Loud music..loud people around..but overall good place to stay..clean n no one bothers you n the staff are great friendly n helpful..theres a bar adjacent hense loud music n yelling..security is great..car is kept an eye on too.

The property is older and could use a refresh. Nice but a little shabby. The lady who checked us in was real nice. It seemed to me that breakfast was included in the original agreement, but I can find no reference to that so must be my mistake.

Checked in at the front desk, got my key and headed to my room. The entire place stank strongly of smoke. When I got in the room, the bedsheets were full of holes and stains and the walls were also very dirty in several locations. The TV was also loudly playing a French channel and the remote wouldn’t work to change the channel, reduce the volume, or turn the TV off. It also had no physical buttons to change anything so the only available option was to unplug it. This is one of the most rundown and unsafe looking hotels that I’ve ever seen. The parking lot was very small and sloped, and there was a truck parked with flat tires that appeared filled with garbage. The hotel reception specifically suggested that I park where my vehicle could be seen from the front desk or it was highly likely that someone would attempt to break into it. I immediately asked to refund my stay and to check out. The receptionist asked to see my room and apologized blaming the state of the room on “the new cleaner”, she did refund me though after the walk through without argument.

It is one step away from being condemned and torn down.

This property is in dire need of renovations/upgrades. It is getting pretty dilapidated, especially the rooms.

You get what you pay for. Very inexpensive rates but missing amenities. Room had 2 bath towels but no hand towels or face cloths. Furniture was broken or damaged, bed spread had holes. Pet friendly, but not necessarily comfortable.

I like the fact that the office was open 24 hours.

It was a very simple stay with no amenities.

Every sheet and blanket in my room had blood in it there was vomit on the stairs for the whole time I was there. no cleaning standards at all

Room was very dirty. Many people hanging around in the parking lot and in the building. Doors slamming and loud arguments past 2am. I did not feel safe.

They have cockroaches and the bedding was stained.

The bathroom was not clean. The night staff were very understanding and gave me a new room. In the new room the sheets were not clean and the toilet paper holder was missing. Unfortunately this is the second time I have stayed here and the experience was the same.

The room was dirty. Floor felt unswept, there was gum stuck to a picture, and there was black mold on the walls of the bathroom. The bed we nice. The staff was friendly. Just a dirty place.

It was filthy, the smoke smell was strong ( the bottom level is smoking) but carries through , left hotel as conditions were terrible , front desk was apologetic and refunded without hesitation

The rooms were not clean. Stained sheets and blood still on one bed sheet. Asked for clean sheets and said they only had one fitted sheet…both beds where dirty. Floor was not mopped you could see where stuff was spilled and not cleaned

Walls in the room had chunks missing. Holes in doors. Pillows were not clean. No face cloths. Tub ledge was dirty and had long black hair. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. And the last straw was a cockroach.

Rooms on 2nd floor are nice and quiet and basic. I stay here for good price and accessible when i travel alone

No heat in the room and of course I won’t call the FD staff at 2 am in the morning as I am not comfortable for a room change or someone coming in to the room.

The central location of this motel is a definite plus because I don't drive. The competitive prices were also appreciated. I will be back very soon!

Walls are paper thin. At 4 am guest in the next room began arguing loudly. Night clerk did nothing to get them to stop shouting. I could not sleep after that.

Clean comfortable bed.

Fine for the price. But could here other guests coming & going in the rooms. And chatting in the car park outside. A bit run down.

The staff were friendly and helpful and on 2 occassions treated me better than i expected.

The female receptionist that attended to myself and my son was awesome. She made sure we were good and even went beyond to assist in every way she could

Staff was very rude. The property was unkempt and dirty, writing on the walls in the room, towels dirty. With the cheap rate wasn't expecting much, but what was delivered was far below acceptable.

I booked 3 rooms with Expedia got to the motel after a long day of work the staff says he can see my reservation but he doesn’t have any rooms so I told him to figure something out where the mistake happened and he just told me to leave find some other place to stay.

Crackheads sitting passed out on the property During my stay there was constant yelling coming from the parking lot . The inside of the building reeked of cigarettes and the rooms weren't horrible but the towels had stains on them . We were so uncomfortable with the situation we ended up staying elsewhere

The windows are not secure. Ppl break in and sleep in the rooms.

It was near downtown

I came for a cost-effective night's stay, and I am pleased with what I got. The property is kept nice and clean and has a neutral odour. I slept well in a comfortable bed, and the shower has good water pressure. The bathroom fixtures, windows, and some furniture pieces had chips in them, but I did not expect to live in luxury. I was able to walk downtown in under 20 minutes, and felt safe doing so.

We were parking upon arrival and a room door opened, smoke billowed out, a drug deal took place, the buyers left, and one person pounded on door to be let in. The entire place reeked of smoke (regardless of our no smoking room). Entire place was shabby. We slept and got out. We prayed no crawling viditors joined us.

My towels were dirty and so was my bed spread. The vending machine is waaay over priced, ($3.50 for a nutrigrain bar) It has laminate flooring, and it wasn't clean. Public areas were reasonably clean. If you are on a budget and not concerned about such things, its only moderately over priced.

We had the worst stay ever in canada.It was too noisy outside and people were punching the hotel entrance door.We slept around 2 am in the morning. The morning breakfast was also terrible.
