It’s a nice place no frills. I had called months ago about our room. Was told we would not have to move the second night. But, we did and no double beds. So I slept on couch pull out. It was ok but not as good as the bed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The back entrance door card reader was broke so we had to walk to the middle to get in with our card .

No elevator to 2nd floor and was not informed of a much shorter way to get to room. (Back parking area).

Rooms are clean but show wear. Staff is friendly. Ammenites are a small workout room and free breakfast which Ive never had so I cant speak to the value of it. Parking is in rear and not very well lit. This place is frequented by a lot of work crews as there are a lot of work trucks around. The price is good for the area. Its a lackluster hotel, just the basics.

Our needed simple maintenance. Arm on office chair needed tightening. Shower curtain rod needed repair. Shelf needed to be screwed into wall. Two story with no elevator.

The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the room was pretty gross. I think the photos were taken at another chain location of Wyndham and used instead. The washer and dryers are in the hallway that you’d walk down to get to your rooms, not a room, just openly exposed. The tub was really gross. Old and just dirty looking. The same thing could be said for the bedding, which is uncomforting when you’re traveling. There was texture paint over a handful of outlets. The floor was bubbling up underneath the laminate. The walls were very over textured and uneven. The room smelt weird and it was really dark. We usually stay at one of the Hilton partners if not the Hilton but booked this as it was close to a venue. All in all, I don’t think we’ll be staying at this hotel or chains of it in the future.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Parking was ample. Room was great, had a dbl Q, A/C was good and ran quietly. TV was a nice size with a good channel line up. Bathroom was good, toilet was a good height, not too low. Vanity was well lit. Bathroom would be tight if two people trying to get ready at same time. There was an awesome Gameroom with 3 pool tables, good assortment of cues, a driving simulator type game as well as a basketball shooting game. There was also a sitting area with tables for board games. Although there was a breakfast room, the attached Jacks's Cabin restaurant was great. Good food at a fair price. Make sure to try their salsa on your eggs! We actually had stayed at the same location 3yrs ago while the restoration was in progress and had to change rooms due to a bad a/c unit but that was an older room. There were plenty of security cameras in use and the property was well lit. Would have no problem staying here again. It was such a good value for the money, wasn't expecting anything near as nice for what we paid!

It is a good night's stay for the price. The bed was comfy. The breakfast met our needs. We really appreciate a place that welcomes our dog too! The shower was pretty pitiful and please fix your ice maker! It has been broken for over a month now.

The breakfast was minimal, but was ok. The doors to the room were so thin the you could hear the conversations in the rooms as you passed by them. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good.

The floors in the room were dirty. I would walk around barefoot for a short time and me feet would be covered in dirt. Took 3 time to get my key card to work. Breakfast options were pretty good.

I liked that it was affordable for few days but I did find 2 roaches in bed with photos to show proof. I ain’t complaining but probably won’t stay again unless I was desperate

Cockroach in room. Bedbugs in friends room. They moved us into different rooms and the sheets on the beds were not clean. There were flakes of brown stuff on the top of the sheets and hair on the sheets. Would never stay there again.

I booked this hotel to be closed to my mother to help with my grand father’s funeral. I thought it was gonna be nice until my husband found a bedbug on the pillow. A freaking bed bug! The worst part is the room we got was a double queen and my boys slept in the other bed. I had my husband put it in a baggy ALIVE. I was furious!!!! Who wouldn’t be? That is a disgusting bug and I am sure there’s more and I’m sure it’s an expensive problem to get rid of and a hard one if that. Take care of your hotel! I don’t plan on bringing bugs home with me and to my home! I brought the alive bug to the counter told her about it and handed it to her. I heard no apologies and nobody cared enough to speak to me and no manager! My husband asked they are just okay with it? Obviously! Anyone with sense would have been embarrassed! I’m not usually an angry person but I came here to plan a funeral not to possibly bring bed bugs home! The fact nobody cared bothers me more. I definitely do not recommend this hotel! Unprofessional and disgusting! Take care of your family and go elsewhere!

The place is older but it was very clean. We did not eat breakfast there so I cannot comment on that. Employees were all very friendly and helpful

I can see that this property has recently come under new management and there is significant work going on to rejuvenate the property. This was the second stay in 2 weeks. Both times we had a cockroach in the room. On the second stay, they immediately moved us to a little nicer (more recently modernized) room. We never saw any cockroaches in that room and the bathrooms were clean. (The first week stay we had a room with a mold problem in the bathroom). The staff were always nice and tried hard to accomodate. But it is clear they are still working out the kinks.

They had this facility rennovated and put in laminated flooring in the rooms. It was not clean and as I walked around the room that evening, the bottom of my feet were very dirty. When I received my check out bill, it was a different price but my card was charged different.

This hotel is nasty and not safe!! This building is odd and does not look like a hotel. I immediatly felt uneasy as soon as we walked in. When we walked into the room they rented to us we heard loud talking and yelling from the other rooms nearby, sounded like people fighting. The room was extremely dirty and falling apart. The bed had what appeared to be semen on the throw pillow. There was years of dust and mold in the vent of the heating unit, food on the tv stand, gunk on the walls, the bathroom had blood on the wall, and the tub was moldy and falling apart. The tub itself had all the finish peeled and broken, not even safe to use. I have to believe that the other reviews on here saying this hotel was nice and clean are fake reviews! This hotel is awful! I contacted the hotel manager, explained that it was not satisfactory. They said I had to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia contacted the hotel and now has said I will not be given a refund despite the issues. For the record, we did not stay here. I have video evidence of the condition of the room as well. We immediately left. and ended up booking at the local Holiday Inn instead. You get what you pay for...this is the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I have ever experienced. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Read the other recent reviews stating people are living here and some were recently released from prison. Definitely aligns with our experience. Baymont Corporate should reconsider calling this a Baymont Hotel.

