Travelodge Weston-super-Mare

Room basic, pretty quick check-in, top floor, surprised when we found out that breakfast was included for us and theb2 grandkids. Car charger in car park. Not bad for price on carnival night.

Lovely room clean but the staff need a bit of training we were told on our arrival that breakfast was included so went down for breakfast another member of staff said we had to pay then went to another member who took our money this member of staff was the one who told us on arrival that we had breakfast included so I said you were the one who told us it was included to that he went and checked again and had to refund us food was a mess ques of people waiting for bacon sausages egg as none were ready also staff shouting to each other in dinning area because they couldn't find any chairs we would stay at the hotel again but will never be paying for breakfast again

Just what was needed. Standard Travelodge. Friendly and helpful at reception

It was a weekend away for a shortbreak
