We had a lovely stay at Number 31. Our flight arrived early and they were able to contact us as soon as a room became available which was around 2:30. The hotel is a nice vibe, tucked away but conveniently walking distance from everything. The toiletries, pillow spray, and little treats like chocolates were a nice touch. The room itself was ok- small and muggy. No AC but do provide a Dyson fan but still got pretty hot at night given the current heat wave. Also got bit by mosquitoes in the room :/. Coffee/ Honesty bar in the lobby. Small car park available. Breakfast by Delia on the rooftop which was included with the stay was delish. Wouldn’t call it 4star really but still a lovely stay.

Everything was excellent from the room to the open common terrace to the amazing included breakfast. The only minor complaint would be the 6 flights of stairs to our room on the 4th floor. Would be great to know this information prior to arriving.

The Number 31 was amazing! From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and accommodating! Gustavo was especially attentive! He even remembered that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and offered us a glass of Prosecco to celebrate! The breakfast by Deliah was fabulous! The lobby area with an “honest bar” was nice and the outdoor seating was lovely! The room was comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

So my friend and I stayed at Number 31 while attending an event nearby in Dublin over the weekend and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Amazingly comfy bed, huge shower with top quality toiletries, super fluffy towels, and lots of stylish touches such as a lavender pillow spray and tasty chocolates. We had our own little patio in the front courtyard which was really cute. Breakfast is quite communal due to the bench seating but there is plenty of room between guests so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed Eggs Benedict with fresh squeezed orange, lovely aromatic cafetière coffee, and a fresh fruit salad, all included in my stay. The communal areas are stylish and we were especially impressed with the sunken fireside seating area. Its location is really excellent too, being only a 5 min walk from St Stephens Green and the top of Grafton Street.

Number 31 is a super cute boutique stay. The architecture is incredible and there are many hidden gems around the property. Gorgeous outdoor patio area, Sunken seating room, delicious breakfast and more. The staff are incredibly attentive and made our stay perfect.

This is a really great little hotel in a good area of Dublin. It’s extremely comfortable, clean and in good condition. The hotel is full of original artwork and has a very stylish feel to it. The breakfast is superb and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I was only in Dublin for the day/night, however the experience at 31 was superb. Staff were friendly, attentive and dedicated to service excellence. From the beginning to my departure I was looked after. The room was immaculate and well appointed and deserved the price point. The candle gift was a lovely touch as were the sweet treats! The exterior terrace was very nice and the fire was very pleasant. Highly recommend for a quick visit and or if you are staying for longer. I will be back there next time I travel to Dublin.

Delia and the other kitchen staff were amazing! Excellent food, staff, location. Was just a bit disappointed in the heavily stained carpet and haphazard plaster touch ups on my room wall. Otherwise a great stay:)

The property is nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is VERY good (except for the coffee, which is a bitter, percolated brew). Pro-tip: choose tea for breakfast and, once finished, use the coffee machine at reception for a much-improved coffee experience (it uses capsules, but still a lot better). The main issue was the room. It wasn't very clean (the chandelier had visible dust from a long time without wiping). It was also EXTREMELY hot. We happened to be in Dublin for 1 night only and it was unusually cloudless and sunny. However, this still doesn't justify the room being so poorly ventilated. It was a true disaster: 18°C outside at night, but the room felt like a sauna. No air-conditioning and the window can't even be opened properly (and if you do, there'll be noise). Summary: NO SLEEP AT ALL. Due to this, we are very unlikely to ever come back. Once the aircon is up, the rooms have proper ventilation (and are cleaned better), and maybe the windows can be opened some more, we'd definitely reconsider.

The positives of this hotel include nice staff who allowed us an early check in, beautiful lobby, and an excellent breakfast. Unfortunately our room was lacking in many ways: semi-basement location, dark/dingy lighting, no ventilation in the bathroom, no way to plug in hair appliances near a mirror. I was very surprised at the room given the generally great reviews. I would have requested a different room but it was only for one night before a morning flight out of Dublin.

From the warm welcome on arrival through to our leaving, the staff were excellent. Our room was an adequate size, and everything was clean and tidy including the ensuite bathroom. The breakfast provided by Delia was exceptional. A great choice of options, and everything was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked.

We had the perfect room for us. Nice size, simple, clean, nice bathroom. We liked the location as it was close to the entrance. It was a lower price room, but it was perfect. It’s a funky upscale hotel. Our friends had a very different room and suited them perfectly. The four of us love the hotel!

We LOVED Number 31. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, and the breakfast — the homemade everything; sunlit setting; the attentive and accommodating servers — was exceptional. Loved, too, the Nespresso in the lobby, not to mention the lobby's stylish but comfortable decor. Room was small, but that's to be expected in Dublin. Fantastic place we hope to come back to.

A very nice small hotel with lovely decoration, great public spaces and good service. The breakfast was cooked to order and was really good. The room (intimate double) was a bit too small for two people (particularly the bathroom), so if we were staying for more than one night we would choose a larger room.

