Great location for access to the beach and seafront restaurants. Road is behind the building so getting a taxi anywhere is a little awkward but there is a corner marked for pick up that is very close. Friendly 24 hour staff.

Prisvärt hotell för oss som bara skulle sova över en natt innan morgonflighten. Låg väldigt centralt och de hotell runt om var betydligt dyrare. Fin takterrass som man kunde använda. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och restaurang gatorna

Dois factores negativos, não se pode telefonar dos quartos do hotel para fora e para se utilizar o cofre do quarto tive de pagar 15 euros, um verdadeiro oportunismo. Contudo tem bons funcionários, a localização para a Praia é óptima, mas para transportes tudo fica longe.

Placed in the center of Carihuela, with the beach just a few meters away, the location of the hotel is very good. We had room with a bolcony and sea view, and we started each day with beatiful sunrise and a cup of coffee. There was no coffee machine or water boiler in the room, but we bought one to use in the room. They have coffe machine at the front desc however, so no big problem. The room was very quite and the bed was exellent. The hotel also have a big roof terrasse, a good place for pictures. One of the staff was very helpful and friendly, but the rest showed little or none interest in us as guests at the hotel in my opinion.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel was basic (no pool or restaurant ) but in a perfect location. The room was immaculate and all amenities you need are just a moment away. Beautiful views of the beach and sea. The staff we met were always friendly and helpful

My poor review is because our room was drenched due to the bathroom upstairs flooding. All our clothes were drenched which we had to hang all over the room and balcony. The leak was fixed quickly after we told them as water was everywhere, but at no stage did the management come afterwards to find out if we were ok,if any of our clothes needed cleaning,to ask if we wanted to move, etc. The receptionists were totally disinterested. The hotel is very very basic and outdated. No kettle and zero english tv channel. It is central and the balcony (extra cost) does directly overlook the beach,so those are the good points.

The hotel was very good. The check-in at reception was easy and all the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel let us check-in early which was good. We had a sea view room which perfect for our short stay. Overall a lovely hotel.

Hotel de hotel de tres estrellas pero como mucho de dos estrellas. Muy antiguo. Algunos desperfectos visibles. Cuarto de baño antiguo. Personal de recepción bastante bueno que incluso nos cambiaron de habitación puesto que la que nos habían facilitado era muy pequeña y nos dieron otra algo mayor. De los dos empleados de limpieza que atendían la planta una comentó a la hora de nosotros entrar a mediodía que cada día llegábamos más temprano como si le molestara. Se le comentó a la recepcionista, la que habló con esta señora. Era tu empleado perfecto.

De airco is irritant kan niet op stand 1 en stand 2 blaast heel hard in je gezicht. Moest wel 4 keer per nacht m’n bed uit om harder of zachter te zetten omdat de bediening aan de muur hangt. …toiletpapier zijn kleine dunne velletjes, vond ik niks….het uitzicht is wel prachtig! (Mits je zeezicht hebt😍)
