Room was basic, but clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Good position for us as it was a 30 mins tube trip from Paddington. Recommended to anyone that needs a cheap and cheerful hotel for a short stay.

Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee.

The hotel smells sadly as soon as you walk in. The rooms resemble a refuge camp and not like the photos. The staff are nice but would never return
