Habitación muy antigua de los años ochenta,estéticamente decepcionante,muebles viejos,cubre almohadas y tendidos ni hablar,el techo con huecos sospechosos,lo demás se lo pueden imaginar,deberían anunciar que no tiene ascensor por si alguien no puede subir por las escaleras,fotos y publicidad engañosa!,personal solo vi uno de vez en cuando en la entrada y pasa de uno,aire acondicionado super antiguo y defectuoso,lo único bueno es la zona que está serca del centro de la ciudad y demás sitios de interés!

I loved location. Good value for money. Just 800 meters from Sevilla Cathedral and historical centre. Close by little grocery shop - Carrefour. Loads of stairs if you stay on 3rd floor - no lift. The room was really tiny and bathroom as well. It was ok for weekend. Refrigerator downstairs near reception.

The room I stayed in did have a window, but it faced the building’s ventilation shaft, so the glass was frosted and there was hardly any natural light, which made the room feel a bit dull. In addition, the room had a damp smell that was somewhat unpleasant. In the shared kitchen area, there was one refrigerator and one microwave, which was useful, but having a kettle available would have made it much better.

No hay ascensor. No tocó en la tercera planta, con entreplantas, y me acompañaba una persona mayor. Le escribí con bastante antelación diciendo que necesitaba una habitación con dos camas y me encontré una cama de matrimonio. El baño no tenía ventana ni se podía cerrar la puerta. Mala experiencia!

El Hostal está muy viejo y resulta incómodo. Lo único bueno, la cama y el aire acondicionado. NO TIENE ASCENSOR y nos querían meter en la planta 3.Al personal solo se le ve por la mañana. En definitiva, si lo llamaran PENSIÓN, sería mejor. No creo que debiera estar dentro de una app de Hoteles.

Apesar de ser muito perto do Bairro Santa Cruz, muito fácil acesso a restaurantes e centro comercial. Se apresentou muito sujo as escadas que dão acesso ao quarto, as fotos no site não condiz com o quarto que ficamos. O banheiro não esta limpo o suficiente. Ate vimos uma lacraia no box do banheiro. Deu um certo nojo ficar la.

Apesar de ser muito perto do Bairro Santa Cruz, muito fácil acesso a restaurantes e centro comercial. La chambre est humide, il y a de la moisissure partout. Ma fille est asmathique et depuis, elle est en crise. Literie déplorable, je sentais les ressorts. Je n'avais pas d autre choix que de rester, mais croyez-moi, si j'avais pu partir, je l'aurai fait. Très mal insonorisé, vraiment, je ne recommande pas.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain looked dirty. We had to buy sandals to use the shower. We didn’t feel in a sanitary room. One of the towels was dirty. We asked for a new one and never got it. Not recommend this place for families with kids. If you want something cheap and close from the center (and don’t mind if it’s dirty), this is an option.

room was very small, not for 2 big men like ourselves. the bathroom was even so small we struggled everyday to have a decent shower as it was very difficult to get into the bathroom. we had issues onthe 1st night as the room was very cold and the heating system didn't work. however, Juan was very helpful and changed our room which was much better. Staff very polite and helpful always provided anything we needed and got back to us as soon as they could.

La ducha no tenía presión en el agua, el agua caliente no se mantenía, pasaba de helada a hirviendo y al revés, dependía también de otros huéspedes si la usaban o no. El espacio super reducido y la cama sobre una tabla de madera sin somier. Precio excesivo para lo que es, solo pagas localizacion.

You cannot turn around in the bathroom so after shower so unless you two can face each other naked, dont book the room. The sink was blocked during the whole time of our stay and we have to use the shower for everything.

Location is good, outside of property could do with a good clean and when we first arrived I nearly turned around and left. Hostel itself has seen better days and is quite run down, however we only wanted a place to stay as we were out all day. So, room... tiny, ground floor with little light and didn't open curtains for fear of the pole falling down, next to the front door so heard all the comings and goings. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was clean with two mattress protectors, it had ac/heating and enough sockets for our phones etc. Plenty of hot water and clean towels so it was adequate for our needs, maybe an upstairs room with small balcony would be nicer? We booked very late and there were not many options available for the price and location, Would not book again but it served its purpose.

