The location of the hotel is excellent, with the best parts of Verona on your doorstep, all within easy walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Just be aware, if you are arriving by car, that the hotel does not have any parking available nearby. Public parking garage is about 10-15 minutes walk away, across the river. Also, WiFi wasn’t working during our stay. Verona is a beautiful town, well worth visiting.

L’hébergement, en plein cœur du centre historique, a été un peu difficile à trouver, mais Christina, l’hôtesse, est très disponible. Notre arrivée a été très bien gérée, le linge est propre, le petit déjeuner varié. Néanmoins, nous avons un peu été déçus, car les photos qui promettent du rêve, ne reflètent pas réellement la réalité (du moins pour ce que nous avons pu en voir), quoique charmante. Je dirai donc que le rapport qualité/prix est élevé. D’autant que pour deux nuits, il a fallu rajouter 40€ pour le parking.

We had a lovely time at Le Suite di Giuletta. It was a short block to the main square, and we were able to walk to the opera at the ancient arena, which was the purpose of our visit. It is a unique little apartment and Luca and his sweet young daughter were delightful. The only drawback for me was that we couldn’t park very close by.

The owner of the hotel robbed us for 1160 Euros more than 1 week after reservation. We made a reservation at this hotel specifically because they said they offer parking on site at 15 Euros or Valet parking for 30 Euros. My wife and I were traveling with our 6 months old with a stroller and a lot of luggage, so this was very important to us. A few days before our arrival, they told us that they don’t have parking or valet on site but that we could come close to the hotel to drop of the luggage and then go park the car 15 MIN AWAY from the hotel ! We decided to go with it, but the day before we arrived, they told that we can’t really come close to the hotel because of construction, and we should park the car far away and take a taxi to get to them. With all the luggage and a stroller and a baby ? I asked them to cancel our reservation because they could not respect what they promised. They never accepted and tried to convince us to find stop the car somewhere “not that far from the hotel”, have my wife walk with all the luggage and the stroller and the baby to the hotel while I go park the park 15 min from there. We decided to cancel and get another venue. They even stop answering the phone or answering messages from Expedia who wanted to negotiate the cancelation with them. After exchanging a few messages with Le Giulietta, I realized that it’s all a strategy to say they offer tons of services and commodities that they don’t really do like laundry then they make excuses

L'hôtel est superbement situé à côté de la Piazza delle Erbe, dans la zone piétonne, à deux pas des commerces, restaurants, attractions touristiques et en face du balcon de Juliette ! Chambre et salle de bain très propres, bonne literie, seul bémol le radiateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Lo mejor es la ubicación, a partir de eso el portarrollos del wc esta roto, el espejo de la habitación está apoyado en el suelo con riesgo de caerse, el extractor del wc funciona las 24h con ruido, los enchufes mui pocos y donde están, no son practicos.

Luca who greeted us was very gracious and friendly. We requested an early check in as we had a tour booked. The Suite di Giulietta is the perfect place to stay if you are a fan of Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet as it is literally on one of the walls of the piazza with a great view of Juliet’s balcony. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was full of lovely meats and cheeses, tortes and spreads, eggs and toast and fruit yogurt. An option for every taste. If we return to Verona we would stay here again.

Unfortunately the day that we arrived they were closed due to construction so we weren’t able to see it up close but thanks to our hotel we were still able to take pictures and see it for ourselves! Hotel is Centrally located, hard to find as it is between other doors is more like a house. Rooms are comfortable but not as pictured, well decorated, the view to the balcony is in the terrace not from your room, we booked the last Suite as stated when making the booking in this website, and walked into a regular room with a view of the roof of another building, breakfast is ok! Is more like a B&B, not worth the price of $229 a night! Bed is extremely low, we are médium hight and my husband couldn’t walk for two days with a bad back, bathroom is very uncomfortable to sit on the toilet, other than that owners are very nice and welcoming!

Wow. If you want the Verona VIP treatment, stay here. Situated above the Casa di Giulietta, you get to stand above the crowds and enjoy magnificent views; seriously, if you had been here a few hundred years earlier, you'd be telling Juliette to quit her pining and yelling at Romeo to stop comparing young girls to the sun. Nowadays, you get a wonderful room with a large bath - designed to comfortably fit two people - filled with fun lights all around. The full suite nature of the room allows plenty of space to unwind, unpack, and relax. And when you're ready to step out, your location is at the heart of Verona's shopping and sites. If you leave in the morning, be sure to grab a warm croissant on the way. This is the best deal in town at the best location, and romantic to boot! Enjoy!!

Where do I start. I guess with the view from our room, which looked directly across to Juliette’s balcony. On arrival we were greeted by Kristina, who was ever so helpful and informed us our room was ready, even though we arrived several hours early thinking by we were just going to drop our bags and tour the city. The room was spacious and as I’ve said, the view was just amazing. On leaving the front door of the accommodation, you turned left and walked about 30 meters or so and you were in the centre of Verona and all the cafes, tavernas and shops. We had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed before having a traditional breakfast of meats and cheeses, although other options were available, served by the wonderful Luca. I cannot recommend Le Suite De Guilietta enough. We stayed here as part of our journey across northern Italy celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary

Fantastic little hotel in an amazing central location we have the benefits of staying in two rooms firstly the one that overlooked the balcony of Juliet which was superb I would suggest this if you are looking for having a very quiet room particularly at night. The second room we stayed in was to the front there was some noise from the restaurant below but quiet from midnight. We really enjoyed our stay it was everything we had hoped for.

Breakfast is poor, we saw the front desk person refilling the ham and cheese and other food with the bare hands which was super disgusting and not hygiene at all. The bed was horrible, it feels like your are sleeping in the floor. They also charge extra if you take the drinks from the refrigerator inside the room. Front desk person asked too many personal questions I felt interrogated. They just limit to be polite and professional.

Le gérant très souriant et très serviable avec une maman qui est heureuse de parler français. Encore un grand merci au patron qui a tout fait pour retrouver mes papiers oubliés et les a gardé jusqu'à notre retour.