The smell in the room was awful and musty/moldy smelling.

Check in was fine,room was basic and fairly clean,main issue was no shower curtain in the bathroom,had to throw a towel down each shower and floor still became wet and the flooring would come up and down with each step

TV only had the Food network channel working. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Nice stay. The deluxe king room has a whirlpool jet tub, which was great!

Have stayed here several times and have been very satisfied. This time housekeeping let us down. We stayed two nights, left a $10 tip for housekeeping after the first night. They took the money, emptied the trash and left. No replacement towels, beds were not made, no refill on the coffee service in the room, counters were not cleaned, just took the tip and left.

Went to take a shower and the water was cold. Went to the desk and told them. They had it fixed in 5 minutes. Excellent service

We waited 20 minutes to check in. Made numerous calls to front desk to see if they would come from the phone ringing. The bar attached to the motel manager came over to find the desk clerk. Come to find out he was sleeping in the office. Horrible experience.

The ceiling in my room leaked; I had to put a towel down to collect the water so I wouldn't slip and fall as it was right by my bed. The first night, I had a deadbolt on my door I could lock. The second night, the deadbolt had been removed and their was sawdust on the door and floor where it had clearly been drilled and removed. The night manager couldn't explain why it had been removed, and the front desk the next day tried to say it was because of the change in property management taking place. They kept reassuring me the area is safe, and no one had been in my room. They dismissed me saying I felt unsafe staying there as a single female, that I was more concerned about other guests, and that they should not have been removing deadbolts from doors when guests were actively staying there, unless they had given prior notice, which they did not.

The staff was amazing! We had to do a last-minute room change due to someone in the party breaking their foot. The staff went above and beyond to get us into an accessible room on the first floor since he was on crutches. The lady working at the desk when we checked in, gave us a great recommendation for dinner and checked on us to make sure we were comfortable during our 2night stay

Heater/air conditioner was very loud making it hard to sleep, GFI in bathroom looked like it needed replaced, floor and ceiling in bathroom looked like it had water damage and needed repair, staff knocked on door at 8am to see if we checked out (and we have a dog that then proceeded to bark).

Breakfast is basic, 2 cold cereals, a couple muffins, oatmeal, some fruit and yogurt, granola bars, they did have a waffle maker and some pre made sausage sandwhiches this time.

I was treated like a criminal and i desperately needed to sleep after traveling from Kansas and going through hell. She took my card and rn it like it was stolen, questioned me, dismissed me. Asked me to sign a statement they would charge me for smoking (dont smoke; allergic to the smoke) at 1 am and reeks and is permiated with stale and current smoke and the "pool hall" located next to check in is very loud with music and bar traffic. Im allergic and the smell is pugnant! Very disappointed, irritated and now hard to breath.

Although the bed was comfortable, the staff never offered to change our sheets in the 5 days we stayed there or clean our room. Towels were replenished daily. Window had some sort of white film on one side. Continental breakfast was awful. We had a problem with our key opening the outside doors on our last night there. I saw 2 dead spiders in our room. The thing I would like to complain most about was the price of the room for 5 nights was $810.00 and on the sign at the front desk it only charges $550 for a whole week. Was I charged $300 more because it was a race weekend? I call that price gauging! I would like a refund of some of my money. Probably will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone else.

They turned the water off for several hours. And then they were doing construction all day. I work nights, and it was noisy. It’s in a remote area of town. But food is only 5 mins away.

Was close to Eldora Speedway

When we pulled into the parking lot, it looked like an old strip mall. We thought we were in the wrong place, but there was a Baymont sign. When we went in, the hotel looked great. It was very clean and updated. The outside and the inside don't match, but the staff was great and our stay was very pleasant.

This place was located in a place you would never expect and off the business area.

We just needed a place to sleep for a while offer the race at Eldora. This place was a good fit for all we needed. It’s nothing fancy, but staff was nice and helpful. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. We arrived a little too early to check in, but they have a nice game room with pool tables, dart boards and some other things, so we had fun doing that for a little while. Hotel is only like 25 minutes from the track which was great! We will definitely consider staying here again next time if we decide not to camp again.

Next to Cracker Barrel

The staff were super friendly and nice. Hotel and room were very clean and well appointed. The only negative was the breakfast. Sausage biscuits that clearly stated to keep frozen till cooked were in a pan on the counter. I attempted to fix a waffle and poured the batter into the waffle iron before realizing the iron wasn't even on. Milk was warm. Overall, the hotel & staff were excellent, but they need to work on the breakfast.

The staff and our room were superb. We were a little disappointed the available items for breakfast did not include much in the way of protein: mostly carbohydrates.

Only complaint is there was nothing in the breakfast room and we weren’t late getting there. Nothing hot to eat except waffles. Ended up at a restaurant.

In general we did not find this property up to the quality of other Baymont Inns in which we have stayed. The property is being revitalized and there is evidence that some progress has been made, but more is needed to make this property more acceptable. It was a good location for our family to gather for a family reunion. There is mold around the bathtub in our room. The quality of the breakfast was particularly disappointing. No prepared hot food other than pancakes.

We loved our room. Very clean. Bed was made with nice white sheets and comforter. Room smelled very nice. And the restaurant next door in the hotel was as excellent Jack’ Cabin. We will be back and will recommend to friends.