Good location, close to the old town, cathedral, Prado San Sebastian, breakfast cafés and restaurants. Good wi-fi and comfortable bed. A big minus is the lack of soundproofing. Every conversation and noise can be heard throughout the building. Someone was coughing at night and it felt like this person was in my room.

La habitación es pequeña tiene lo que se necesita, la cama comoda y limpia ,el baño limpio la taza y el lavamanos , aunque la regadera las paredes llenas de hongos y la cortina de baño igual. El piso de la regadera si muy limpio. No hay elevador y me tocó hasta el tercer piso con una maleta grande y otra pequeña el acceso no fue tan fácil. Igual al ingreso el check inn se hace en línea pero al llegar nadie abre hasta que se llama por teléfono la persona encargada da instrucciones de como ingresar.

La habitación es pequeña tiene lo que se necesita, la cama comoda y limpia ,el baño limpio la taza y el lavamanos , aunque la regadera las paredes llenas de hongos y la cortina de baño igual. Reservé desde la aplicación para pagar la habitación en el alojamiento. Cuando llego al hotel son las 4 de la tarde en Sevilla con 40 grados y me dicen que allí no hay ninguna habitación para mi. Le digo que yo necesito que venga alguien y que vea mi recibo y dice que allí no va a ir nadie que me busque otro sitio donde dormir .. un trato inhumano

The property is centrally located in Seville the room we had was small but for a few nights it worked out. If your looking for luxury this is not the place. You have to check in online which was difficult due to the want pictures of your passport and every picture we tried to provide was to large over 5mb. But the staff is friendly i just wish they were on property at least at 3pm for check in assistance.

El hotel no se parece al de las fotos. La puerta del baño de la habitación, no cierra bien. La ducha funciona muy bien, el agua caliente también. La habitacion es muy chica. Huele mal, la gente fuma y el olor entra a las habitaciones. La ubicación es muy buena. La atención, también es buena. Nosotros llegamos a las 2 am por un retraso de vuelo y nos comunicamos a un teléfono, donde nos indicaron como ingresar.

Horrible. The lady at the reception was extremely rude ‘ hostile. I had left my luggage at the hotel because she said I could but when I came she started saying how she cannot let me in because she is not there. I asked for someone else to help & he was very aggressive & wouldn’t let me in. The lady then yelled at me again for not going in even though she could see from her security camera that I wasn’t let in. She then proceeded to tell me a way to get my lugggage but she could’ve just told me that from the beginning to avoid the hassle. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Il n’y avait personne pour nous aider; à chaque fois qu’on cherchait qq’un à la réception il y avait personne. On n’a pas nettoyé notre chambre jusqu’à ce qu’on a retrouvé qq’un du ménage et qu’on lui a demandé de le faire. La première journée il n’y avait pas d’électricité dans la chambre et on nous a changé dans une qui était au dernier étage, j’ai essayé qu’on nous change dans une qui était au premier étage puisque je souffre des problèmes aux genoux mais impossible de trouver quelqu’un avec qui communiquer.

Close to the city centre with all the restaurants, cafe and shops. Even tho this place is just one a side street from a main road it’s very quiet. The only down part is that we had our rooms on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so it was a struggle to get up with all our bags.

I loved location. Good value for money. Just 800 meters from Sevilla Cathedral and historical centre. Close by little grocery shop - Carrefour. Loads of stairs if you stay on 3rd floor - no lift. The room was really tiny and bathroom as well. It was ok for weekend. Refrigerator downstairs near reception.

The hotel was pretty good in general but very warm and hot inside the rooms . They should spray stuff for bugs because there was a lot of flys in the room but besides that comfortable and is close to everything.😊

The only really good thing is that the air conditioning worked, so that was nice. However, the room was pretty dirty. I understand it's a one-star hostel, but that's no excuse for the bedsheets to be dirty and the towels to have last week's stains still on them. That's unacceptable.

I booked room with 3 beds but I got 2 bed room. When we open the window of the room, we smelled other room bathroom smell, which was horrible and only one set of keys was given and when we asked for second set of keys the guy asked us why we felt the it was rude and he said no second set of keys will be provided which was weird. Rooms condition was horrible and didn’t like the stay and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
