Residence abbastanza moderno e ben mantenuto, comodo parcheggio interno (fuori in strada la situazione non sembra troppo sicura anche se nn è successo niente durante la nostra permanenza) con possibilità di colazione. Peccato per l'assenza dell'aria condizionata.

Zunächst war ich etwas verunsichert, da ich kurz vor meiner Abreise das Hotel gebucht hatte. In Colmar hatte ich keinen Internetempfang und in Lyon, einen Tag vor meiner Anreise, fand ich die Meldung, dass ich eine Kaution von 50 Euro zahlen müsse, sollte per e-mail meine Kontonummer angeben, was ich aber nicht tat. Habe am nächsten Morgen beim Hotel angerufen und mit dem sehr netten Concierge das Problem lösen können. Freundlicher Empfang, gesicherter Parkplatz, Zimmer in Ordnung, nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an den Stadttoren, von dort führt ein sehr romantischer Weg, vorbei an alten Mühlrädern etc., ins Zentrum der Stadt. Bei den Mühlen gibt es auch einige gute Lokale.

Logement et parties communes très propres. Personnel à l'accueil disponible et à l'écoute. Equipement minimaliste mais sufisant pour un cours séjour. Le balcon était le bienvenu. Résidence un peu excentrée mais bien desservie par le bus. Dommage que le quartier, pourtant récent, soit laissé à l'abandon par la ville.

Le logement était propre et spacieux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par un monsieur tres agréable, les couloirs sont très calmes pas de bruits Il manque cependant la climatisation dans les chambres.

Tout était très bien sauf la température dans l'appartement. Si nous voulions faire entrer un peu d'air frais dans la nuit, l'appartement était très éclairé. En fermant le rideau, l'air ne rentrait pas. Nous avons été très bien reçu. De façon générale, nous sommes très satisfaits.

Logement sans climatisation et sans volet. Par plus de 35 degrés la journée, très dur de dormir la nuit, c'est une vraie étuve. Pour le reste, c'est juste aux normes. Pas cher, heureusement.

Chambre confortable mais hôtel et environnement très bruyant. Aucune insonorisation, on entend les occupants du dessus comme s'ils nous marchaient dessus. Le frigo est dans la même pièce que le lit et fait un bruit de bétonnière pendant la nuit. La VMC est également très bruyante avec un son sifflant très désagréable.

I only have one complaint about my stay, however it's major! The temperature during my stay was almost 40 degrees outside and there was no A/C in the accommodation, only a tower fan. On arrival, the sun was streaming through the window, the room felt hotter than the outside temperature. Staff had not even closed the window drapes to try and prevent this. Even during my stay, with the drapes closed, I was having frequent cold showers to cool myself but 5 minutes later would be pouring in sweat. It was torturous and made me feel ill. I wouldn't have a problem staying here in other seasons but would strongly urge anyone to give this place a swerve in summer.

I liked that this property had laundry facilities--so important on a 3 week trip. Staff (Matthew) was so very wonderful--a pleasure to work with. Rooms clean, working elevators, nice restaurant a block away (Mia Napoli I think). Staff said a grocery store nearby, but I didn't need it. Downside is major--no air conditioning! Avignon is crazy hot, even in May. Over 90 degrees. You are forced to leave the balcony door open, but neighbors make noise keeping you up. No excuse for not having air conditioning in 2022 in hot locales.

The area does not feel safe. Although it is on hotels.com, it does not have a 24 hour front desk. The check-in time is 3pm - 7pm. The place does not provide an alternative check-in method unless arranged before hand. We were traveling during the day without connectivity and were not able to receive their email. When we arrived in the evening, we had no way to check-in, and had to book a different hotel in the mid of the night. Afterwards, they refused to refund even we did not stay at the property.

La chambre est correcte mais les environs sont un peu étranges. Lorsqu’on arrive on doit d’abord laisser sa voiture dehors, faire le check in avant qu’ils nous ouvrent le portail… pas très pratique. Les 100€ de caution à ce jour ne m’ont toujours pas été rendu et mon séjour date de 3 jours maintenant. Nous avons rendu la chambre dans un état impeccable. Nous sommes restés 1 nuit. J’espère récupérer ma caution rapidement ce n’est pas très professionnel. Pourtant le monsieur du guichet à notre départ nous a dit qu’on allait la récupérer dans la journée.

