The George Hotel

Staff lovely. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. The room was ok but the shower room was full of black mould. In the room damp by the window. Really cold despite having a plug in heater. Expedia sold this as a stay with breakfast included, which it was not All in all disappointed. We have received a partial refund

Very nive rooms with great views, staff were extremely good and catered for our every need

Room was good and the staff in the pub were excellent. The only issue wa that breakfast is not included during the winter. Nonsense promotion from Expedia.

Clean, tastefully decorated room with old photos of local scenes. Tea & coffee-making facilities in room, excellent bar meal - everything you need really. In quiet rural village but within easy reach of motorway.
