A nicely situated hotel on the seafront. The rooms are very tired but clean. It has a lot of stairs although there is a small lift. I was hoping to have breakfast included but when I arrived it wasn’t included and they could not fit in one person in the dining room for breakfast. I was told there is a Wetherspoons along the seafront if I wanted breakfast. Disappointing! Particularly as I have stayed here before band I know the breakfast is good( one of the reasons I returned!)

I was told there is a Wetherspoons along the seafront if I wanted breakfast. Disappointing! Nice friendly helpful staff . Only issue we had is the windows , very easy to climb onto for kids and the windows opened just by using the handle so no button to press in first . ((Obviously that’s not an issue everyone will have but if you have children with disabilities you may find this worrying)). Other than that it was clean , everything was as should be and we had everything we need. Very ideal place as it’s right outside the pier

We thought it was a fairly small room and was very basic and in need of an update. The room was stuffy (and we couldn’t open the window - because of the alarm) so had to borrow a fan from reception. On moving the bedside cabinet to put fan on, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned properly for a fair while. The bed was clean - but the mattress was not very good quality and uncomfortable. We also would have expected there to be a fridge in the room. All in all, for the price we paid - we were not really impressed.

The room (as is much of the hotel) is old and tired. Mattresses were cleary very old, very soft and should have been changed a long time ago. We learned from a member of staff that the hotel is due for refurbishment. Our room shuld never have been let out to guests in its current condition. As the hotel is mainly Coach parties it may be that those guest rooms are kept in better condition. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

Hotel was in a great location but we had the worst night sleep. Room was way too hot. Windows would only open a small amount so couldnt air it. The bed was ao uncomfortable, my back is killing me. Sorings in the mattrass sticking out and the pillows were as flat as pancakes

Very dated. Cracks in walls. Shower tray overflows because of blocked plug hole. Staff were not very welcoming. Came back after 11pm and had to wait 25minutes for night porter to let me in and this seemed like a chore for him! Book somewhere else.

The lady on reception was rather rude and hostile when we asked for an iron she said she has a coach load of 25 couples sharing rooms and gave out all 25 irons she finally gave in and got us one begrudgingly with attitude!

The Sandringham is an old school hotel in many ways. I've stayed here twice and it's certainly quirky. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are antiquated but have a certain charm. The amenities in the room are a bit lacking (only two small bars of soap, no shampoo, body wash, etc.) Incredibly central to most of what you'd do in Weston and very convenient.
