommend and would stay here again next time we are in Niagara.

Our stay at cozy house b&b was perfect. The house was pretty clean and easy to check in to. The host was kind enough to leave a lot of fruits and snacks for the guests and the kitchen was well equipped too. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Was given a code to get in and we didnt see anybody for the 4 nights we stayed. Nothing done in our rooms, the bins werent even emptied. They messaged they werent doing breakfast because of covid and would leave snacks which consisted of mini bags of cheesy sticks, mini school safe cakes and some fruit until some other guests checked in on our 3rd day and then they left a box of pastries. Obviously do that if they have more than 2 guests. Did some research about B&B'S near us costing around the same price and found that they were all giving their guests breakfast as expected. Think their customer service needs working on. On the plus side its a nice place and in a good location. Walking distance to all major attractions and easy to find.

The owner is very kind and friendly. When I asked how to get to the airport, he kindly gave me several directions. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was my first time in Canada, and I had a very comfortable and relaxing time. I would definitely stay with him again if I come to Niagara again.

The suite was very clean and comfortable, and it was an easy walk to Skylon Tower. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. We didn’t see any options other than instant oatmeal. Nonetheless, we would stay here again.

Cozy House B&B is a true gem. We stayed here for one night only but the room was great and the reception by Johnson was excellent. He could not do enough for us. The room and spacious bathroom were spotlessly clean. Our only complaint about the room was that there was not a table of any kind in our room to set up a laptop or tablet to surf the web, although there was good access to the common areas to do so. The location is an easy walk to the Falls and other venues, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. We opted for the breakfast that is not included in the price for the room but it was excellent and worth every penny. We would absolutely stay here again if visiting the Falls.

If you reserve a room with a queen bed, be sure you confirm that before going. We ended up with a double bed in which I suffered my husbands sharp elbows jabbing me all night. Also, it's a bed & breakfast that doesn't include breakfast. There's an extra fee for that.

amazing experience. It's a cozy and quiet townhouse. When we stepped in the place, were captivated by the colorful decoration, well equipped furniture, cleanliness and the delicious snacks. we hope we will have a chance to stay there next time.

Everything about this place was fantastic! If I ever need a place to stay at in Niagara Falls whenever I visit, Cozy House B&B is the place for me! I highly recommend it to everyone! Also, the gentleman who runs this place (Jonathan) is a gracious host and a very nice man! Please keep up the excellent work!

Johnson and Lisa were friendly and very thoughtful hosts. They checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The secondary kitchen had convenient amenities and a fridge stocked with water and snacks for each of the rooms. Our room and bathroom were clean and well appointed; we were wanting for nothing. There is a full kitchen downstairs that we could have made full hot meals if we wanted. We would absolutely recommend Cozy House B & B to friends and family.

Very clean and comfortable. Less than a ten minute walk to fallsview casino. No one was there for check in or check out, but very communicative and easy process. Would definitely return and recommend.

The location was about a 15 minute walk to the falls. There is free parking on site. Area was safe. Liked having a kitchen to prepare meals and coffee was provided. We were on the 1st floor room which was not that big but was big enough for us. Has a small fridge and TV. We did not see the owners or had any cleaning done during our 3 night stay but there was plenty of towels and supplies. Another couple came to stay on our last night so we had the place mostly to ourselves.

The suite was very clean and comfortable, and it was an easy walk to Skylon Tower. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. We didn’t see any options other than instant oatmeal. Nonetheless, we would stay here again.

I already rated this gentleman who was AWESOME!!! Beautiful clean wonderful place and now I know why they call it Cozy because it is. He had coffee, tea and so much available for me and my friend. I love this place and would go back and would recommend it. Its 10 minutes from the main strip of the falls..lundy's lane. This is a quaint Victorian home.. I'd give it a 20 plus if I could.

If you reserve a room with a queen bed, be sure you confirm that before going. We ended up with a double bed in which I suffered my husbands sharp elbows jabbing me all night. Also, it's a bed & breakfast that doesn't include breakfast. There's an extra fee for that.

Was given a code to get in and we didnt see anybody for the 4 nights we stayed. Nothing done in our rooms, the bins werent even emptied. They messaged they werent doing breakfast because of covid and would leave snacks which consisted of mini bags of cheesy sticks, mini school safe cakes and some fruit until some other guests checked in on our 3rd day and then they left a box of pastries. Obviously do that if they have more than 2 guests. Did some research about B&B'S near us costing around the same price and found that they were all giving their guests breakfast as expected. Think their customer service needs working on. On the plus side its a nice place and in a good location. Walking distance to all major attractions and easy to find.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 2 nuits. Tout simplement parfait. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins, la chambre est grande et confortable. Et que dire du petit déjeuner, tout simplement extraordinaire. Et pour couronner le tout, la maison se situe à une quinzaine de minutes à pied des chutes du Niagara, tout en restant très calme. J'y retournerais les yeux fermés.

Cozy House B&B is a true gem. We stayed here for one night only but the room was great and the reception by Johnson was excellent. He could not do enough for us. The room and spacious bathroom were spotlessly clean. Our only complaint about the room was that there was not a table of any kind in our room to set up a laptop or tablet to surf the web, although there was good access to the common areas to do so. The location is an easy walk to the Falls and other venues, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. We opted for the breakfast that is not included in the price for the room but it was excellent and worth every penny. We would absolutely stay here again if visiting the Falls.

Only thing … it’s classified as a Bed and Breakfast, but after paying for the room, we were asked to pay 12.99 each for breakfast??? Should that not have already included in. bed and Breakfast rate? Nice people and nice place would stay again.

We had a great stay and had everything we needed. The entire house was clean and well furnished.The bed was comfortable. There was main shared kitchen that had drinks and snacks. There was also a washer and dryer. We had had a room upstairs and there was a mini kitchen there also with everything we needed. The host was very friendly and available at any time. Entire property was maintained and well kept and close to Skylon Tower and Clifton park. We woukd stay here again!