Aunque la atención del personal es muy buena, es lamentable que estos apartamentos no tengan aire acondicionado con los 30 grados en verano. No se puede tener las ventanas abiertas por el ruido que hacen los vecinos que viven permanentemente en el complejo y además fuman y el humo entra al apartamento. La zona está llena de basura y da un aspecto horrible

Zunächst war ich etwas verunsichert, da ich kurz vor meiner Abreise das Hotel gebucht hatte. In Colmar hatte ich keinen Internetempfang und in Lyon, einen Tag vor meiner Anreise, fand ich die Meldung, dass ich eine Kaution von 50 Euro zahlen müsse, sollte per e-mail meine Kontonummer angeben, was ich aber nicht tat. Habe am nächsten Morgen beim Hotel angerufen und mit dem sehr netten Concierge das Problem lösen können. Freundlicher Empfang, gesicherter Parkplatz, Zimmer in Ordnung, nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an den Stadttoren, von dort führt ein sehr romantischer Weg, vorbei an alten Mühlrädern etc., ins Zentrum der Stadt. Bei den Mühlen gibt es auch einige gute Lokale.

Logement et parties communes très propres. Personnel à l'accueil disponible et à l'écoute. Equipement minimaliste mais sufisant pour un cours séjour. Le balcon était le bienvenu. Résidence un peu excentrée mais bien desservie par le bus. Dommage que le quartier, pourtant récent, soit laissé à l'abandon par la ville.

Hôtel qui se situe dans un lieux qui n'aspire pas confiance mais on a eu aucun soucis. Parking sécurisé avec portail, par contre le bâtiment lui ne l'ai pas. Appartement spacieux, mais aucun charme et aucune isolation (on était au dessus du portail électrique on entendait à chaque passage, bruit du voisinage). Literie et oreillers moyens, par contre chambre très propre.

La résidence est un très bon point de chute pour visiter la ville et les environs. Le parking est un plus. Les appartements sont spacieux même si ils pourraient être un peu rafraîchis. La résidence est calme, cependant le quartier peut être un peu bruyant dans la rue de l épi (surtout par temps de canicule où les fenêtres sont ouvertes).

La résidence est un très bon point de chute pour visiter la ville et les environs. Le parking est un plus. Les appartements sont spacieux même si ils pourraient être un peu rafraîchis. I liked that this property had laundry facilities--so important on a 3 week trip. Staff (Matthew) was so very wonderful--a pleasure to work with. Rooms clean, working elevators, nice restaurant a block away (Mia Napoli I think). Staff said a grocery store nearby, but I didn't need it. Downside is major--no air conditioning! Avignon is crazy hot, even in May. Over 90 degrees. You are forced to leave the balcony door open, but neighbors make noise keeping you up. No excuse for not having air conditioning in 2022 in hot locales.

Breakfast was a joke! Only coffee, bread and marmalade. No cheese or ham, egg, what else! Marmalade and honey! To less for 9,- for each person! Very hot flat! But the price for over night was ok!

Residence abbastanza moderno e ben mantenuto, comodo parcheggio interno (fuori in strada la situazione non sembra troppo sicura anche se nn è successo niente durante la nostra permanenza) con possibilità di colazione. Peccato per l'assenza dell'aria condizionata.

I only have one complaint about my stay, however it's major! The temperature during my stay was almost 40 degrees outside and there was no A/C in the accommodation, only a tower fan. On arrival, the sun was streaming through the window, the room felt hotter than the outside temperature. Staff had not even closed the window drapes to try and prevent this. Even during my stay, with the drapes closed, I was having frequent cold showers to cool myself but 5 minutes later would be pouring in sweat. It was torturous and made me feel ill. I wouldn't have a problem staying here in other seasons but would strongly urge anyone to give this place a swerve in summer.