We enjoyed an exceptional experience staying at Number 31 in Dublin on the eve of new years eve! Amazing vibe and ambiance and our room was divine!! We received an incredible upgrade to a huge luxurious room. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and we even received a glass of Prosecco upon check in! It was an outstanding experience staying at Number 31 and we will not hesitate to return upon our next trip to Dublin.

Clean, lovely staff, delicious free cook to order full breakfast with lots of choices, comfortable bed, and fan when it got a bit hot at night. Our room was a bit small but I think you can choose larger ones. Would stay again.

A beautiful stylish hotel just a few minutes walk from St Stephen’s Green. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the toiletries smelled amazing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was a lovely place to spend an anniversary and we will be back!

Love the property. Small and welcoming. The only downside, there is no air and the room was quite warm; we had difficulty sleeping as the room was hot. We had to keep the windows open for air which then made it noisy.

This was our second stay. Love the location. Stayed in room 9 first time, noisy cause outside breakfast location and room 10 this past visit and it is by entrance and you hear people coming and going and lights outside on at night, of course, so hard to ventilate room to leave curtains open as people would see in and lights shine in. Breakfast is delicious.

Highly recommend Number 31! The property is gorgeous —it’s a renovated Georgian property with several original details. The staff is incredible—they gave us great food and sightseeing recommendations and even upgraded our stay on our last night in Dublin so we can see the other side of the hotel. Even the little details in the rooms like the camomile and lavender pillow spay — I know it’s small but I used that spray throughout our 8 day trip through Ireland and could not wait to return and get another! Also, the breakfast is so delicious- the mushroom frittata was my favorite!

From the warm welcome on arrival through to our leaving, the staff were excellent. Our room was an adequate size, and everything was clean and tidy including the ensuite bathroom. The breakfast provided by Delia was exceptional. A great choice of options, and everything was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked.

This is officially our favorite hotel in Dublin! I was looking for something cute and not a chain and boy did Number 31 deliver. We instantly felt at home and very cosy (the word we both picked immediately). The room, bed and bathroom were just right but the standout part of our stay was the breakfast, which we would absolutely come back for. The staff was warm and accommodating, the building itself is cool with an Austin Powers vibe and we loved the well-stocked “honor” bar. The location is also very convenient to everything we wanted to do and very private/quiet.

Lovely property once we were able to find it. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful. Very difficult to locate the property and parking was limited and tight which was expected.

What an absolutely beautiful and quirky little hotel. The staff were lovely, the rooms were gorgeous, and the breakfast was great. A delightful little hotel, tucked in out of the way, but so conveniently situated. Look forward to staying there again!

Our room was sumptuous with special touches such as pillow spray & chocolates & all the facilities you need on a short break. High quality everywhere, bathroom fittings, luxury pillows & duvets - the most comfortable hotel bed I have experienced!! Breakfast exceeded expectations, lovely breakfast room with fantastic choice & homemade bread & cake, thank you no 31 a very special break in Dublin!

A true gem! Conveniently located just off St Stephen’s Green, this boutique hotel is finely decorated with a personal touch and exquisite taste. The rooms are very comfortable and calm and the little garden is very nice and peaceful for a cup after dinner. One memory that will stay with us forever is the homemade delicious and copious breakfast. The personnel is also very discrete and polite and was helpful with suggestions on where to dine and what to visit. We surely will go back and highly recommend this lovely small hotel!

So my friend and I stayed at Number 31 while attending an event nearby in Dublin over the weekend and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Amazingly comfy bed, huge shower with top quality toiletries, super fluffy towels, and lots of stylish touches such as a lavender pillow spray and tasty chocolates. We had our own little patio in the front courtyard which was really cute. Breakfast is quite communal due to the bench seating but there is plenty of room between guests so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed Eggs Benedict with fresh squeezed orange, lovely aromatic cafetière coffee, and a fresh fruit salad, all included in my stay. The communal areas are stylish and we were especially impressed with the sunken fireside seating area. Its location is really excellent too, being only a 5 min walk from St Stephens Green and the top of Grafton Street.

Highly recommend Number 31! The property is gorgeous —it’s a renovated Georgian property with several original details. The staff is incredible—they gave us great food and sightseeing recommendations and even upgraded our stay on our last night in Dublin so we can see the other side of the hotel. Even the little details in the rooms like the camomile and lavender pillow spay — I know it’s small but I used that spray throughout our 8 day trip through Ireland and could not wait to return and get another! Also, the breakfast is so delicious- the mushroom frittata was my favorite!

The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The location was excellent - quiet, but easy walking distance to the main city areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Number 31 was amazing! From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and accommodating! Gustavo was especially attentive! He even remembered that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and offered us a glass of Prosecco to celebrate! The breakfast by Deliah was fabulous! The lobby area with an “honest bar” was nice and the outdoor seating was lovely! The room was comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at number 31. The hotel itself is very charming and unique. The room was a very very nice size. The staff was incredibly helpful especially Joanne who went out of her way to ensure that we were making the most of our time there. The thing they don’t tell you is that the breakfast that they include in the room stay will be one of the best breakfasts you have in Dublin. Incredibly delish!!
